• THIBAULT (9/5): - La dame qui s’occupe des chambres est adorable, toujours au petit soin pour voir si tout va bien et se passe bien ! Appartement avec du mobiliers anciens mais qui donne du charme à la pièce ! Le lit est confortable et les balcons sont appréciables. La situation est parfaite, non loin de la plage , c’était parfait pour les sunset !

I više nego odličan za jednu osobu. Veliki bračni krevet i udoban madrac. Ogromna televizija. Parking osiguran. Ima u blizini puno restorana i barova. Sve u svemu odlično iskustvo.

Біля апартаментів є паркомісця, але воно невелике і кросовер вже буде запркувати проблема. В номері було брудно. На підлозі сміття. В ванній кімнаті в раковині волосся. Дуже слабка шумоізоляція, чутно абсолютно все, що відбувається в коридорі та в сусідніх кімнатах. Ремонт застарілий.

Autobus praktycznie obok hotelu na stare miasto. Można też boltem albo uberem. Wszystko super. Woda przejrzysta ale dno kamisre i plaża też. Fajnie mieć buty do wody. Piekny drptak wzdłuż morza. • natalia (10/5): Fantastyczny, chętnie wrócę - Pani Gospodarz była przekochana i bardzo miła! Opowiedziała o restauracjach i jak poruszać się po mieście. Powiedziała że w każdym momencie możemy na nią liczyć i ze wszystkim nam pomoże. Bardzo chętnie tam wrócę. Apartament czysty, z kuchnią łóżkiem i sofą. 5 minut na pieszo do plaży, na autobus też bardzo blisko, autobusem 10 minut do centrum. Wokół apartamentu fajne lokalne restauracje z lepszymi cenami niż w samym centrum, dodatkowo piekarnia koło szkoły z super cenami. Lokalizacja mega. Bardzo polecam!

• Kornelia (9/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany, komfortowy i w dobrej relacji jakości do ceny - Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele – od razu przywitali nas uśmiechem i wytłumaczyli, gdzie co się znajduje, pokazując wszystko na mapce. Ręczniki wymieniane, klimatyzacja działała świetnie. Z okna rozciągał się widok na morze, a dodatkowym plusem był balkon, gdzie można wypić kawę. Było też dostępne Wi-Fi. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna – blisko plaża (spacerkiem kilka minut), a w pobliżu restauracje, piekarnia i sklepy. Do do Centrum autobusem czy taxi szybko można się dostać. Co do poprawy – pokój wymaga odświeżenia, ale tak naprawdę nie mamy zastrzeżeń, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i uważamy, że stosunek jakości do ceny jest naprawdę bardzo dobry! ;)

Blind in shower room needs fixing, other than that really good place to stay. Google maps sent us to the wrong location, when you turn onto the narrow road it’s 2nd left and 3rd property on the right iirc. 😉

• Liubov (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay! The guesthouse is in a quiet location, only a 5-minute walk to the sea. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. For such a reasonable price, the quality really exceeded my expectations. The owner, Damir, was extremely kind and helpful — he recommended great places to visit in Zadar and even drove me to the airport. Highly recommended! The kitchen equipment could be improved: the electric stove is small and the knives not very sharp. But this was only a minor detail compared to the overall great stay.

• Dariusz (10/5): - Komunikatywna Właścicielka, dużo podpowiada i informuje o Zadarze. Z okna w pokoju przede wszystkim widok na zachód słońca nad Adriatykiem. Oddzielne wejście do lokalu, jak ktoś palący to na balkonie popielniczka, cisza, czysto, itp.. Dla małżeństwa z dużym stażem w średnim wieku jak w naszym przypadku - wszystko ok, polecamy.

Also the kitchen was stocked with basic appliances and had a working stove and refridgerator. There was a store just 5 minutes away from the apartment and the beach was also very close. • María (6/5): Buena hospitalidad - - La señora encargada de los apartamentos es increíble, siempre dispuesta a ayudarte con lo que necesites. - La terraza del apartamento era muy agradable. - Pudimos aparcar muy cerca del apartamento. - Usamos la barbacoa (que no está en el apartamento, sino en la terraza de la propietaria), pero lo pasamos muy bien y nos facilitaron muchas cosas. - El olor de las tuberías del baño era desagradable. - El alojamiento necesita algunos arreglos: las puertas del baño están recortadas para poder cerrar, el lavabo es muy pequeño, la cortina de la ducha está cosida, el agua de la ducha se atascaba y en general el baño resultaba incómodo. - Había telarañas y no estaba limpiado a fondo.

• Walter (6/5): - The position: the studio, is very close to various beach, you can reach them via foot; and, Zadar old city via car in a few minutes. You also have restaurant, bakery, mini-market and pharmacy close the studio. Air conditioners and terrace are good features. The host is friendly. Old furniture and accessories: in some case they needed a replacement. Initial general cleaning wasn’t at the top. Loudly fridge, we set it at the minimum during the night.

• Maike (8/5): Nice room 1 - The room was spacious. Nice little balcony. The beds we're really comfortable. The location is great, the beach is really close. The bathroom didn't look very clean. The toilet was fine but the shower didn't look very good. Other than that, everything was really clean
• ISABEL (3/5): - No me gustó nada. En Booking estaba clasificado con 3 estrellas y no se correspondía. De hecho en otra página aparecía con dos estrellas. Un fiasco. No volvería aunque me lo regalaran. Me pregunto que tiene que ver Booking en esto, he pagado un tres estrellas y me he alojado en algo muy inferior. No me gustó nada. Precio a tres estrellas y la realidad no llegaba a una. No es un hotel. Puede que en su día fuera algo, ahora, al menos nuestro apartamento que era el 9 resultó ser cutre y las fotos se correspondía 10 años antes. No lo recomiendo.

• Zdzisław (10/5): Bardzo mi się podobało - Bardzo polecam nocleg, obiekt spełnił moje wszelkie oczekiwania, właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni, blisko do plaży, do centrum jeżdżą dwa autobusy, a przystanek jest blisko obiektu, co ułatwia sprawę. Pokój jest wyposażonym we wszystko, co jest człowiekowi potrzebne na taki wyjazd.
• Marija (6/5): - Blizu lijepe plaže s tuševima. Ima parkirno mjesto koje je većinu dana u hladu. Balkon je lijep i ugodan, u jutarnjim satima sunčan, a popodne hladovina. Kuhinja, iako mala, je dobro opremljena i vlasnici su nam donijeli sve što nam je zafalilo od pribora. Ima klimu i udoban krevet. Vlasnici su bili uslužni i čak su popravili prijavljeni kvar svjetla u kuhinji za vrijeme boravka te su nam prilikom dolaska dali odlične preporuke za posjet restoranima i kafićima u blizini smještaja. Posteljina i ručnici su bili promijenjeni, suđe je bilo oprano i smeće izneseno, ali očito je bilo da pod nije niti usisan niti opran te da sudoper, lavabo, ogledalo u kupaoni i tuš nisu oprani. (Barem ne detaljno jer je u tušu bilo dlaka, u lavabou i na ogledalu tragova paste za zube i kamenca, a sudoper je bio masan i pun kamenca. Pod se klizao od prašine i pijeska od prethodnih posjetitelja.) Također, vlasnik je, s dobrom namjerom promjene ručnika, ušao u apartman dok nas nije ondje bilo što smatram da to nije u redu raditi bez najave i pitanja posjetitelja.

We left with some bed bug bites that really bothers us, not only itching but scared of how to exterminate them if our stuff got infected...They should definitely pay more attention to cleaning and bed bugs. A microwave could be useful as well.
