• Samantha (7/5): Good - Wifi was great in the room, had aircon and a fan and it was only 10 minutes from the train station. Shower wasn’t the best I had to hold the button down whilst I showered so it would come out of the shower head, also no hot water.

• Niruban (5/5): Helpful staff, great location - It is in a very good location to travel all parts of Jaipur, close proximity to Pink city, walkable distance. Many restaurants within walking distance. It’s just an average hotel. Could be better. Staff gave great hospitality but it’s slightly outdated building wise.

• Deepak (1/5): They must be delisted from SBI Holiday Home list to save others to face this kind of behavior. - Nothing 1. The behavior of the staff was intimidating, almost no room service, overcharged for additional room. 2. We had to book another hotel due to this unruly behavior despite our booking was up to 7th of August. 3. The way the staff talked to my father about the newspaper. There was no remote for AC it was overcooling, and my kids were uncomfortable all night. 4. The travel agent Salman there in the hotel booked a cab for us and miscommunicated to the driver Mr. Udai Kapoor and on dispute asked him to abandon us midway and see the consequences. We had to book another hotel due to this unruly behavior despite our booking was up to 7th of August. 5. The Bar was open all night and the door was opening at the staircase we were extremely uncomfortable.

• Thommen (8/5): Very good - We stayed two nights there and for the price it was totally worth it. Staff was nice, the room had a working AC and even the TV worked. Also the bathroom was clean. Shower was good. No soap and the drainage in the bathroom was bad so it took a long time until the water was gone after showering.
