A special mention to Tanaka, a young staff at the reception - we wanted to set off very early for our final hike the next day and wanted to send in our luggage (for transfer to our next hotel) early. The reception counter opens only at 8am, but Tanaka came in early, before 7.30am, to receive our 6 luggage and arranged for the transfer. And we could set off for our hike early! Kudos to Tanaka! The wifi reception was bad.

- Sebastian (10/5): Pretty, quaint and quiet with a great onsen - The place was really pretty quaint, and along the quieter stretch of Karuizawa, while also being centrally located between Kyukaruizaewa and Nakakaruizawa. The breakfast was good. But the best was the private open - privacy and tranquility. It was my first onsen experience and I utilised it on the 2 days I stayed. One of the restaurants refused to seat me in the evening because I didn't have a reservation. But all I wanted was a drink - they didn't even listen / fully understand to my request and told me the next slot was an hour later.

- Yasuhiko (9/5): また宿泊したい - 軽井沢駅から徒歩20分くらいで、周りは森林に囲まれていて静か。また、部屋をアップグレードしていただき、お風呂、部屋が広くなって満喫できた。床暖房もあったので部屋自体め温かい。 部屋にルームウェアがないことを連絡したら、すぐに持ってきていただき、スタッフさんの対応も良かった。 自分はそんなに気になりませんでしたが、連れがニス？みたいな匂いを気にしてたとこ。フローリングなので仕方ないとは思いますが…。
- Tomoko (7/5): - 部屋が広く、ミニキッチンもあったので子連れにはとても良いホテルだと思います。貸し切り露天風呂も綺麗でした。 部屋にあった加湿器に水が入っていて、カビが沢山生えていて使えませんでした。また、リモコンスタンドがホコリがかなりたまっていてこれは気になってウエットティッシュで拭きました。加湿器の掃除が行き届かないようであればレンタルにすれば良いのになと思います。 部屋が良かった分、残念でした。
- Mio (7/5): 大人の休息時間 - 昔からの建物をうまく活用している。 ハーブ好きには居心地が良く、フリードリンクの内容も質が高い。 インバウンドのお客さん向けかお部屋代だけで見ると、宿泊費が高すぎる。ただ、立地や、そこで出来ることが加わるとまぁまぁ。読書するだけでも楽しめる場所だと思うので、もう少し価格を控えて、日本に住む方も利用しやすくなるとベスト。観光他のお店の方とお話していて、軽井沢全体のホテルが高騰しているとの、地方問題にもぶつかりましたが、今後もより良い滞在ができることを願って。

The feeling of being in nature, private onsen, and nice room! - The room was really nice, a tatami with great design and nice views of the forest. A private onsen that you can book a time. It's a bit pricey, but great facilities and services. Location might not be convenient if not driving here.

Al zou men naar gasten van buiten Japan duidelijker kunnen maken dat je geen zeep in de spa mag gebruiken. Dat zagen we nogal eens. Wij komen ook van buiten Japan maar weten wel hoe het werkt in de spa. Laat ik het zo stellen, de ontvangst door een jonge dame van het personeel was niet heel prettig. Ze was zeker niet behulpzaam. En daarom vonden we ons niet echt welkom. Deze dame zou ik zeker niet achter de check in desk zetten voor ontvangst. Het andere personeel was overigens wel vriendelijk.

- Kayo (2/5): - リニューアルした部屋でしたので、清潔でした 2泊二人で106千円は、高過ぎ、せまいし、机も小さくて、荷物置き場もなくて。外からはすてきなんやけど、期待おおきく外れました

- 和田 (6/5): - 配管トラブル後責任者の方の対応でトラブル発生より2時間後には姉妹店のアトリエブルーに移動できた。アトリエブルーが新しくきれいでスタッフの対応が良かったことが救いです。 配管トラブルにて室内の水の使用ができず手洗い､トイレの排水ができないことでのストレスを感じた。休暇を楽しみに来たのにこれからどうなるのかと不安を感じた。定期的な配管等のメンテナンスが必要では｡

- ?? (10/5): - お部屋のグレードをあげて貰えました！ 部屋にサウナが付いていたのは、とても嬉しい点ですね。 お部屋もとても広くて2人では広過ぎるくらいでした！ 帰りにスタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれたのも、親切なスタッフさんがいるなと思います評価も上げさせて貰いました。

- Mori (9/5): 優雅に過ごすことができました。 - 外見内見共に最高でした！ 夕食は地元野菜を使った料理が美味しかった。 ガラス張りのお風呂がラブホ感があった。

- 小山 (10/5): - 部屋がゆったりしており、寝室と居室が分かれていたため、のんびりと過ごせた。露天風呂も良かったです。朝食は果物がおいしく、とても満足しました。 食事がもう少しバラエティがあるとよいと思いました。野菜が多いのはよいのですが、メインのボリュームが少し足りない気がします。

- Michiko (10/5): 施設や食事は良かったので、また泊まりたいです。 - お部屋は新しく、清潔でした。貸切露天風呂がチェックインが遅めだったので、いい時間帯は全て埋まっていましたが、早めの時間で入ることができて気持ち良かったです。 私たちの部屋は離れのようになっていて、どこかの部屋で大宴会をやっていたのか、夜中まで笑い声が響いていました。寝付けませんでした。

- yasuko (9/5): エクセレント！ - 夏の軽井沢のホテル料金が高いと聞いていたが、それにだけの満足度はあった。露天風呂が寛げてよかった。 朝食のパンの種類が少なかった。おみやげのカヌレを期待していたが、在庫がなかったのが残念だった。
