- Bianca (3/5): - The only good thing was that it was clean and the restaurant is very good. First, I specifically chose a room near the lake to enjoy the peaceful experience of staying there. However, when I arrived, I was placed in a different room above the restaurant, which was very disappointing. I asked to change rooms, and the receptionist said she would check the possibility, but I never received any update. At reception, I offered to pay in lek (the local currency), but the receptionist informed me that they only accepted euros. I said I would exchange the money and come back with euros. The next morning, while I was leaving to exchange the money, another receptionist stopped me and said I needed to pay the pending amount. I explained that I was going to convert it into euros because I had been told lek was not accepted. She then said that they did accept lek. However, when I tried to pay in lek, she said it had to be the exact amount because they had no change, and since I did not have the exact amount, I needed to pay in euros instead. In the end, I had to exchange the money and pay in euros. Regarding the room, the shower was terrible and sprayed water everywhere. There was no bath mat to step on after showering. The bathroom smelled very bad, like sewage, and the space was extremely small.

- suresh (2/5): Bad room smell - View was nice and breakfast was very good. Good scenery. The room had a very bad smell. It was unbearable and had to change rooms the next day. When asked they gave us a room spray as if they expected it. Other rooms also had this smell as we booked 2 rooms but ours was very bad. The room had no water bottles, kettles or any coffee or tea bags. They didn't even allow us to eat anything in our rooms and told us we had to come down to the cafe. There were also no toiletries including shampoo or soap. There was only hand wash. On the outside looks excellent but the facilities inside are very questionable.

Vi blev först tilldelade ett rum som var mycket slitet men när vi klagat blev vi uppgraderade till ett bättre rum som vi tackade ja till. Tyvärr visade det sej lukta illa så fönster och fläkt fick vara öppna och igång hela natten. Frukosten var simpel. Vi var där 25 minuter efter de påbörjat serveringen. Faten var nästan tomma, fylldes inte på. Ingen varm mat endast hårdkokt ägg.

- Clint zarb (10/5): Excellent Stay at Buna Park Hotel - We had a wonderful experience at Buna Park Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent. The young woman at reception was extremely helpful — unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but she arranged for us to stay in the best room facing the lake, which was quiet and peaceful. The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the value for money is 5 stars. We are a couple from Malta and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Everything was 👍

Утром, когда надо было выезжать, а машина сломалась, никого не нашла на ресепшене, чтобы вызвать такси. Помог охранник, которого я видимо разбудила попытками завести машину. На следующий день также не смогла вызвать такси, потому что они не отвечали. Расположение за городом, через трущобы пришлось добираться пешком с рюкзаком до центра. До центра идти 45 минут. Страшно выходить наружу было. Трущобы.

I took one bite of their breakfast and spat it back out and left in a hurry .. our purchased balcony room had an amazing view ..

- Johanna (8/5): Pour un court séjour c’est idéal. - Très bien situé pour visiter les sites touristiques de la région. Le personnel est très accueillant et très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage qu’une des piscine se trouve dans le parking. La piscine principale est profonde partout, pas de zone pour se poser ou on a pied. Les murs sont mal isolés donc bcp de bruit le soir surtout.

Kun med kraftig insisteren undgik vi at betale to gange for vores overnatninger.

Chambre correct, propre Lors de notre arrivée En rentrant dans la chambre ,la fenêtre était resté ouverte,grosse chaleur dans la chambre,la climatisation n à pas fonctionner de suite. Le petit déjeuner du matin est à revoir, on a pris deux café le deuxieme est facturé. Peu de chose de proposer.
- Ashley (6/5): Such a shame - Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. Pool area basic, breakfast chaotic. Shame really because the garden were beautiful and the view of the castle over the river was stunning.
- Michael (7/5): - Ausgedehnte Anlage, sehr schön am Fluss mit Blick auf eine Festung gelegen. Großer Pool. Freundliches Personal. Parken direkt im Objekt möglich. WLAN überall vorhanden. Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
- Karim (10/5): Top - Fijne locatie, heerlijk eten en super personeel. Was een aangename verblijf.
