- Alie Busby (10/5): - Su was very nice... Beds were comfy.
- Andrew (8/5): Great value for money, friendly saff. - In the centre of town near the castle, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

- Hannah (10/5): -
- Sian (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Really comfortable and clean. Brilliant location and easy check-in No kitchen

- Paul (4/5): Well worth price - Clean cheap and comfy N/A
- Debbie (7/5): -
- Matthew (9/5): Su was a great host upon arrival. Location was spot on for what we wanted and accomodated us all. - Everything was spot on. Comfy beds and facilities were ideal N/A
- Evan (9/5): I quite enjoyed my stay here, close to the sea and the centre of town, the bunks are nice however no bag storage spaces - The location is great. It’s in the castle walls and a short walk away from the waterfront and the bus stops. The bunks are nice and clean and have plugs and lights in them. The cafe and bar are cool too. I can understand why they do this but it’s something to note. The showers are the type where you have to keep pressing the button, and no temp control but it was a good default temp. The room I was in had a sticky latch so sometimes it wouldn’t lock properly unless you fiddled with it a bit.
- Ann-marie (7/5): -
- Ghimire (4/5): -
- Luke (10/5): - Cooked breakfast would of been preferred but continental breakfast was ok
- Wimonsiri (9/5): Step out and embrace new experiences - The accommodation is quite clean. The showers are shared, with two on each floor, and the toilets are separate. The dormitory rooms have a total of 8 beds and can be arranged as male or female only. Inside the room, there are both fans and heaters, but no hairdryer is provided. The room rate includes breakfast, which usually consists of bread, jam, milk, coffee, cornflakes, and yogurt.
The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the castle, Iceland, and Asda, with many restaurants around the area. You can hear noises from the surrounding rooms, like people talking or doors opening, but I didn’t find it too disturbing.

