• Gupta (6/5): Quiet but uncomfortable - Airy property. Homely look. Good for family with quiet tranquility and peaceful garden. When one books the best available or premium or deluxe AC room on January 4-5 the peak winters, it MUST be understood that as cooling won't be needed, heating would be required in the room. It MUST be written on site clearly that sukhvilas asks for - 1) EXTRA charge for heating room at per hourly rate( we paid, ofcourse to avoid death by hypothermia 💀) 2) That storeroom closes at 10 pm... So if returning from a stroll at 11 pm - you won't get any extra quilts even if you pay 🥶 Hospitality dips ZERO here but as we agreed with the above arrangement, things were peaceful, still am pointing out to avoid misleading information. Otherwise, I repeat, the property is spacious and peaceful.
• Angela (9/5): Goed adres. - Mooi pand, mooie tuin, alles netjes onderhouden. Vriendelijke staff. In mijn kamer kwam amper zonlicht binnen, daardoor was de kamer koud.

• Yuliya (6/5): Fine for one night stand - The bed was comfortable, good blanket, though the sheets where not really cleen. I've stayed just overnight and there was no light several times during the evening and in the morning. In the evening I've asked from what time would be the breakfast and was told that it would be served starting from 8. I had to live at 8:30, but when I came at 8, I was told that breakfast would be starting from 8:30. Then at 8:35 when I asked again, someone called for a waiter who brought me a menu. They wanted to charge me for breakfast though I had it included in the room. In the end I had my breakfast for free but had to leave 45 minutes later than planned. No hot water.

Great food and choice, and lovely host and staff. All very accommodating. Far from many sights. Noisy at times during evening/night. Street car horns start at 5am.

• Neha (1/5): I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN MY LIFE - They gave misleading photos. It is a dingy place behind a hospital. Secondly, they gave misleading information and asked for advance and were rude. I had a very important meeting and i was NEITHER ASKED NOR GIVEN ANY breakfast. There is no mention of how much one has to pay for early check in .They took whatever money they wanted, and I requested that If I come early at 8.30 am, I will leave at 7 am. still, they didn't bother and CHARGED EXORBITANT AMOUNT. The staff was UNWELCOMING, RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and disinterested. I would never ever recommend the property to anyone. I will never visit the property again. NEVER NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE IT WAS REALLY A TERRIBLE STAY LEARN TO BEHAVE TEACH STAFF TO BEHAVE STOP MISLEADING INFORMATION. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TARRIF OFFER BREAKFAST LEARN THE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY.

• Vaishnavi (10/5): Absolute bliss. - Everything the greenery, the serenity, the spacious rooms, delicious food and the staff yes. The staff was amazing and they genuinely wanted to help in any kind of inconvenience. I just loved staying here, the owner treats the staff well and it shows in their work. I hope this place stays the same, loved every bit of it. Just a small recommendation please get a smart tv, otherwise everything was phenomenal. Nothing everything was perfect.

• George (6/5): Pleasant - In the answer to the two stated questions. Excellent location. Breakfast was good, albeit there were some supply issues first day. These were resolved without asking on subsequent days with the breakfast venue. We did encounter some other issues but these were again resolved. Not prepared to go into further detail for anybody. We are still on holiday. A part refund was issued by the hotel proprietor which we declined. Stay was excellent value for money. Hard working staff. There were several issues which occurred during our stay. There seemed to be miscommunications between son and father albeit these issues were resolved. One AC in room not working. Room got excessively hot, all evidenced. . Dead batteries in AC remote control. Stay was a little stressful. Have written an open and honest review after careful thoughts. We were offered a room swap but that is not helpful on a short stay with luggage for a prolonged period away from home.
