In summary, we couldn't stay in this apartment and could not get a refund...a VERY disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. Feeling totally robbed! Publicidad engañosa. El apartamento no se parecía en nada a las fotos de la plataforma y no estaba localizado en la dirección mostrada en la confirmación de la reserva. En resumen no pudimos estar en el apartamento ni obtuvimos un reembolso... Experiencia decepcionante e insatisfactoria. Nos sentimos totalmente robados.
