Andreas (3/5): Dieses "Hotel" verdient keine 3 Sterne und werden dieses nie wieder buchen und auch nicht empfehlen - Zimmer war schön und sauber und verdient 3 Sterne auch wenn es nicht einmal einen Schrank hatte und mussten alle Kleider im Koffer lassen. Standort etwas abgelegen aber mit Bus und Taxi ins Zentrum oder zum Hafen gut errreichbar für die geplanten Ausflugsziele wie Porto Venere oder Monterosso Wir haben Zimmer mit Garten sicht gemäss den Bildern auf der Booking Website gebucht. Wirklichkeit sieht anders aus , denn was wir vorfanden war eine sicht in eine Mauer. Wir haben dann €50.- dazu bezahlt, damit wir ein Zimmer mit "Meerblick" haben konnten. Die Aussicht war, dass sich vor dem Zimmer 2 Hautstrasse befand und Meersicht der Hafen war. Wenn das Meersicht 1 Km bis zum Hafen sein soll, für was wir €50.- zusätzlich bezahlen mussten finde ich dass nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben bis jetzt etwa 40 x in Italien Ferien gemacht und müssen sagen, dass wir immer ein tolles und ausreichendes Frühstück erhalten haben, aber so gering wie dieses Mal, hatten wir noch NIE!!!! Frechheit!!

The breakfast options are good and you can get fresh eggs made right there. Outdoor spaces on the property are limited and not too cozy so expect to spend more time in your room while on the property. Overall a great place to stay.
Maria (8/5): - Für eine Nacht passt perfekt. Es hat stark geregnet wie wir angenommen sind, wir könnten auch früher einchecken, das lobe ich. Schade das auf die Terrasse nicht sitzen kannst, es war alles komplett Nass. Das Frühstück sehr mager, billigproduckte, da geht noch viel mehr für das preis was man bezahlt.

I.Schmitz (10/5): - Eine tolle kleine Unterkunft in La Spezia mit allem was man so benötigt. Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Unterkunft, habe hier immer einen freien Platz bekommen. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank, sehr sauber. Vielleicht wichtig für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, es gibt keinen Aufzug und man muss ein paar Stufen überwinden.

INES (8/5): - La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Le bâtiment n'est pas très bien insonorisé, nous avons été réveillés chaque matin par d'autres voyageurs pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement n'est pas idéal pour prendre le train pour aller visiter les cinque terre (45 min de marche)
ARLETTE (10/5): Hôtel rénové et très agréable - C’est notre hôtel préféré à la Spezia bien rénové Tout est agréable, nous demandons toujours la chambre avec balcon et vue sur le port Le personnel est très sympathique Nous y retournons comme escale en Toscane Nous recommandons
Irene (10/5): Hyggelig sted og bo - Enkel innsjekk bare å ringe verten og sende passet på WhatsApp. Så får du video av hvordan du sjekker inn. Når vi møtte værten var ha veldig hyggelig. Deilig rom med veranda og sjø utsikt, varmepumpe med kjøling på rommet. 30 min å gå til stasjonen/sentrum. Enkelt med taxi.

Post (9/5): Hele mooie plek met prachtig uitzicht op de haven. - Het uitzicht en het ontbijt. Parkeren was ook prettig langs de weg. Communicatie met eigenaar was ook fijn. Makkelijke self check-in Het stuk lopen naar de stad als je de auto wil laten staan.

Emiddio (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte con la nostra famiglia, ma è bastato per apprezzarne l’eccellente pulizia e l’accoglienza. La camera era impeccabile, ordinata e profumata, così come il bagno, che sembrava appena igienizzato. Anche le aree comuni erano perfettamente pulite.

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice and clean - Mycket fräscht och trevligt boende lite utanför centrum. Frukosten var OK men inget överflöd. Boendet ligger jämnt en en ganska trafikerad väg, parkering på gatan utanför. Det är 2 km/15 min promenad in till centrum runt Marinbasen.

léa (9/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité. Très bonne pizzeria toute proche. La distance avec le centre-ville nécessite de prendre la voiture.

MEYNARD (8/5): - Le petit-déjeuner, l’emplacement ( 30 minutes à pied de la gare ou du quai des bateaux), le stationnement gratuit mais dans la rue. L’isolation entre les chambres insuffisante.
Rudolf (8/5): Tolle Lage für Ausflüge - Die Lage war perfekt für Stadtbesichtigung und Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und gab uns Tipps für die Ausflüge. Beim Frühstück war sehr wenig Obst und leider wurde auch bei der Wurst nicht nachgefüllt. Der Kopfpolster war sehr hart, ich würde mir meinen eigenen mitnehmen.
