- Carole (8/5): Great Hotel, Check Your Room Size Before Booking! - Lovely modern hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I liked that there was a kettle as well as a coffee machine in the room. Big bathroom with underfloor heating and a large walk in shower with quality shampoo, body lotion and shower gel. There’s a hairdryer and clothes steamer. Location is perfect and plenty of taxis or Ubers to get you around, also close to the train station. Restaurants and coffee shops are close by as well as a drug store just around the corner. If you are choosing this hotel before or after a cruise, it’s very easy to walk to the terminal. Vancouver is a great place! The only gripe I have is the size of our room, as we had 2 large suitcases plus 2 x hand luggage there was no room to put them anywhere. We weren’t unpacking everything as were only there 3 nights. Very awkward trying to manoeuvre around the bed, it felt a bit cramped. There was a small table and chair in the room and that space could have been used more wisely, it seemed like an awkward addition. So take notice of the size if you book, we were in a Queen Studio, and studio to me suggested a good size. The King rooms are better, more of what you would expect. My sister and her husband were upgraded as they had added on an extra night. A lot more room. Great room for a weekend trip with minimal luggage.

O quarto é confortável, ótimo tamanho, assim como o banheiro, com produtos L’Occitane. Logo a 2 quarteirões está o shopping Pacific Centre e a Robson St., rua delícia para passear e fazer compras, com muitos cafés, restaurantes, lojinhas com produtos interessantes e diferentes. Descendo a rua do hotel, está o porto para cruzeiros, a Seawall, orla enorme e muito gostosa para exercícios ou apenas curtir uma caminhada. É o mesmo caminho para o Stanley Park, enorme também e com atrações como a Totem Pole e o Aquário. Mas veja bem, é uma caminhada e tanto, um táxi pode ser uma boa pedida. Para quem vai fazer um cruzeiro e leva apenas uma mala média, vá a pé, sem preocupações, é muito perto do hotel. Aliás, em todo o entorno há pequenos restaurantes e cafés bem interessantes, como o Beka. O hotel tem um bom restaurante, o Hydra, com drinques e menu com pratos gregos. Também é o local para o café da manhã, um pouco cansativo/pesado para nós, brasileiros. A dica é pedir ovos mexidos, geleia, croissants (muito bons ). Toda a noite é disponibilizada água mineral no quarto. A cereja do bolo para nós foi, realmente, ter encontrado Gabriel, um anjo brasileiro que nos ajudou em questões importantes, deixando nosso coração quentinho e com aquele sentimento de acolhimento que possibilitou tranquilidade para a nossa viagem. Além de generoso, Gabriel é eficiente, daquele que resolve por completo e ainda apresenta outras sugestões! Muito obrigada, novamente!! Gostaria de citar também o trabalho do concierge e dos funcionários da portaria e de Micha, que cuidou com alegria dos nossos cafés da manhã. Apesar de não termos feito uma reclamação, a limpeza do banheiro foi ruim durante a estada. Era apenas uma arrumação de objetos e não uma limpeza de fato.

Bathroom really good. This is a great compromise hotel, you can pay wayyyyy more in Vancouver but this gives you a touch of luxury and style at a fair price.

Gas Town, Stanley Park, Robson Square, Canada Place and Coal Harbour are all very close. Atmosphere - very good. Rooms - we stayed in the deluxe king. Plenty of room. Stylish. Bed comfortable. Bathroom big enough. Value - good value Cleanliness - very clean Noise Level - we were on the 5th floor, facing W Hastings St. Could hear the sirens when awake however not when we’re asleep. Service - very accommodating. Concierge amazing. Very helpful with locations of sightseeing and providing maps. Always friendly throughout their shifts.

Die Lage im Downtown von Vancouver ist hervorragend – sehr zentral und ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und die Waterfront sind bequem erreichbar. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit professionell und herzlich war und den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Restaurant Hydra Estiatorio Mediterranean im Hotel. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet – qualitativ hochwertige Speisen, angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr guter Service. Auch der Fitnessbereich hat uns beeindruckt: modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten und Hanteln sowie einer separaten Fläche für Yoga, Mobility- und Bodyweight-Übungen. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Insgesamt ein stilvolles Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung, exzellenter Lage und einem hohen Serviceniveau. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The washroom was big and light with lovely products I was pleased I could turn down the temperature in the room to a comfortable cooler temperature. It was good to have so many power outlets and USB charging ports. The front staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful as were the staff on the ground level: directing me to reception and my floor. The ground staff also ordered me my cab (to the airport) and rang them back when they were delayed. it would be good to have a blind for the frosted glass door from the bathroom to the bedroom as the street light/morning light came into the bedroom and could keep a light sleeper awake.

The hotel itself is well appointed beautiful bathroom huge shower, fabulous breakfast so much choice. . Really nice and would recommend if going on a cruise from Vancouver or just visiting. Has to use the lift as no stairs other than emergency staircase.

The staff from concierge to reservation is TOP NOTCH. They bent over backwards to make us happy. Breakfast was fabulous. Great selection and well executed. Great central location especially if you are cruising. Only 3 blocks or so and yet close to train station. Lobby is impeccable. Very clean and very professional. We asked for fans for the evening and they delivered two of them very quickly. Randy concierge (best) gave us advice on how to best see the city in one day. He was right. Rented bikes and saw the entire Stanley Park.
