• Jean-Michel (10/5): Excellent - L'accueil, la sympathie du personnel, le style vintage (ancien mais propre, rénové et très bien entretenu). Le confort, le calme. La route est passagère la journée mais pas la nuit. Rien. Attention toutefois aux marches d'escalier très étroites !

La chambre est confortable et très agréable, et l’établissement est bien situé pour découvrir la région. 👉 Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !
• Paul (10/5): Gezellig en goed hotel - Mooie locatie, fijne ontvangst, grote kamer ,fijne bedden en badkamer met aparte wc. Leuk sfeervol restaurant, lekker eten voor een mooie prijs. Alles bij elkaar een erg fijn verblijf! Fijn restaurant, lekker en goed verzorgd alleen wat lastig als je vegetarisch wil eten.

• Quynh-Giao (8/5): Charmant petit hôtel, sans prétention mais très bien. - Très près de Avallon, l'hotel des Fleurs nous a très bien acceuillis. La chambre était confortable, grande et le lit très confortable. Bien que donnant sur la route, il n'y avait pas trop de bruit. Nous avons très bien mangé dans le restaurant de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner était très bon, tout avec des produits locaux. La salle de bain était un peu vieillote, mais très propre et fonctionnelle.

• Stephen (10/5): A classic modest hotel run by the owners. Rooms of a good standard plus a restaurant, all at a very reasonable price. Hi - This is a well run hotel in a small village outside Avallon. The owners provide comfortable clean rooms, a restaurant with limited choice but of a good standard. The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming & helpful. As we were the only guests it was a bit lacking in atmosphere but this was not a problem.

The bed wonderfully comfortable, service in the restaurant prompt, our evening meal, served by the owner, was excellent. We shall make an effort to return. The only negative was the weather, but our visit was in November !

We would happily stay there again. - We had a lovely peaceful room which we were able to keep cool during the heatwave through the shutters and a fan. Our bed was really comfortable and like the room it was spotless. The delightful area outside was ideal for both dinner where an enormous shade protected everyone dining from the sun. Breakfast coffee was wonderful. We thought it was great value for money. We thought the menu and drinks were really good but quite expensive compared with other hotel restaurants.

• Marjolein (9/5): Cosy hotel with very good Food. - Cosy, small family-run hotel. With neat , personal welcome. Does not speak English, but communication was fine. Nice room, with pleasant bathroom. Not small. On garden side and not bothered by traffic. Nice garden to sit in. Food in the restaurant was very high and creative quality. Limited menu though, but was offered another dish special after few days. Good price-quality balance. Good base for visiting Avallon and Vezelay. Breakfast with local cheeses was excellent.
