Great location for convenience and access to train line, stores and restaurants, all for a very competitive and affordable cost. Breakfast buffet is also reasonable and high quality. We will be back again for our next Tokyo visit!

- Natalia (6/5): I don't recommend it - We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Unlike other hotels in Japan, this one is not welcoming. The staff is cold and when we pass them in the corridors they ignore us. The room was never cleaned since their cleaning service has to be ordered before 10am. So we had wet towels throughout our stay. The ventilation was noisy and stopped at night and the room became hot. its close to the subway but far from everything.

- Hung (6/5): - We stayed at this property for a total of five nights. On the first night, we noticed a foul odor coming from the toilet. It smelled like sewage. We notified the staff the next day of the odor. We were told by the front desk that they will take care of it. However, when we got back that evening, the odor was still there and seems like the staff just did the normal cleaning. We were very disappointed. However, due to the short duration of the stay and the proximity of the hotel to the train station and airport, we decided to stay and endured this foul odor.

The only thing is they charge you for a room key if it’s misplaced at the end of your stay and they also charge you for late check out which is usually complimentary at all of the hotels I’ve stayed at across the world. Also usually you can ask for a late check out until one and that it also complimentary but the staff charges you each hour after 11am until 1pm. Which I have never encountered that before as well. That needs improvement.

Amenities in the bathroom included cotton swabs, razors, bath towels, and shampoo. Located in a quiet neighborhood as well which was perfect for undisturbed sleep. Unfortunately the room and HVAC were extremely dusty and two members of our group came down with severe allergies. The process humidifier/filter marginally functioned as it was logged with dust.

They also have good staff and in-house nurse that you might need which was handy for us when I need assistance. The hotel rooms we stayed in were clean and cosy. We will come back for sure.

- Faye (8/5): - The hotel was neat and clean. Rooms were fair size. Slightly out of the tourist area but convenient having a train station opposite.
