Important Information
Our Check-in time is from 15:00 until 23:30. Unless you have informed the hotel in advance, if you do not check-in within this time, your reservation will be considered as canceled and your room may be rented out. Check out time is 11:00. There will be extra charge for check-in early or checking out late.
Once you pay the room and tax the hotels system will release the HOLDS that it put on your C/C that you used when checking in. These holds are also the incidentals that were held. Often the incidentals/holds will say PENDING on your C/C or bank acct. This timing for the holds to be released all depends on your individual bank. Some are faster at releasing them than others and this is especially true when there are holidays involved as banks are FOREVER closed on holidays. The holds will be released but again the timing all depends on your individual bank. You must bring the Room Keys to the front desk office when checking out.
You must be 21 or older to rent a room. Minors will not be allowed to stay without a parent or a guardian. Unexpired/current Passport, Driver's license or State issued ID that has your clear photo will be accepted as a valid ID. Hotel may ask for the ID of all person/(s) staying in the room. When you check into the hotel, the names on the credit card and the photo ID need to match. This is done to fight credit fraud. we can NOT take a credit card over the phone for a reservation. We need the card physically in order to check you into the room. We do not accept third party credit cards, person booking must present his card and valid ID.
Guests must cancel at least 24Hours prior to the check-in time for a FREE cancellation. Thereafter, you will be charged for the first night.
Hotel offers free complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation. Additional vehicles may be allowed at management's discretion.
Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. There is fine up to $100/Day for smoking in a nonsmoking room.
Total amount for the entire stay will be charged when checking in. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals (up to $100/day). The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Arash (1/5): The worst hotel experience I've ever had, avoid at all costs. - Honestly, nothing. I'm struggling to find a single positive thing about this stay. The check-in process was bizarre, they had me fill everything out by hand on pen and paper like it's 1995. The room smelled bad, the TV remote was sticky to the touch, and the bathroom was dirty and had a foul odor. Worst of all, the bed sheets clearly weren't changed, there were what looked like blood stains and black scuff marks all over them. Absolutely disgusting and a serious hygiene concern.

- Angelo (8/5): As a traveler on the go this place checks all marks. - Simple, clean, friendly staff, accommodating, nearby many things, and safe. This is a great place if you need a place to rest and get simple things done. It isn’t luxury but it gets the job done!

- James (3/5): Keep looking don’t stay here. - Nothing Filthy and run down. Furniture looked like it was pull from a dumpster and everything in the room was stained, ripped, or just dirty. Also there were some late night drunken fights outside.

- Miguel (1/5): Super bad experience I would not go back there again 🤮🤮 - It was horrible. I pulled up with my motorcycle and my girlfriend car we were only using one parking space and the staff (Indian lady owner) did not wanted me to keep my motorcycle in the premises even tho I had already paid and had given the form to stay. The staff (Indian husband) asked for cash deposit and to not have my motorcycle like I was being racially profiled and got yelled at by the wife (Indian lady owner) they gave us the worst room and the tv wasn’t even working.

- Bob (4/5): We stayed in California for 8 nights. This hotel was the most expensive and the worst quality. - There was no breakfast. We were aware of that when we booked. The location was centrally located for the activities we wanted to do. A microwave and refrigerator were included in the room. The furniture and linens were stained. There was no coffee in the room or in the lobby. The water dispenser in the lobby said, "For staff only." The room was shabby.

- Eric (4/5): Clean place bad owners very rude - The property is kept up well no issues Some people stay there for more than a day so you’ve got some people living there and some people staying, which is kind of awkward, the people that own it and run the front desk are some of the rudest people that you’ll meet so just know that going in their condescending they keep repeating themselves and they’re rude
