It was our third stay here and will be booking again next year when we come for the paragliding competition The menu had changed slightly and it wasn't quite so clear what dishes came with sides and when sides needed ordering e.g. the lamb just came as lamb!! :D

• Kathleen (6/5): - Good location and room was clean and beds were comfortable. We arrived prior to the stated check-in time and were given early room access. Breakfast had a good variety, although it changed. For two days it was a buffet but on the last two it became a la carte of sorts, although the language barrier made it challenging. Safe locked unable to use. No lounge area in the room or reception. Hotel didn't have a shared space so we had to use the restaurant to do some admin. We requested a change of rooms because of a smell in bathroom. This was sorted promptly by the staff. Room had no kettle or plug for the vanity basin. There is no lift. Lighting could be improved in the room. The rooms had a large 4 or 5 door wardrobe which take up a lot of room space. Each room has one stool and no chairs. Shower didn't drain very well so ended up almost overflowing. To overcome the language barrier we used google translate to request a taxi to the bus station. The ride took place and was on time however it was not with an official taxi. Looked to be a family member or friend in a well worn vehicle.

• Brigitte (5/5): Sehr enttäuschend, Preis definitiv zu hoch für dieses elende Zimmer. - Gute Lage, gutes Morgenbuffet Sehr dunkles Zimmer, fast kein Tageslicht, warmes Wasser erst nach minutenlangem aufgedrehtem Wasserhahn oder Dusche. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer und Bad. Übler Geruch im Zimmer und Bad abends. Nach Reklamation wurde mir ein Zimmer im 2.Stock angeboten, welches auch nicht mehr Tageslicht hatte. Würde nie wieder in dieses Hotel, bin früher abgereist….. Schade ☹️

Risultato 2a camera: - un letto contro il muro - Doccia senza nessun cristallo o tenda, quindi acqua su wc e pavimento allagato - Perdita scarico sotto lavabo con rivolo d'acqua sul pavimento diretto verso doccia - No ascensore e nessun aiuto x bagaglio - Telecomando TV rotto e con pile scariche, telecomando split condizionatore rotto - nessuna mensola in bagno e pure lo spazio soprra la vaschetta-wc occupato dalla carta igienica (nessun portarotolo) - interruttore vicino letto rotto ( pure pericoloso)

El desayuno espectacular, zumo de naranja natural, mucha variedad y producto de calidad, tienen bebidas vegetales. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. La cama para nuestro gusto demasiado blandas, el hotel no tiene ascensor. En el baño en la ducha no había puerta de la mampara, con lo que se salía un poco el agua.

Tiny room with uncomfortable beds. Most frustrating shower (water gets everywhere). No elevator. Dining room/restaurant seemed awkward, so we never tried a meal there.

Personal restoranis kiire ja hooliv. Vannitoas kraanist vesi vaevalt nirises, raske oli isegi hambaid pesta. Suuremal inimesel on peaaegu võimatu mahtuda kraanikausi ja duššiseina vahelt tualettpoti juurde. Toa ukse taga nurgas ämblikuvõrk. Ühel hetkel hakkas konditsioneerist vett nirisema nagu duššist. Mitte tilkuma, vaid nirisema. Põrandal, laual, toolil moodustus suur loik. Personal tõi rätikuid juurde, et ma ise saaksin selle vee koristusega tegeleda. Soovitus oli konditsioneer välja lülitada. Vastu hommikut sai toast õhk otsa. Tegin akna lahti ja sellest hetkest olime nagu keset liiklussõlme oma vooditega. Kahjuks ei olnud selles lärmis võimalik magada.

• Alexander (8/5): - Das Hotel und die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere auch die der Badezimmer. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Hotel an der Straße parken. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.

• Bruno (9/5): Ottima soluzione a Berat - Hotel a due passi dal centro, personale molto gentile , camere pulite , letti comodi . Ottima colazione con prodotti locali . Parcheggio riservato davanti l'entrata.
• ANNE SOPHIE (10/5): Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé. Accueil très chaleureux - Un grand bravo pour l’accueil très chaleureux des deux jeunes femmes de la réception, elles sont souriantes et très attentionnées. Super petit déjeuner très complet autant en salé qu’en sucré. L’hôtel est très propre et les chambres spacieuses. Très bien placé à 3 minutes de la grande avenue de la république avec les bars et restaurants, lieu de passage de la population le soir. La vieille ville est à 7/8 minutes et le haut du château à 30 minutes à pied surtout que ça grimpe dur dur dur!! Nous n’avons pas eu de difficulté à garer la voiture devant l’hôtel, la personne qui gérait le stationnement parlait bien français. Le seul bémol est la wifi, compliqué à avoir même au 1 er étage. la wifi trop capricieuse

Muy buena calidad-precio y personal muy amable. Parking en la puerta gratis El baño estaba roto ( la tapa del wc) . Pedí salir más tarde y me dijeron que sí pero al minuto ya me estaban llamando. Cuando llegué a la habitación ya la habían limpiado, lo cual siendo que me dejaron retrasar la salida no me parece normal . Bien podían haber esperado o decirme que guardaban las maletas pero dejara la habitación.

Mycket bra frukost med stort urval. Gratis parkering! Småslarv som att den stora garderoben bara hade två galgar, flera ljuskällor som inte fungerar; badrumsmatta saknas. Lätt att åtgärda så varför är det inte gjort?

• Donatella (9/5): Staff professionale e colazione superlativa - Stanza pulita, staff molto professionale ed accogliente, disposto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione superlativa! Posizione non centralissima, in zona ancora in "via di sistemazione", che però offriva tranquillità e la possibilità di raggiungere il centro con una camminata di pochi minuti. Il nostro bagno era un po' datato ed è da segnalare l'assenza dell'ascensore, anche se per noi non è stato un problema.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - Możliwość pobytu z psem. Śniadanie było bardzo pyszne. Pani na śniadaniu bardzo miła i pomocna. Przy zameldowaniu się nie działała klimatyzacja i tv. Chłopak z recepcji od razu zamienił nam pokoje bez żadnego problemu. Parking przed hotelem. Hotel 5min spacerkiem od centrum. To nie ma nic wspólnego z hotelem, ale jest tam bardzo dużo psów bezpańskich. Mój pies został zaatakowany przez takiego psa już pierwszą godzinę po zameldowaniu, a wspomnę tylko że mam Amstaffa.
