Important Information

Please inform Résidence du Soleil in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 per person or bring their own. Spa/wellness centre is closed from Mon 01 Jul 2024 until Sat 31 Aug 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. End-of-stay cleaning can also be provided for a extra of 30 EUR for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 40 EUR for 3 bedroom apartments and 50 EUR for 4 bedroom apartments (not mandatory).
