- Anish (3/5): Not recommended for family and kids - The only plus point for this hotel is the location. The condition of the room was quite poor — the floor was in bad shape, and the walls had visible water leakage. The bedsheets were unclean and had a sweaty odor. There was no hot water available in the morning, and overall, everything felt old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was also ineffective. They took payment in advance so i couldn't ask for a refund.

No provision for Breakfast.We had to go out for coffee and food.No kettle for hot water.Difficult to contact for room service.Towels are not replaced on their own.We had to remind them.We were 2 people.They gave one towel.we had to ask for additional towel.Initially they refused to serve hot water to drink and no kettle was provided and no room service for food because it was a non AC room.This statement sounds odd.

- Srinivasan (7/5): This hotel is pretty decent and offers value for money and is near to most of the city attractions. - Restaurant is not functioning and there is no breakfast available at the hotel. we have to eat outside Reception lobby ha a pungent smell due to all doors and windows always being closed. This should improve as it affects the mood/perception as soon as one enters the hotel. Reception staff kept their phone unhooked for most part of my 4 day stay (meaning if you dial 9 from intercom, it will always give you busy tone).

"There is heavy flood here due to rain. The ground floor is submerged. Please cancel your booking."
I had booked for 8 nights.
I could not find a new accommodation last minute.
So, I went to the hotel anyways to check out the flood situation.
There was no flood and they just wanted to squeeze me out of the reservation, which I had booked long time ago for a lower price.
After negotiating for a while, I was given a room with no breakfast and no AC.
I ended up paying the price of AC room (3000rs per night) for non-AC.
The business is shady and won't respect your reservation.

Pure waste of money It’s like a 100 Rupee Room , The world’s most noisiest place .Through out night you will not be able to sleep with the lift noise and noise of Staff and other customers room. What ever happens in the room above you , you will be able to listen .The staffs howl through out day and night .
First day the staff tried to cheat by giving a small room . I showed the photo in the app and argued to get a better room .
Totally a bad experience . The room could be max Rs 1000. Not at all worthy

When it comes to Tvm, I prefer a place like Hotel Keerthi. I loved the rooms and vibe of the hotel. Food is delicious. Very friendly services. I am little concerned about the location. I mean it's close to railway station, I liked it. In the evening/night time, the people gather on the road sides, since it's bar attached. Otherwise it's very comfortable. I would suggest ladies to travel in groups during late evenings & night.
It's not a negative comment. It's just a personal concern. Thank You

At the time of check in they charged us extra 700Rs for A/c room, We were very tired and was forced to pay that amount.
While in booking.com app it clearly shows ac room
Hopefully some measures to be taken for such properties in future so that no one gets confused.

- Pradheep (1/5): Bad - When I first tried to reach out to the hotel for a late check in, the mobile number was switched off. I tried multiple times but it was still switched off. Later reached out to an alternate number which was mentioned on Booking.com and informed them about late check in. When I finally reached to the hotel, the front desk executive demanded for an additional charge of Rs.500 for late check in which I disagreed to pay. They even went ahead to claim that there is no alternative number mentioned on booking.com and I had called a wrong number. When I called the alternate number in front of them, the person picked the call and told that he had already informed about my late arrival. This really irritated me and I left the property. I finally chose an alternate hotel for accommodation

- Pia (10/5): BEST SERVICE EVER! - Firstly, the facilities were flawless: Squeaky clean room and bathroom, comfortable mattress, good and flexible breakfast, quiet but convenient location.
Now about the extraordinary part of my stay - the service:
I arrived during the night, shyly expressing during check-in that my plan was to leave by train tomorrow, but I couldn’t manage to create an account for booking a ticket. The receptionist promptly called a colleague for help, proposing he could book it with his private account. So, at 11pm they not only took the time to answer all my ill-prepared tourist questions about the train system, but within minutes I found myself with the perfect train ticket for the next day, which they did not even let me pay them back for!!
After exploring the city for some hours the next day, I learned at the train station that without a working account it would prove difficult to acquire the tickets for the rest of my trip if I did not want to depend on getting them on the spot on the same day. Expressing this back at the Hotel, the two staff members ended up BOOKING MY WHOLE TRIP (5 trains, 2 busses) for me!
It was not only extremely helpful for my journey, but also a wonderful experience of kindness!
Better than any concierge of a five star Hotel :) Everything was perfect :)
