Le petit déjeuner n’est pas top, la salle est beaucoup trop petite , de plus , les photos de présentation sur booking montre un buffet alors qu’il faut commander la veille le type de pain et boissons ainsi que l’heure du petit dejeuner. La qualité des produits est très light. C’est dommage.

Nettes Personal. Cablecars in die Altstadt um die Ecke. Frühstück etwas spartanisch. Frischer Orangensaft zB oder Rührei wäre schon nice.

• Sabine (7/5): Bel endroit mais un peu limite question prestations - Son emplacement. L’architecture de la Villa. Le calme. Le petit déjeuner dans une toute petite salle et avec des nappes qui méritent d’être renouvelées. L’accueil minimaliste sur rendez-vous, après on ne voit plus personne sauf au petit-déjeuner. Les bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre ne sont pas remplies chaque jour. On a dû demander du shampooing car il n’y en avait pas. Tout est fait pour économiser au maximum.

Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist nicht so reichlich wie auf dem Foto dargestellt, der Service bemüht. Die Eigentümerin wenig gastlich und noch weniger hilfsbereit.

• Jordan (10/5): A fantastic option if you are looking for somewhere outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre - a really well mai - Very clean and easy to get to. Around 9 stops on the metro from Piazza Garibaldi. The rooms were large and comfortable, well maintained and cleaned every day with new towels provided. The breakfast was fantastic. You fill in a sheet the night before and have items made to order, alongside a small selection of pre-made/packaged items. The cappuccino was delicious. The only thing I noticed was that I stayed Thursday-Sunday and on the Friday night there was a strong smell of sewage throughout the property. This only happened for one night.

• Laura (9/5): - Davide - de eigenaar van de B&B - was zeer behulpzaam. Tijdens verblijf ziek geworden en schoot meteen te hulp en zorgde voor een late check-out. Personeel kon iets moeilijker Engels maar pluspunt was dat ze wel hun uiterste best deden. Zeer propere kamer. Rustig gelegen B&B op ongeveer 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum.

• Artem (10/5): - I really liked the location - in Vomero, in a few minutes walk to the majestic viewpoint of St. Elmo and Certosa di San Martino, funiculaire, metro station, cafes and restaurants. The room was new, spacious, clean and very comfortable. I liked the breakfast, especially the cornetto and both kinds of sfogliatella 😋 - you can have these wonders only in Napoli. The staff is really good and responsive. To sum up, I stayed an extra week, loved it and fell in love with Napoli. I didn't like me leaving 😫

• Morgan (8/5): Enjoyed our stay; pleasant staff - The rooms are clean and comfortable - not huge but then you'll be strolling the lovely neighborhood where this hotel is located with plenty of food and coffee and easy access to the metro. Beds were comfy, shower good and everything clean. There was a taxi strike when we arrived which they notified us of - which was incredibly helpful. Using public transport to get to Villa Martino is pretty easy - Alibus then Metro 1. Just be sure to give them an accurate whatsapp # before you travel - I had a bit of trouble communicating as they used by US whatsapp (which I was unaware of) rather than the international one I was using. They did respond on booking.com and I was able to set up a check-in time, but the staff member let me know they check the booking messages less frequently so whatsapp is best. Staff that greeted and helped us check-in could not have been nicer and they arranged a taxi for us to the airport in the early morning when we left at a much better rate than Uber.

• ANDRÉ JEAN FRANÇOIS (10/5): - Nous avons apprécié : Notre chambre spacieuse, le lit confortable, la propreté de l'ensemble des locaux, l'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel qui s'est montré très attentionné, l'emplacement de la villa dans un lieu très calme et pourtant très proche de rues animées et des accès aux trois funicilaires et au métro. • Wolfgang Putschögl (9/5): - Unser Host Davide war einfach top! Er war sehr gastfreundlich und gab uns auch viele gute Tipps. Die Villa ist sehr schön renoviert, auch ein Teil der Familie lebt dort und mal fühlt sich willkommen. Wir konnten auch den Parkplatz länger benutzen, was bei der Parkplatzsituation in Neapel sehr hilfreich ist. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut, insbesondere für Italien, wo das Frühstück oft eher minimalistisch ist. Gemessen am restlichen sehr hohen Standard der Unterkunft gibt es allerdings noch ein wenig Luft nach oben.

• Helene (8/5): Fijne locatie op loopafstand van metro en liften - Mooie kamer met airconditioning. Goede bedden en prima badkamer. Er werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Elke dag kon je aangeven wat je bij het ontbijt wilde eten en drinken. Het was heel fijn dat om 13.00 uur al onze kamer gereed was Buiten rommelig in tegenstelling tot binnen.

Claudia is great hostess, she responded immediately on every question we had, she told us which restaurants are near the villa and are good to eat. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. We will definitely come back to stay at this place again. Everything was great!

Parking on property (with pay) Very good continental breakfast with cereal and hard boiled eggs. Only draw back is for people with mobility problems. Plenty of steps and no elevator.
