Katia made us feel like - Katia and all the staff at Agriturismo Torre Flavia were extremely kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the property to stay and also to enjoy the delicious food in their restaurant. We had a great experience- the location is beautiful and gardens are kept beautifully too. The swimming pool is a big plus at the property and service always excellent - everything we requested was perfect.

Only thing is, the description in Booking.com said it was 100m from train station but in actual it's not. Because of this location to train station issue, we have to fork out extra cost for taxi.
Simon (9/5): the ideal stop on my bike-tour through Italy - A very warm welcome, a nice pool and pool-bar, an ideal appartment with a little private "garden" to keep your bike safe. (The bathroom isn't exactl on the same level as the rest - no issue, though.) Neat little breakfast in the moring and à la carte restaurant service in the evening (probably for lunch, too..?). WiFi didn't work in all areas - what only bothered me because I didn't have a good reception on my phone and could have used the service.

Stephen (10/5): We were very well looked after. Felt like VIP’s! - Our room had a rustic feel and was extremely clean- the tiles sparkled! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport in the morning, so we didn’t have to worry about that.- we even got to hang out with the owners new puppy! The location was beautiful and tranquil, the grounds boasted olive trees and peacocks! We made full use of the infinity pool and gardens- which we happened to have all to ourselves. We were only there for 1 day/night and we had to leave for our flight before breakfast so we can’t comment on that but we did have dinner the previous night and the food was fresh and tasty- authentic Mediterranean food. We both agreed that we wished we had booked this accommodation for the last 2 days of our trip (rather than just the last night) as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely visit again and recommend. Very reasonably priced. My only comment would be that the en suite had packets of hand soap, we personally would have preferred an individually wrapped soap bar but there was ample of the packets so we didn’t run out. Just a preference.
Laura (9/5): Superb - We had a pleasant stay here. Nice and helpfull staff, good food at the restaurant. Lovely beach pretty near to the hotel. A very good place especially when travelling with a car. We left our car at the train station nearest to the hotel and took the train to rome.

Verified traveler (4/5): - Unfortunately we are giving a poor and unsatisfactory review. The room was very small, the bed was one step away from the door! The bed creaked loudly when you turned in bed because of the noisy bed springs. The donkeys brayed throughout the night. We did not sleep well. The bathroom door did not close properly and also creaked loudly when you opened it. The shower did not drain well , there was not enough hot water, and it got cold quickly. The cornetto was pre-frozen and so it was very dry to eat. The people who run the business were on vacation, so their mother did her best to accommodate. The pizzeria was closed for this reason. Our stay was unsatisfactory and very disappointing. Our first time , and our last time. Next time we will return to the hotel near the beach as we have done so in the past. A good night rest is important.
Andrea (6/5): kleines Hotel am Stadtrand - Was wir nicht so gut fanden: Es gab erst ab 8:30 Uhr Frühstück, das ist viel zu spät, wenn man bei der Hitze noch etwas unternehmen möchte. Das Personal ließ auch nicht mit sich reden und wir haben das Frühstück mehrmals ausfallen lassen müssen. Ein Frühstücksbuffet wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, gab es erst in der zweiten Woche, als mehr Gäste dort waren. Die Auswahl war nicht sehr groß. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man noch einen zweiten Kaffee bekommen hätte. Im Swimmingpool musste man eine Badehaube tragen! Abends war es teilweise sehr laut, weil auf dem Gelände noch Veranstaltungen stattfanden. Zum Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof muss man ziemlich weit laufen. Busverbindungen sind vorhanden, aber es konnte uns keiner sagen, wann und wie oft die Busse fuhren. Die Straßen in der Umgebung sind sehr dreckig. Man findet dort viel Müll und tote Ratten!
