Não tem como saber em qual apartamento você irá ficar somente pelo anúncio. A Booking não devia permitir isso . Primeira hospedagem que usamos a Booking onde passamos por isso. São mais de 200 fotos no anúncio e que correspondem a diversos apartamentos diferentes no mesmo condomínio . Apartamento 1105 bloco A foi o que nos disponibilizaram. Era pequeno o que as fotos não representam. Com baratas nos armários da cozinha. Paredes sujas . Banheiro da suíte com bastante vazamento de água no piso ao tomar banho. Colchão da cama de solteiro muito mole. Móveis da cozinha necessitam manutenção . Poucos utensílios de cozinha. Muitas regras de uso no apartamento. Energia elétrica limitada.

- Paula (9/5): Muito boa a hospedagem em família! - Apartamento com vista privilegiada, tamanho muito bom para atender a famílias grandes, com camas confortáveis, jogos de lençóis e toalhas em bom estado, bons travesseiros, mini parque aquático que foi fantástico para as crianças, área de esportes muito boa. Também curtimos por ser um condomínio bem sossegado e tranquilo para um final de semana de descanso. Tive alguns problemas no início da hospedagem, como: liberação tardia para entrada no apartamento, ralo do banheiro entupido, forno elétrico sem funcionar e geladeira sem congelar. Porém, no segundo dia os contratempos foram resolvidos, com os profissionais que foram acionados para o conserto e foi concedido late check out, para compensar o atraso. No início tive uma dificuldade de comunicação com anfitrião, mas depois ficou tudo esclarecido e ele foi muito atencioso.

O local em si já é um passeio, com toboágua pras crianças, várias piscinas e o restaurante muito bom. Além disso, o anfitrião super prestativo e algumas coisas que pedimos a ele fomos atendidos muito rapidamente.

Íamos ao Beach Parque andando pela praia, pois fica ao lado. Tudo maravilhoso. Já fiquei lá em outras anos e sempre que vou à Fortaleza, lá sempre será a minha escolha. Reservei tudo pela booking e ao chegar lá, recebi uma mensagem do Anfitrião Gustavo que era necessário pagar R$ 40,00 por dia de energia elétrica e também fazer um seguro caução de R$ 500,00 caso tivesse algum dano, e que seria devolvido na saída. Mas não realizei pois essas informações não estavam na Booking ao contratar e ficou tudo certo. Outra coisa que poderia melhorar, que apesar de não atrapalhar em nada nossa estadia, mas é um plus, é ter uma chaleira de fazer café, pois estávamos usando panela de comida para esquentar a água. Lá só tinha uma de fazer café já com o pó, mas estava muito velha e com sujeira que não saía. Também uma cuscuzeira nova, a que tinha lá estava inutilizável, então usamos a panela a vapor, que atendeu, mas não é cuscuzeira. O restante foi perfeito.

- Glebert (6/5): Problemas externos, mas indico hospedagem. - Localização excelente. Restaurante dentro do complexo com ótimo custo x benefício. Estrutura do condomínio perfeita, com opções de playground na piscina, salão de jogos, academia, campo de futebol e vôlei de areia etc.. Tivemos problema com a energia do apto, houve oscilação do ar condicionado, o que me obrigou a fazer o checkout 1 dia antes. O proprietário me estornou o valor de 1 diária. Antes disso, o proprietário fez a gentileza de permitir fazer check in mais cedo. Tem água filtrada e a TV muito boa com internet. Utensílios de cozinha ok. O apto é quente, lado poente, não há circulação de vento. Não tivemos ar condicionado devido a problemas externos (ENEL), o que gerou grande desconforto no casal e as crianças. Os móveis da cozinha embaixo da bancada tem um odor forte de mofo e mau cheiro. Cortinas precisando de manutenção. Tive problema para usar o fogão elétrico, não consegui.
