• Hugo (10/5): Wonderful stay and Albert makes everything easier and friendly! - We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, very central and ideal for exploring Athens. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed. A very special thank you to Albert, who made the experience truly exceptional. Despite our very late arrival after midnight, he welcomed us with incredible kindness and took the time to explain everything about the apartment and the area. On our last day, he also kindly helped us with our luggage and made everything incredibly easy before our flight. His warmth, availability, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay!

Le logement était extrêmement propre et la localisation parfaite, dans un quartier calme mais avec plein de restaurants et commerces à proximité, proche de l'acropole et du métro. Les photos correspondent à plusieurs logement ce qui peut porter à confusion. Mon logement était en sous-sol (ce qui était annoncé), mais les photos montraient une chambre avec fenêtre à l'étage, beaucoup plus lumineuse. L'isolation phonique entre les étages était aussi très mauvaise, on entendant tous les bruits de pas, de chaises qui bougent et de voix.

• Hugh (10/5): Warm homey atmosphere- perfect launching pad for all your Athens adventures! - Loved the location which was very convenient - only 600 m to the Acropolis!- and so quiet you could hear birdsong every morning. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. We enjoyed having choice of A/C and fan in the bedroom and the generous balcony where we took our coffee and breakfast. Kitchen had hot plates, often, all necessary cooking equipment, and good olive oil, wine vinegar etc. The street was lined with orange trees which were laden with fruit. Our host, Albert, was very helpful, warm and friendly and provided us with a wealth of recommendations and helpful advice about accessing and enjoying the Acropolis, the stadium of the first modern Olympic Games and the various museums as well as cafes, tavernas and pharmacies etc. We had four full days and nights in Athens and loved every moment. If you enjoy opera, do not miss the Maria Callas Museum - I’m a big fan and totally loved it. I can’t think of anything to improve.

• Simic (10/5): A kind host, a lovely neighborhood, and a clean apartment. Highly recommended! - The apartment is located in a beautiful area of Athens, and everything is close by and easily accessible.
• Marinella (9/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft an sehr guter und angenehmer Lage - Sehr hübsches und gepflegtes Gebäude; ein wunderbar charmantes Apartment; sehr sauber; bequemes Bett und Kopfkissen; grosse Terrasse; ruhig; sehr gute und angenehme Lage; sehr kundenorientierte Gastgeber, die täglich vor Ort waren, was ich sehr angenehm fand; Apartment wurde während des Aufenthalts gereinigt enge und steile Treppe ins 1. OG (Es ist ein Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und deshalb ist das so.). Mit schwerem Gepäck ist das ungünstig, auch wenn die Gastgeber auch hier helfen.
• Alessia (9/5): Cozy, well-located apartment near the Acropolis—central yet peaceful, with a local feel - We stayed four nights in one of the apartments and felt completely at home from day one. The apartment was very cozy and—if you want to cook—equipped with everything you need. The location really impressed us. It’s basically on the other side of the Acropolis hill (with the “center” on one side and the apartment on the other), which means you can easily reach Athens’ main hotspots on foot while not being right in the middle of the busy center. There are also plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, Albert gave us lots of helpful tips, and he was always available whenever we needed anything (umbrellas, taxi, etc.)—many thanks! We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay centrally but not in the middle of the crowds, and who also enjoys exploring more local, authentic neighborhoods. -

The space was clean, quiet, and nicely arranged, making the stay really easy and relaxing. The location is very good, close to the Acropolis, with bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within a 5-minute walk, while still feeling calm and pleasant. The host was very kind, helpful, and always smiling. The overall experience was simple and enjoyable Only one small point, that the description mentions a terrace with a city view. The terrace itself is very beautiful, but the view is mainly over the nearby buildings and the inner courtyard, with a bit of the top of the mountain in the background. It would be good to clarify this in the description
• Анна (9/5): Excellent apartments with everything you need - The apartment is very cool. It has everything you need and even more. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook (stove, oven, toaster, kettle, all the utensils). It's great that there is filtered water available. If it suddenly gets cold, you can turn on an air conditioner or a heater. The apartment is clean, and it clean it quite often. Also, thank you for the very friendly staff; Albert is a very nice person. There is a great courtyard where you can go out and sit at the table, eat your breakfast, or work on the computer. I really liked the area which not far from the Acropolis, but nevertheless very calm, quiet, and cozy. The Wi-Fi isn't very good. It could have simply disconnected or a very weak signal.
• Iwaszu (10/5): - Wspaniałe miejsce, blisko głównych atrakcji Aten ale schowane przed zgiełkiem miasta i tłumami turystów. W okolicy wiele fajnych knajpek, do metra i tramwaju - 10 minut spacerkiem. Sam apartament czyściutki, w pełni wyposażony, podczas naszego pobytu dodatkowo sprzątany. Zarządca-pracownik Albert to niezwykle uczynny i otwarty człowiek - zawsze doradzi gdzie pójść, co zjeść czy zobaczyć. Olbrzymim dodatkowym udogodnieniem jest ogólnodostępny filtr wody z którego można uzupełniać karafki będące na wyposażeniu pokoju lub własne butelki na wędrówki po Atenach. Nie było takiej rzeczy ale innym może nie odpowiadać, że jest to stary budynek więc często słychać np. kroki czy otwieranie drzwi, ogólnie "życie" w innych pokojach.

