- yinbo123 (8/5): 麻雀虽小五脏俱全 - 房间干净实用。 距离千代鼎厅地铁口要走10分钟，距离大超市走十分钟，门口对着马路，要上15个台阶才能开大门进去，才有电梯上楼。 房间小两人睡感觉床铺窄，没有寄存行李，提前到要另外付费才能入住。
- 吳窘 (7/5): 一切都很好, 可惜床太軟 - 兩人入住, 兩個行李箱, 空間使用上非常剛好° 入口有落塵區跟掛衣鞋區, 有流理台還有下廚區, 非常方便° 鍋子、餐盤碗筷都有, 沒有油跟鹽, 有微波爐, 簡單下廚已經非常足夠用° 廁所跟浴室是同一個空間, 不太能同時使用, 不過還有一個流理台可以洗漱, 早上比較不會搶洗手台° 房內有洗衣機也有提供洗衣精, 配上廁所的乾燥功能, 衣服一天就能乾, 長住者非常方便° 房間有對河景的陽台, 早上對著風景喝咖啡, 超讚° 櫃檯入住手續很順利快速, 每房僅有一把鑰匙, 但是如果有人在房內, 外出者可直接從一樓按電鈴從房內控制開一樓門禁的大門° 住宿稅金在申請入住時收現金° 沒有房務整理, 但可以將垃圾及毛巾放在房門口, 每日會有收垃圾及毛巾更換° 櫃檯有會英文的服務員, 溝通上沒有問題° 床墊對我來說真的太軟了, 枕頭也沒有支撐性, 我四個晚上都沒睡好, 導致大感冒° 不過這是我個人感受, 同房者完全不受影響每天都睡超好° 提供給認床或是硬床者考慮考慮°

- Yi Hsuan (8/5): 住了超過一週，整體來說蠻舒服的，但床的軟硬度我覺得偏軟 - 房間內有廚房跟洗衣機還有乾燥機，衣服一個晚上就會乾，住宿附近的超市跟超商數量都蠻多的，附近還有一個24小時超市，房間內也有當地電視台或是串流影音平台可以看，離公車站或是地鐵站都蠻近的，也可以走大約20-25分鐘就到天神，雖然不是在商店街附近，但整體來說蠻不錯的 沒有在房間內看到衣架，洗衣精也只看到一包，可能需要跟飯店索取或是自備比較好，空間也相對小一點，但我覺得兩個人還蠻夠用的，不會太擁擠，如果是上掀式行李箱會更方便一點

I did not use the kitchen but i liked that that was an option. The room bears some signs of wear and tear, but nothing that impacted the comfort of our stay. Our room also had a small balcony with a great view. We used the washing machine in the room, and would have liked some better options for drying our clothes. There is a sort of drying rack, but it can't fit much so we ended up having to layer some of the things which slowed down the drying process...

- MAKOTO (3/5): 最低ではなかったが、二度と利用することはない。 - 旅行経験が豊富ではないであろう学生さんのようなかなり若い方々がフロントで対応してくれた。プロのホテルマンの応対とはまったく異なるレベルだが、近隣の情報や宿泊ルールなどについての質問に、一生懸命に答えてくれて好感が持てた。 いわゆる住居タイプのマンションを宿泊施設に転換した建物なので、部屋を開けた瞬間に、生活臭のようなものがした。洗濯機を使いたかったが、フタを開けた瞬間の匂いに幻滅して使用しなかった。 私が宿泊した部屋はいたるところに要修繕な個所があり、リビングとキッチンの間のドアの蝶番が崩壊する寸前だったり、トイレットペーパーホルダーと壁の接地点がガバガバで、普通にあと数回ペーパーを使ったら完全に外れてしまうような状態だったりと、利用客が気を使わなければならないポイントが多かった。清掃担当者がトイレットペーパーを取り換えるときに気づいていないはずがないので、スタッフなのか、経営母体なのか、いずれにせよサービス業態としては志が低いという印象。

- Araya (10/5): สะดวกสบายและยอดเยี่ยมมาก - ห้องพักสะอาด ออกแบบดี กว้างขวางและมีทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ ขอบครัว ไมโครเวฟ และเครื่องซักผ้ามาก เข้าออกสะดวก ที่ดีที่สุดคือเครื่องทำความอุ่นในห้องน้ำ ทำให้สบาย มาก ๆ ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด แต่นั่นทำให้ราคาอพารท์เมนท์คุ้มค่าดีมาก ๆ ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินนักและมีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ใกล้ ๆ ไม่มีเลย เจ้าหน้าที่มาอยู่ตั้งแต่ 1000 จนถึงราว 3 ทุ่มกว่าเท่านั้น แต่มีระบบรับ/คืน กุญแจเอง

Good to have washing machine. Room a little dated, dark and dinghy. No foodie areas nearby. TV unable to convert to English. Fridge small and inefficient. Room very narrow and congested. Not much room for luggage. Staff tried to give us someone else’s stored bag twice. Staff spoke little English. Bare essentials in kitchen.

- Jing Fu (8/5): - 想吃宵夜時，出來就有 Lawson，再走一點路就可以到超市，並且還有達美樂，機能好、便利。 到大設施也方便，附近有地鐵，但最方便的是出來就有個公車站牌可以快速到博多站。 往北走一小段也可以很快到運河城。 雖然整體的整潔度很好，但稍微蹲下整理行李時就會發現地毯的塵埃味很重。或許這部分可以再加強點。

- WATARU (7/5): また利用してもいいと思える施設でした。大変お世話になりました。 - ロケーションは申し分ないですし、スタッフの方はどの方も感じが良かったです。外国籍の方が多く利用されている施設のようで、その点も慣れていらっしゃる感じを受けました。 ゴミ袋にビニル袋かかかってないことが数度ありましたが、申し出るとすぐいただけました。 電子レンジ、冷凍室有りの冷蔵庫等ミニキッチンがありますが炊飯器はありません。ご飯はお鍋て炊くか、パックご飯を利用するといいです。 4泊しましたが、この程度の連泊の場合お部屋の清掃はないとのことでした。自分で掃除機くらいはかけたい気持ちになりました。（貸出があれば嬉しいです） 備品について4点。 1点目。2人1室でしたがハンガーが2本しかなく不便でした。一応持参しておいて良かったです。 2点目。 テーブルの脚がガタついており、本を脚にかまして利用しました。 3点目。 洗濯機がお部屋の中にあるのはいいのですが、蓋が壊れていて使う時にコツが必要でした。 4点目。 TVのリモコンが利きにくかったです。電池切れが近いと思います。

- Edmund (8/5): Value for money in Hakata - It provided a good value for money option relative to other hotels in Hakata. Having a washing machine was a bonus to do laundry easily while on holiday. The staff were friendly and the amenities were good enough. It is a bit of a hike to the nearest subway station, especially if you have luggage.

- Pinkie (9/5): A tradeoff of having a kitchen - Kitchen and washing machine Balcony with a river view Walkable distance from hakata station and tenjin Sunny supermarket and the market nearby The ventilation in the bathroom can also be a laundry dryer and a heater (I know it's a norm in Japanese households). As a tradeoff of having the space for kitchen, the room was small. No regular chairs and tables in the room, just low sofas and low table which can be quite uncomfortable (as u need to squat), especially when u have a kitchen and want to enjoy the local food. No proper pedestrian path outside the hotel so it was quite confusing and dangerous to walk alongside the traffic (especially when tolling the luggages)
