We no charge at all! The location is good, close to many coffees and restaurants, and of course the Zoo The beds are a bit uncomfortable, you always have to take a tram or bus to places other than the Zoo.

It is next to the zoo and numerous small cafes/restaurants, and the tram stops literally in front of the hotel. This hotel is truly bad value for your money. We paid an exorbitant sum of money, the kind of money you spent on a de-luxe resort style hotel. The rooms are small, underfurnished, and dingy. It is very loud on the first floor; it is hot on the fifth floor. Bathrooms are small, and the staff is incompetent. They do not know which rooms are available, which are booked, which will be available and when. There is no lobby, no bar, no place to sit and wait. All of this would not be an issue were it not that they overcharge (and under deliver).

- Brooklynn (1/5): I had a very disappointing and honestly unsettling experience at Quentin Hotel Amsterdam. - Nothing. From the moment I entered the room, it felt unclean and borderline unsafe. The space was extremely dark, with heavy black curtains that made the environment feel closed in and uncomfortable. The room had a wood ceiling and flooring that gave it a worn, outdated feel, and there was a large heater running along one wall that added to the discomfort rather than providing any sense of warmth or coziness. Most concerning was the condition of the bedding, it looked and felt as though the sheets and blanket had been used for years without proper replacement. I did not feel comfortable sitting, let alone sleeping, in the bed. The overall atmosphere of the room was unsettling to the point where I genuinely did not feel safe staying there. Due to a family emergency, I ultimately had to leave and did not stay the night which, in hindsight, I am grateful for. However, the hotel refused to issue any refund or make an exception despite the circumstances. Given the condition of the room, this lack of flexibility and basic customer care was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, or comfortable stay in Amsterdam.

- Jil (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es hat vor dem Hotel eine Tramstation, von der aus man direkt in die Stadt gelangen kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und schön gestaltet, man fühlte sich direkt wohl.

- 2f9f013daa0473e70d8d3de33a51f7ed (3/5): This is a hostel with hotel prices - The location is great. The quadruple room should really be called a family room as there were not really 4 beds. One of the double beds was actually a 140cm bed pushed against a stone wall. Maybe ok for a couple with small kids but did not meet the needs for our group. I wrote well in advance that we would like to book the quadruple room with 4 beds but this wish wasn't accomodated. I would not stay here again. Also it would be fair to say this is a hostel not a hotel. For almost 500.- per night I would expect a lot more. The bathroom was so small that even the sink had to be placed outside the bathroom next to one of the beds. Breakfast was below any standard, eggs that were boiled so long they were grey, cheese that was drying at the edges etc. Maybe for half the money we payed this would have been acceptable.

Zimmer sind hellhörig, mäßiges TV Angebot (überwiegend Streaming Angebote), ausgelegene Matratzen. Frühstück zwar reichhaltig, aber qualitätsmäßig nicht einem Viersternehotel entsprechend. Hausschuhe werden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.

- FERNANDO (10/5): - The staff was amazing and very helpful. They accommodate all our requests with a smile. The location is incredible with a lot of great restaurants and cafes around. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel facilities is not impressive for a 4-stars hotel, but it's Amsterdam.
- Santiago (7/5): Good - Great breakfast We put up the sign for room service to clean our room early morning (8:00 Am) and once we returned (9:00 PM) it hadn’t been cleaned.
