• Misty (8/5): - The best part of the house was the location. You are literally next to the beach. We could walk outside and around the side of the house and then you sitting on the beach. The water is amazingly beautiful and warm. The house has lots of room and the master bedroom has the best view. The only problem with the house is that there are cockroaches. Not the huge ones, and you only see one in various rooms so they are not everywhere. We put all our food in the fridge to keep them out. We also made sure to rinse off dishes before use. The other issue was the cooking stove. It needs to be cleaned or serviced, so the burners can work correctly. The house is really close to a grocery store and Wendy's so you can walk to them fairly easy. Despite the couple of bugs and the cooking stove, the place was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to people.
• shue (2/5): - This is not a luxury villa as advertised. It has a pool and was next to the ocean and that's all. When we arrived, the sewer outside had backed up so it smelled terrible. After we checked in, we noticed hair on one of the pillow and fake eye lashes on one of the bed. The bathrooms lacked basic toiletries like hotel bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. Some bath towels had stains and we found one that was ripped. The kitchen lacked basic things like dish soap, a scrub, etc. There was not enough utensils, coffee cups, plates, bowls for our party of 8 even though it can sleep 12. The kitchen had very few items for a family to cook a meal. There was no coffee maker or even a bread toaster. Most vacation rentals have basic left over spices like salt, sugar, pepper, coffee from the previous renters, this place had absolutely nothing. The furnishings were old and out dated. Everyone said the beds were lumpy. The down stair ceilings fans never worked. The whole place had a moldy smell to it. After the 4th day, the AC unit went out. We called the host, a person did come out but there was no attempt to fix it. We suffered 3 hot and humid days without any AC. Some people woke up with bug bites on their body, I suspect bed bugs. Not sure if the pool pump was working but by the 3rd day the pool water was very dirty. We called and someone did come clean it. This is not a luxury villa and was not worth the price we paid.
• Lynne (8/5): Great time - Great place to stay but we were only there 1 night but check in was easy . Would stay there longer if had the opportunity but due to Covid-19 our flights got changed and had to find a place to stay and were lucky to find this booking on short notice! Thank you to our host. Needs a bit of updating but clean and great view and can accommodate large family/friends.Close to airport
