• Gajesh (7/5): - Location was near to the railway station. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. The bedsheet was stained. Pls don't stay in room 102 as there is no ventilation. There was just one window and you can't even open the curtains. This is because the people sitting in the cafe (Gulaab ji chai) can literally see you in the room through a transparent window lol. Horrible way to even design a room. The day staff wasn't very accommodating. Overall, it was just okay for a one night stay

• Grace (8/5): Good value for money - The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers good value for money overall. The location is quite isolated, so you’ll need to take a tuk tuk to reach shops and restaurants, which is something to keep in mind when booking. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In our first room, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, but once we reported it, they quickly moved us to a much larger room downstairs without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly sufficient for our needs. While the location may not be the most convenient, the quality of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff made for a pleasant stay overall.
• Adelaide (7/5): Nice stay - The room is huge! It is really nicely designed as well. Wifi was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was decent. You pick a drink and two sides, e.g Poha and a sandwich. The cafe out the front is lovely and well known for Chai. Hotels right on a busy road so be prepared for that. Even for short journeys a tuktuk would be a good idea. The showers were cold, fridge didn’t work, and there were some insects in the room. However we don’t consult reception to get these issues rectified during our stay.

• 利樹 (7/5): - インドの宿泊施設のなかでは、ある程度の清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができた。 ジャイプールの中心地からは距離はあるが、駅から徒歩15分程度とアクセスはよく、鉄道での移動がある際には便利。 また隣には朝夜に賑わっているカフェがあり、チャイが美味しいです。 シーツは若干の汚れがありました。

• louise (8/5): Large spacious room - The room was good no complaints apart from the mattress quite hard but that’s personal preference. The staff wasn’t super interactive, never said hello unless we said it, sometimes made us feel a little intimidated especially as one time 3 of them sat in reception and stared at us.

Recommended for short time stay Uncomfortable at all, the bed is hard and, starting early morning to late night, the voices of people chatting loudly outside in the restaurant and around like they are inside the room

• Miriam (9/5): - Size of the room was perfect, quite big. Sheets and towels were clean. We only spent 1 night and would repeat it with no doubt! We ordered food (they have a restaurant next to it) and most of them were good and cheap but one of them was completely burned. Recepcionist guy barely spoke English and we had issues to understand him. Beds were hard as leaning on the floor. Overall it was quite nice but to point out an inconvenience, sockets were quite close to switches and was difficult to plug the adapter.

The attached restaurant is more famous than the hotel itself. Parking space for private vehicle is not available at all. Facilities within the room are just at par.

• Mohammed (1/5): Bad - I stayed at this hotel for three days, and during my stay, the biggest issue I encountered was the tea shop located directly in front of the hotel, known as Gulaab Ji Chai Shop.This shop is renowned as one of the best tea shops in Jaipur, which unfortunately means it attracts large crowds and causes a lot of noise, disrupting any hope for peace and quiet. Even late at night, the noise levels remain high.The room I was assigned, room number 102, lacked privacy because the placement of the window and curtain allowed patrons from the tea shop to see in whenever I moved the curtain. Additionally, the room had a faulty exhaust fan in the bathroom, with a part of it detached, posing a risk to anyone using the bathroom. I discovered this issue only upon checking out and decided to leave a review to inform others. The hotel staff were notably unfriendly, never smiling, and required immediate payment for any food orders, which were delivered by the tea shop staff. I found the tea to be quite subpar, nowhere near as good as the tea you can find in Kerala. On a positive note, the room was very spacious, providing enough space to run and play, but this did not compensate for the poor condition of the bathroom. The hotel itself has only 10 rooms, which I believe are not worth the rate charged given the overall experience.

• Pant (10/5): Perfect stay...perfect vibes.. - Just awesome..I would give 11 out of 10.nice location..it's on road.nice rooms..and the cafe "gulab ki chai" was mind blowing...beautiful ambience..delicious food..and economically priced...everything was perfect...I regretted booking a boutique hotel for last day of my trip..i'll definitely stay in gumaan auberge when I come to jaipur next time..just loved it❤️❤️

• Shweta (10/5): Great place to stay - We were visiting Jaipur for my Dad's medical treatment. The staff is very empathetic,treats guests like family,very clean room and washroom. They were so good to us in our circumstances. I hope this place stays like this as Jaipur has very few humble and beautiful hosts. My mum asked how would she get plum smoothie made ,she was carrying plums with her,for my dad's health,they actually gave us their mixer along with jar ! 2) me and my mom had to go out while dad was sleeping ,he was not well,we requested the staff to check on our dad in our absence,they did so ! Nice and simple people. They deserve much more appreciation than any of the snooty big names in the Jaipur hospitality industry. I wish they had a kitchen/pantry ! But never mind its right next to Gulab ji s cafe and the staff is very prompt and good. They were very helpful as my parents needed no sugar tea ,they would always remember these small details.

• Goutam (10/5): Best place to stay with your family as it’s in good laocation which allows you to go to market in very less time and max - Situated in very good location. And staff is very good. Bus stop is very near to the location which is very helpful. Best part is its near to Gulab ji chai so breakfast is delicious. There is no lunch dinner facilities.

The property is in construction right now, don't book - First of all, I have booked this property for our stay 20 days prior from our trip and on the day of arriving at this place when we went to this place we found everything was going under construction. There was no reception, everything was under construction. I didn't know that time to whom I should ask. Because there was only phone number available at the website which was not answerable. Pathetic welcome we got at the arrival. After that we manage somehow to go some other property for our stay.

Everyone was polite and helpful mb the weather was cold, but bed sheets could not get dry and it was rather freezing at night. Boiler for taking a shower is also a small one