- Steven (10/5): Perfect. - I've stayed here before.
Su and her sraff are always very helpful.
Not a full English breakfast but a perfect breakfast if you're going walking for the day.
Bar down stairs with a good choice of well kept beers, cocktails, etc.
Perfecr location. Near the rrain staton and the bus station. A perfect base for getting around Snowdonia by bus. Nothing. Will be sraying there again when in teh area.
- Eve (10/5): I will definitely be returning. Amazing location. Amazing hospitality. Amazing hostel. - The owner Su was so incredibly warm and welcoming she did everything in her power to make me feel at home. The property was in an EXCELLENT location and was always very very clean Nothing
- Conchy (8/5): - A loud snoring in my room. Better bring your ear plugs or borrow from the hotel
- Martin (9/5): -
- Anne elaine (7/5): I enjoyed my stay overall - Warm , clean Parking can be difficult , dorms need to be separate for female and men
- Danil (10/5): A warm, friendly hotel with outstanding staff. I will gladly return and highly recommend it. - The location is perfect for the airport. The room was clean, everything worked, and the plumbing was excellent. The staff were truly exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from luggage to local advice. The atmosphere felt warm and almost family-like. Nothing significant. Everything worked as expected and the service exceeded expectations.
- Russell (10/5): -
- Doaa (9/5): - 10/10 the lady Coffee was very nice and friendly No ventilation in the bathroom and the room was cold ❄️❄️
- Simon (10/5): -
- Richard (7/5): -
- Joanna (7/5): - Comfortable beds. Little expensive for a hostel.
- Alisa (8/5): - Slept very well, as the stuff made my stay very convenient and safe. Was happy that I was in a quiet lovely dorm female only, for people who go to bed early. Thanks.
- Jingyi (9/5): Breakfast is poor, everything else is excellent -
- Sameer (10/5): -
- TDR13 (9/5): Great location, comfortable and good breakfast. - Really comfortable tidy beds and a great location! Quiet. Breakfast included is generous! Note there are no kitchen facilities. No fridge to store food (i gave mine to a staff member to put somewhere but it got thrown out).
- Pugh (9/5): Amazing for a last minute place to stay (if your comfortable sharing) - It's was a very good price for a last minute booking! There wasn't much to not like :)
- Heidi (9/5): Great room, location perfect after a long day trekking - It was in a great location quirky property with great decor and really friendly helpful staff. Loved it We found it really hard to locate signage could be better but that honestly is the smallest of things.
- Natalie (9/5): -
- Carina (7/5): -
- Athena (8/5): Hostel stay - Great location and lovely staff The room was roasting (not the hostels fault more so the heatwave and 2 people in the room came in around 2:30am and turned on all the lights. Again not the hostels fault. A wee curtain over the beds would be nice for privacy.
- Tracy (9/5): Lovely little hostel - Lovely staff, atmosphere, facilities clean and tidy, beds were comfy, with individual lights and charging points. Gluten free bread and cereal at breakfast. If you have a "normal" diet, you would love the simple, but plentiful continental breakfast. No designated parking, but I was lucky with finding a post 6pm place nearby. All the jams and spreads were in sharing jars, which is a little difficult on the cross contamination front for coeliacs, but I never expect special treatment. Storage space for bags was at a premium
- Mikhail (8/5): -
- Chris (4/5): Unsatisfactory - Continental style breakfast spread very comprehensive; more than adequate to start the day. I felt the setup in the breakfast room was very welcoming. Sadly, Caernarfon revellers returning to the dorm at 1:30 am made for a sleepless night. Note to self: avoid Saturday nights! Albeit staff were friendly and the breakfast very good, £48 is a lot to pay for a totally sleepless night spent sheltering in my car because there was no common room accessible to escape a noisy dorm.
- Elad (6/5): Suitable for young travelers, not for families. - Good location. This is really a guest house. It is branded as an inn with private rooms. There is one family room that is ok, and this is what we got, but the vibe, atmosphere, and facilities are suitable for a guest house and not an inn for family with children. Breakfast is quite poor.
- Michelle (9/5): Fantastic stay thank you - Sus was so lovely and helpful also her sister was very polite aswell. The family room was amazing so much space and lots of things available to use. I would definitely go back when we go again.
- Isabela (10/5): -
- Pravin (10/5): - Su was such a sweet host. Her bar in the basement with live music is awesome 👌. The bed was clean, and the common areas were also very well maintained.
Thanks, Su, for helping in getting my ear pods, which stuck between the radiator gap 😊
- Stuart (9/5): Good value. Su is a great host. Recommend it. - Quirky. Well laid out. Solid, well built wooden bunk beds. Zero
- Anne (9/5): -
- Paul (9/5): - Easy access and able to book at short notice. Easy reach of regular bus services. Good breakfast.
.
- MURIEL (6/5): - La gentillesse de l hote Près de bars bruyants le samedi soir.
- Darren (10/5): - Staff were the best I’ve ever encountered professional friendly and helpful legends
- Alan (8/5): -
- Mara (10/5): - Pulita e posizione centrale, giusta qualità prezzo
- Priyanka (8/5): -
- Leslie Hawker (10/5): - Everything. The lady who owns the place and cooks amazing Thai food is brilliant. Great place right in the centre of Caernarfon. Stayed 2 nights. Bit of a Squeeze in the bunk beds but that's Hostals for ya. Worth going just for the food
- Andrew (10/5): - Comfortable accommodation and welcoming staff, great breakfast selection and mini bar in the basement.
- Yelyzaveta (9/5): -
- Jedrzej (8/5): Would come back again - Very friendly staff. Excellent location close to the port, the castle and pubs around the town. Beds very comfortable. Small lockers with keys available for personal goods. Towels available for rent. Breakfast was simple in choice, but sufficient in size and in a comfortable dining basement.
- Tomas Runz (9/5): -
- Paula (10/5): - Alojamiento acogedor, único, en el corazón de una ciudad Preciosa como Caernarfon. El personal siempre atento y muy amable. Seguro que volveré.
- Pooley (10/5): - Value for money. Good welcome and service. All good. £3 for a towel is fair.
- Alison (10/5): - Su, the host, was friendly and helpful. We had an excellent meal in the bar and enjoyed listening to a jazz group
- Verified traveler (8/5): Our stay - Great central location, within easy walking distance of most areas/ attractions. We were travelling on motorbikes and parked immediately outside between 5.00pm and 9.00am. But needed to move during the day. Great value for money and very friendly owner.
- Richard (8/5): Great value, good location - Friendly staff, clean bedding
- Paul (9/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): Very comfortable. Nice place to meet like-minded travellers. - Friendly welcome. Very comfortable, with a continental buffet breakfast.
- Rylan (10/5): Cozy, friendly, with everything you need - The property was lovely and perfectly located near the sea and Caernarfon's high street. I stayed in a hostel-style room -- the beds were comfy and each guest had plenty of space. The best part of the stay was certainly being welcomed by Su, who is fantastic. She made me a nice tea when I came back tired from a long and windy hike.
- Luke (9/5): -
- Pablo (8/5): -
- Sebastian Fabian (10/5): - Super friendly staff and the mattresses, pillows and blanket were hotel quality Nothing
- Riki (8/5): -
- YUE LAN (7/5): -

- Ross (10/5): -
- Maryna (9/5): -
- Stephanie (8/5): -
- Maryna (10/5): -
- Meurig (10/5): - Everything especially the staff
- Lydia (10/5): Great little place - We had the private family room, it was so spacious, with a separate lounge area, fridge, tea and coffee. Staff were lovely. We would stay again. It’s close to the beautiful castle and harbour. Bit noisy with revellers on a bank holiday Sunday and the seagulls were loud but that can’t be helped! Nothing bad, lots of steps to the top which wouldn’t suit everyone
- Graham (10/5): - An excellent location right next to the Castle
I had a Thai curry that was superb and the basement bar is both quirky and fun
Welcome and service from Su and her friendly staff made this stay special
- Alice (7/5): -
- AG (8/5): -
- Mark (8/5): - SUPER friendly welcome from Su, who also sorted out towel and ear plugs, and laid on special early breakfasts.
The bar downstairs was also a hidden gem - fine beer selection, live music and good company. Awesome central location too. Water pressure in the showers was a bit tame, but can't really help that on the top floor. Having to be picky about the place says a lot about how nice it was.
- Von Arlo Umali (8/5): -
- Goodwin (9/5): - Great character and v friendly host
- Adler (10/5): - Su, the owner of the place, is the absolute kindest woman and made my stay fantastic! The facilities were all very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect— close to the main bus stop and the castle. The cafe below is very cozy and the included breakfast was nice! Thanks for a great stay!
