• Liviu (9/5): A pleasant visit to a nice and interesting place - The breakfast was sufficient and very good, the location was excellent allowing easy access to touristic attractions, and the staff at the location was indeed very helpful and kind. Everything was fine, nothing to complain.

The bathroom had 2 sinks and a nice shower. Angela was very helpful with check in/out and transportation. She was very friendly and made us a good breakfast.

В номере - много пространства, телевизор, чайник, чай, мини холодильник, вода в постоянном доступе. Вкусный кофе, завтра - кофе, чай, молоко, какао, соки, нарезка, яйца, сладости, фрукты. Все это было доступно и в течение дня, не только во время завтрака. Когда мы возвращались вечером с детьми, они всегда находили чем перекусить, и я всегда могла сварить себе кофе. Персонал - чудесны, внимательный, заботливый. Все очень понравилось.

• François (9/5): Bon hébergement très bien situé - - l’accès à la terrasse extérieure, avec des fauteuils et des tables, où nous avons pu dîner - l’accès permanent au café et thé, à de la vaisselle, on se sent chez soi - bon petit déjeuner, simple mais avec des produits de bonne qualité - les conseils d’Angela sur la ville et sur les restaurants à proximité, très avisés - la possibilité de laisser ses bagages - calme alors que le quartier est animé - cela reste relativement cher
• Evelyn (8/5): Zentral und trotzdem ruhig - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kann fußläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen, oder ist gleich bei der Metro Station. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es nachts wahnsinnig ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Angela war sehr nett und die Kommunikation war einfach. Bei der Ankunft waren die Zimmer sauber, wurden allerdings während des Aufenthalts nicht einmal gewischt oder gesaugt.

• ALEDEK (10/5): Η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν πολύ καλή , σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε στο ίδιο καταλυμα - Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε φοβερή τοποθεσία στο ιστορικό κέντρο, καλό πρωινό ευγενική και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Ένα κρεβάτι έτριζε και η λεκάνη είχε λίγη σκουριά στο εσωτερικό , μικρές λεπτομέρειες που μπορούν να διορθώσουν ,γιατί πραγματικά κάνουν εξαιρετική δουλειά.

Property was as described, breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful The EU plug didn’t fit socket, however they kindly loaned us adapters.

• Marin (6/5): Good place with an excellent position to most sites in Naples. - Staff was great in helping us around and exolaining what to see/how to get there. Following the advice made our lives much easier in navigating Naples. Breakfast could be from 7.30-10h as going for trips early would mean skipping breakfast but we agreed with the staff to leave us some food earlier in the fridge which worked well.

• Elkevp (9/5): Aangenaam en zeker aan te raden. Goed bereikbaar, netjes en vriendelijk onthaal. - Vriendelijk onthaal. Goede communicatie, via mail en WhatsApp. Simpel maar lekker ontbijt! Kamer werd elke dag netjes gemaakt en bedden opgedekt! Zeer ruime kamer met 1 dubbel hemelbed en 2 aparte 1 persoons bedden. Weinig tot geen geluid als je de ramen sluit. Niet nodig gehad maar er is airco aanwezig. Goed bereikbaar. In een levendige straat, dicht bij de 'Kerststalletjes' straat, Duomo Kathedraal, Sotteranea, .... Alles op wandel afstand. We zijn ook vandaaruit naar de luchthaven gewandeld (+/-1uur). Als je al heelder dagen gewoon bent om te wandelen is dit een tripje dat er ook nog bij kon. (Wel aan te raden dit overdag te doen en niet s'nachts.) Kleine mini opmerking (maar niet storend): 1 bed kraakte heel hard en van de andere was de matras groter dan het onderstel waardoor de slapende persoon er soms afschoof s'nachts.

They were very helpful as well, and allowed us to use the washing machine, and even put out a drying rack for us. The breakfast was excellent, and the cappuccino they made for us in the morning was as well.

Det är lite krångligt att ta sig in första gången när man kommer på kvällen, men värden skickar tydliga filmer med information om hur man ska göra. Annars bara bra!

The entrance is a bit finicky. You have to cross many doors before you get to your room. A bit confusing at first during the check in process. But they provided helpful videos to assist in self check in. Nothing too bad though, it does come with an elevator which is nice.

• Robert (10/5): Perfect for stay in centro storico of Napoli - Very centrally located. Excellent breakfast. Easy check in/ checkout. We were able to leave our bags the day of checkout and return later with a courtesy key to retrieve them. The only think to be aware of is the elevator is quite small and as an old historic palazzo there are steps to climb to the facility.( 2 piano)

• Jana (10/5): Ideal place to stay for visiting Naples! - Our Room (Pompeii) was very spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was very good and the staff super friendly and helpful! There is also a nice cozy terrace that is always available. The Palazzo is located in the historic center of Naples with many sights and museums in walking distance. The train station for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum isn’t far either. Selfcheck-in (as we arrived rather late) was very easy.
