• Nick (10/5): A top-notch Greek stay - This is probably the first time I'm giving a property a ten. The hotel is very well-maintained (everything from your room to the pool is cleaned twice a day), the staff says 'yes' to any (sensible) favor you ask, the beach is right in front of the building, and they serve excellent coffee at the bar. To note, my entire family felt somewhat disappointed when we arrived in the town and the hotel, as the overall feel seemed to be a bit off to expectation. But in the end all of us were completely mesmerized by the stay. Nothing.

Farbkombination, diverse schöne Lampen alles in sich stimmig vom Zimmer bis in die Lobby/Restaurant. Die Dusche ist leider so konzipiert, dass das Wasser rausspritzt.

• Hetty K (10/5): Absolute perfection in Greece's hidden gem! - We stayed at the Anastasia Hotel during our visit to Karystos for a family wedding. The hotel was bustling with wedding guests, but the staff at the Anastasia handled it all impeccably. They were kind, professional, accommodating, and treated us like family. Our rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. The pool and bar area were stunningly decorated with luxurious sun loungers and cozy banquettes. We spent our days there relaxing in the sun, swimming in the pool, and savoring our delicious lunch and cocktails while enjoying unobstructed ocean views. The breakfast in the morning was on par, if not better than, most luxury five-star hotels I have stayed at. The decor of the buffet area was so cute, and along with abundant traditional Greek sweet and savory offerings, there were also handmade koulourakia being baked in a little oven in the buffet area! The morning after the wedding, the owners of the Anastasia even made traditional loukoumades to celebrate the newly married couple and served them at breakfast. All these special touches really made our stay there extraordinary. Our family could not have enjoyed our stay at the Anastasia any more, and we can not wait to return! Nothing

The staff are absolutely amazing — everyone goes out of their way to help with any request. They are super helpful and genuinely the kindest people, from the owner all the way to the summer intern. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The location is perfect, the food is excellent, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel completely at home. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

• Marianne (9/5): Exceptional service at this hidden gem - The hotel is stunning, and they have ensured every detail has been covered to create a beautiful ambience. Along with the decor it also includes being provided with a glass of water every time you sit at the pool, a beautiful bag of nuts when you order a drink, homemade baked biscuits for breakfast and a jar of homemade marmalade when you leave from Anastasia. They also go way and beyond to assist you with accessing services in the area. The hotel is a hidden gem. Just some amenities in the room, such as iron and ironing board and shower caps.

But all this was very very expensive Euro 220 for one night is a huge amount. This is not Amalfi or Las Palmas not even Paros. As a I said this was extremely expensive

• Lefteris (10/5): Unique experience for the guests! - The Hotel Managers and personnel were polite and friendly. I booked the J-Suite which found good and cost was fair for this type of room. All services were top rated and the best thing (from my point of view) was the restaurant. The food was tasteful and delicious! The Managers & Personnel are high quality professionals and the whole experience is unique. Next time I would like to book the G-Suite which offers a great balcony with Bay view! Not much that I didn’t like. I would prefer more shadow near the pool.

The hotel did not inform me prior to arrival or when I checked in. They left it to me to discover this after I settled in my room. No discount offered as compensation.

• Deborah (10/5): A wonderful, relaxing stay this friendly, modern, boutique hotel. Just fabulous. - We loved the calm, relaxing ambience throughout the Anastasia hotel. Our room was beautiful, with tasteful 'calming' decor, set on the corner of the hotel with a wonderful panoramic view. The breakfast is wonderful - with everything laid out from a range of fresh, healthy options, a wonderful cooked selection and home-made fresh biscuits on offer too. The staff are great - very kind and helpful and always with a smile and conversation. There is a small-ish super clean, well maintained pool right by the sea front. The hotel is not huge and so it has a lovely, personal, boutique feel to it. We missed making tea and coffee in our room although it is on offer at the bar. We were under the impression we had booked a room with a bath, as this was actually listed on Bookings - although in fact, none of the rooms come with a bath. I think bath-robes were also noted. Still, there was a superb, super hot and powerful shower which was much appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent with many and tasty choices to pick from. The rooms were very comfortable ,very clean and with an amazing sea view. The girls at the reception desk are wonderful.

Die Matratzen sind leider zu hart, aber es wurde uns sofort geholfen und Wolldecken eingebettet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Und sogar am Pool wird den Gästen gratis Wasser serviert! Super! Wir kommen wieder!

Great service (when you sat down aroun the pool or bar area, they immediatley served some cold water). Very nice breakfast. We found it weird that the pool closes between 15.30 and 17.30 h "to ensure quietness", while it was never noisy and if there was any noise, it was from people not using the pool. The property does not have a beach in front which is a pity, and the closest beach (to the west) was not that clean.

• Carolyn (10/5): Amazing boutique hotel on the sea - This hotel is pristine, and the people are so welcoming. It’s better than it looks in pictures and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Breakfast is lovely. Quiet is nicely encouraged during siesta hours.

Bra frukost, god färskpressad juice. Utvecklingsområden: bättre kuddar skulle gjort nattsömnen mer utvilande. Den lilla belysningen som fanns i badrummen var undermålig. Kvitto vid utcheckning endast på grekiska vilken omöjliggör att man kan kontrollera sina utgifter. Poolen håller stängd för siesta 15.30-17.30 vilket inte lirar med internationella gäster. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen om jag någon gång besöker ön på nytt ocg rekommenderar stället absolut!