• Recep (10/5): Great apartment,great location and excellent service - Since my booking was confirmed the host was amazingly fast answering all my questions which was very important for me ,upon on arrival we were welcomed by Mr.Albert ,he is a star nothing was too much for him ,house was spotless clean ,we had everything we needed .Great location absolutely safe area ,everything was walking distance .Apartment was surrounded by cafes restaurants,markets ,pharmacies ,looking forward to going back .Once you are here u don’t actually need any transportation needed everything is in a walking distance ,Highly recommended,we left the apartment with a great experience Thank you Nothing everything was great

The location of our stay was perfect...clean, updated and our host Alex was the best...very attentive. The property was located in safe, secure area. We got to see a little bit of our area before we headed to port for our cruise. The slight hill we had to climb back to our place....smiles...it was good exercise!

• Stan (10/5): - The apartment is clean and very quiet, (and warm - temperatures in Athens were close to 0 while we were there). It's got everything we needed. And there's a balcony facing the back. We could also park the car in the street a few metres away from the front door. Perfect location for us, a wee off the main hustle, but most historical sites are within a short walk. Albert at recetion is very friendly and provided very useful information on cafes and places to eat and visit.

Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable bed. Small bathroom-hard to access shower and limited space on vanity. As it is a self contained apartment would have been nice to have had a coffee pod machine or plunger. Suggest maybe an apartment at or above street level rather than semi basement.

• Nadine (8/5): - Staff Albert was quite friendly and helpful, resourceful, responsive. Was reasonably priced at a great location with more of neighborhood feel and a safe, quiet street. Basement place was tasteful, roomy and a good set up. Messages from multiple people with name of location varying was a bit confusing. Could probably use a new coat of paint soon and replace of throw rug which could be a fall hazard. Toilet/shower space narrow ie not for a large build person. But beyond these minor concerns, overall we have no regrets with booking this place.

• Alicia (10/5): Amazing spot for a vacation! - This place is super cute. Less than a mile walk to Plaka and closer to acropolis and so many sites. The ac was perfect and consistent. Stayed cold all day/night. Albert was the best. He was there for anything we needed. Directions recommendations and eve called for cabs for us! He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Fresh water daily was great to come home to in the fridge!! Hot tea every morning in our room was a plus! Hot showers daily! I would recommend this place!!! Plenty of pubs and cafes just a few minutes away! Highly recommend and we will def be back! Fratti is a cute little pub around the corner. Very friendly🍷

• Pierre (2/5): - Emplacement Beaucoup trop bruyant, impossible de dormir avec des voisins qui font du bruit toute la nuit. Nous avons quitté le logement avant la date de fin de notre séjour. L’hôte m’a promis le remboursement de la nuit mais à ce jour toujours aucun retour.

• Imran (9/5): Für den Preis bekommt man genau das was man erwartet - Sehr gut gelegen. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Für ein Wochenende sehr gut. Wer etwas länger bleibt, sollte sich für das größere Apartment entscheiden. In meinem Apartment war das Bad etwas klein und man hatte keinen Ausblick. Heißt aber nicht das es in jedem so ist. Wem das wichtig ist soll etwas mehr zahlen.

IN THE VERY HEART OF ATHENS WE HAD AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND PEACEFUL TIME. MANY THANKS TO ALBERT WHO WAS GREAT,ALWAYS THERE ,WILLING TO HELP. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. EXCEPT MAYBE FOR THE BATHROOM WHICH IS A BIT NARROW WITH NO SPACE TO PLACE THINGS.

• Leo (10/5): - Posizione ottima e tranquilla, dieci minuti a piedi dal museo dell'Acropoli e dall'ingresso dell'Acropoli stessa. Intorno a questa zona ( Parka) ci sono molti ristorantini caratteristici. Il signor Albert è una persona gentilissima, ci ha dato molte informazioni su cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare. La casa è esattamente quella delle foto.

• Doreen (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht, aber wir haben es genossen. Super Empfang und Hilfestellung, super Gegend. Nicht weit von der Akropolis. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr ruhige Lage! Hunde sind willkommen.

• Johannes (9/5): Traumhaft für Athen Besuch - Traumhafte Lage, sehr zentral, 10min zu Fuß bis zur Akropolis. Absolut sauber. Sehr netter Host. Uns wurde bei jeder Frage geholfen. Wir hatten zwei Appartments im Souterrain, die Appartments oben sind sicher noch angenehmer. Die erste Nacht waren wir zu 5. in einem Appartement, auch das war ausreichend. Sehr schöner Innenhof. In den Souterrain Appartments hört man jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch aus den darüber liegenden Appartments. Dies ist wohl der historischen Bausubstanz geschuldet

• Donna (9/5): Great location , clean and comfortable at a good price - Location. Close to all the popular sights and safe neighborhood. Our check in went smoothly and lots of great info given by Albert. Place was clean and comfortable. No outlet in the bathroom so had to do hair in hallway where a mirror and outlet were.
• Phoebe (9/5): Wonderful time in Athens- highly recommend - Excellent location- a lovely neighbourhood, close to the acropolis and the metro, perfect for walking Plaka and Monstariki. Wonderful staff; Albert was incredible and helped support all our needs. The room itself was comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely balcony where you could see the ocean one side and part of the acropolis the other. The mattresses were very hard, but this is probably good for our backs.
• Victoria (8/5): Lovely apartment in great location. - This is a great apartment in a fantastic location in Athens. Quiet street. Nicely decorated. VERY helpful staff who helped us arange taxis and transpotation etc. This apartment is really only for 2 people. It advertises for 4 but the rooms are connected and would only be ok if it was parents with two small children.
