Слышимость в номерах, ужасные двери в туалет, запах идет в номер, шапочки для плаванья, твердая кровать, отсутствие чая и кофе в номере, посуду мыли плохо без средства, персонал не приветливый и плохо говорят по английски, нет воды питьевой. Ужин очень поздний.

FANNY (5/5): Hôtel qui se revendique 5 étoiles mais avec service médiocre - Grande chambre, piscine couverte très agréable et bons équipements Le personnel n'était pas aimable. On a oublié de nous faire la chambre. On a dû demander à 14h puis a 18h qu'on nous la fasse. Pas d'excuse, on nous dit même qu'on aurait dû mettre le papier "clean the room" mais on ne l'avait pas. Le service du restaurant et du petit déjeuner sont trop longs alors qu'il n'y a personne dans l'hôtel. Manque d'explications, le personnel parle très mal l'anglais et encore moins le français.

Edith (8/5): Bel hôtel familial avec vue imprenable - Très bon hôtel avec emphase familiale : grande chambres avec espace dédié pour les enfants, 4 piscines, dont 2 intérieures (spa et piscine enfants), emplacement merveilleux, buffet adapté aux familles, tant par son horaire que sont offre. C'est un très bon hôtel, mais c'est plutôt un 4 étoiles, pas du tout 5 étoiles. Les équipements commencent à vieillir, il manque de personnel et de services pour les gens autour de la piscine (besoin de retourner au bar du lobby pour acheter des breuvages, et revenir par soi-même, sans plateau, avec les commandes), et du coup, un peu cher, même en réservant à l'avance. Au vu de l'emplacement, une navette vers Sintra serait apprécié, car les Uber sont difficiles à obtenir, et le réseau étant mauvais sur place, des fois difficile d'avoir le bon emplacement.

Overall we had good time at the end. - Nice views, location Hotel had probably 5 stars 15 years back, however now rooms are old, quite dark, with very uncomfortable beds for kids, with no blankets but just sheet with cover. The 2 bedroom apartment is seperated from main building and had bad smell of moisture, was cold and not super clean when we arrived. Also the smell of main building, jn some elevators was quite strange, not pleasant. For the kids, you have very limited time in the day when you can use offered entertainments and playground.

Vera (10/5): Recomendo e tenciono voltar. - Excecional para estadia com crianças. A equipa Nep é uma mais valia para garantir ajuda na diversão de quem vai com os mais pequenos. Muito bom mesmo! Apenas achei o valor do buffet muito elevado pois as crianças pagam 50% (cerca de 17 €) a partir dos 4 anos, é demasiado na minha opinião.

Olga (8/5): Um ótimo hotel para famílias com crianças - Os hoteis Vila Galé têm todos ou quase todos um selo de qualidade e atenção para com os hóspedes. O único senão para uma casal sozinho nesta cadeia de hoteis é a quantidade de famílias com filhos pequenos. Penso que na realidade é um alojamento ideal para famílias com crianças, não para escapadinha romântica, pelo menos aos fins de semana. Muito barulhento e irritante por vezes! Célia (7/5): - Le.spa, le.club.enfant, la localisation. Le petit dej et le buffet etaient tres bien. Le personnel tres sympa !!! Le bruit. L.hotel.n etrait pas du tout au max de sa capacite. Pourrtant, nous avions des voisins de chambre bruyants. Separer les clients lorsqu il est possible de le faire aurait ete appreciable. Les panneaux solaires sur le toit generent un bruit permanent :(

No dining facilities for children from mid afternoon until 7.30pm. This is too late for children and options from the bar menu or a la carte menu again providing little choice.

Muitas zonas verdes e muito espaço para as crianças bricarem. A cama era muito confortável e tudo estava muito limpo. Pessoal muito simpático e disponível. Piscinas exteriores muito convidativas e grandes, tal como a piscina interior, num espaço amplo e com uma temperatura muito agradável. O preço das refeições é elevado.

Nicolas T (5/5): Hotel convenable mais pourrait être mieux avec quelques ajustements. - L'hôtel est idéalement situé et le personnel est agréable. L'isolation des chambres, on entend tous les voisins. Il y avait beaucoup d'enfants en cette période de vacances. Le buffet est convenable mais devrait être moins cher pour avoir un bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est globalement bien situé et agencé mais l'ensemble pourrait être mieux décoré. Enfin, la porte vitrée/floutée en guise de porte de WC... du jamais vu (une porte pleine aurait été beaucoup plus adaptée).
