• Winfried (3/5): Keine Empfehlung - Gute Lage, telefonische Unterstützung durch das Personal. Kein warmes Wasser, zwei Tage lang telefonisch versucht, es zu ändern, zwei verlorene Tage. Ohne Erfolg. Dann anderes Zimmer, etwas schöner und warmes Wasser. Statt Doppelbett zwei aneinander gestellte Metallrohrbetten. Diese ächzten und quietschten bei jeder Bewegung, hatten den Hang, auseinander zu triften. Keine Schalldämmung, teilweise waren Gespräche aus anderen Zimmern mit zu hören. Als Kompensation für die anfangs verlorene Zeit sei das bessere Zimmer für den Resturlaub ausreichend.

• Anna (10/5): - Posizione eccellente, camere ampie, pulizia impeccabile e tutti i comfort necessari. Un'esperienza ottima con un rapporto qualità-prezzo onesto. Sebbene la comunicazione via WhatsApp sia stata eccellente, l'assenza di un contatto diretto con il personale rende l'esperienza un po' distaccata. Personalmente, avrei gradito un'accoglienza più umana per rendere il soggiorno meno impersonale.
• Richard (7/5): - We appreciated the room we got moved to with high ceilings and a comfortable layout. The first room that we got placed in had very low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. Luckily after the first night, as we had gotten in late anyways, we contacted the host and they obliged in moving us to a room that was much more to our liking. Unfortunately the bedframe was broken but luckily we did not fall through/off in the middle of the night.

Nonostante sia passato quasi un mese dal viaggio ricordo il gradevolissimo profumo accogliente appena si entra nella hall. Vicina al centro di Lucca, da lì tutto visitabile a piedi. Stanza grande, dotata del necessario, arredata con stile tra classico e moderno e pulizia attenta. Check-in e check-out autogestito, ma le comunicazioni via whatsapp con l'host sono state celeri e chiare. Se dovessi tornare a Lucca ritornerei all'Antica Residenza del Gallo.

Ottimo prezzo La stanza era fredda al nostro arrivo alla sera (fine dicembre). Poi con il condizionatore il giorno dopo era calda. Acqua della doccia solo tiepida per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Non ci sono contatti umani con personale che gestisce la struttura, ma ormai si usa così

Nervosa e per niente accogliente.Ci siamo rimasti proprio male .Peccato

• Vikks (8/5): Charming stay - Great location, easy to find and the host had lots of information on accessing the property and a really useful guide for places to eat and information about the local food specialities. The room was had almost everything you need, the one thing missing was some milk for tea or coffee. I guess all Italians drink it black :-) The big downside were the windows as I guess they are original single panes. This means they let in a lot of noise from people walking by and lots of people appear to walk by until around 1am and that was during a quiet season. Unless you are also planning to stay out late this could be a problem. The room tax should be included in the price, it's not that easy to get the small change if its not your local currency!

Lo scarico del wc della nostra camera (tosca) era lentissimo a ricaricare l'acqua, tanto che a un certo punto ci sembrava rotto, consiglierei di farlo controllare. C'era diversa polvere in giro, non in punti nascosti ma ben visibili, primo fra tutti il comodino e il tavolo, insomma come se la stanza non venisse utilizzata da tempo.
• Luigi (8/5): posizionato nelle vie del centro, per il LUCCA COMICS la posizione è una manna da cielo - pulizia ottima, ambienti curati e veramente spaziosi, comodità dei letti, e della presenza di un angolo cucina e della macchina del caffe Nespresso, la struttura sono vecchi palazzi signorili di Lucca con affreschi e modili in stile barocco per me belli da vedere e dove soggiornare. Manca la tenda nell'angolo doccia e si allaga vicino al gabinetto ,chi fa la doccia dopo il primo è a disagio, bisogna asciguare per non scivolare, io consiglio il gestore di risolvere il prima possibile, ultima segnalazione, è piu un consiglio, ottima la presenza della macchinetta da caffe ma mancano le tazzine da caffe... abbiamo dovuto usare le tazza da cappuccino

Mit Stil eingerichtete hohe Räume mit antiker Decke. Modernes Badezimmer. Check in ohne Personal vorab via Online-Check-in mit Ausweis-Upload war nervig, lässt sich bei der Miete von Appartments kaum mehr vermeiden.

• Domenico (5/5): Soggiorno lavorativo a Lucca funzionale, ma con qualcosa da rivedere - La stanza era spaziosa e accogliente, con un letto comodo che garantiva un buon riposo. Buona la pulizia e la posizione. Ho apprezzato la doccia e la presenza dei servizi base (TV, WI-FI e self check-in). Punti negativi: lo specchio del bagno era rotto, la macchinetta del caffè aveva soltanto due cialde e non c'erano tazzine. Considerando il prezzo (216 € più tassa di soggiorno), in mezzo alla settimana e senza prima colazione, il costo mi è sembrato piuttosto alto

The electric lights were poorly installed; it was not possible to turn off all the lights without turning off all the electrics including the power points.

• Naomi (10/5): This apartment was a real find, checking in on line, on the day itself was straightforward. - The location was perfect, it was right in the heart of the old town. The rooms were very spacious and it was beautifully decorated and furnished with antique furniture. The bathroom had a very effective shower.

• Bev (10/5): Fabulous - Location is excellent, a few yards from the stage where the concerts are held. Right in the middle of the antique shops all bars and places to eat yards away. Apartment is really Italian with beautiful furniture high ceilings and only a couple of small flights of stairs. The bathroom very modern with a powerful shower. The entrance hall is beautiful but is not manned by staff, you get a code to enter. If I had to say anything here it would have been nice to have some cutlery as there is a fridge for snacks and drinks. The only other thing was the bed it was comfortable but not an antique one, although the headboard was beautiful it was 2 pushed together to make a double.
• Stephen (10/5): I highly recommend this fantastic property as this represents good value for money, but also spotlessly, clean and comf - The property is a fantastic location right in the center of Luka but on a quiet street. On arrival it is lovely and cool and very spacious and obviously has been recently done up to a very high standard. Our bedroom was a fantastic size with high ceilings and beautiful decor.

• Carley (1/5): Great location and accessibility but I can’t recommend this place due the uncomfortable bed. - Location was amazing and checkin and checkout was easy! It was very clean and it had all that we needed except for a comfortable bed. The bed was so uncomfortable. It was the worst bed we had during our 18 days of travel. It was two twin beds pushed together with a sheet over them. The two twin beds were uneven so one sat higher than the other. We could feel the springs through the bed. The room was so big so it was so disappointing with the bed.
