• MICHEL (3/5): Calidad precio deja mucho que desear - Los sofás camas eran cómodos En general muy dejado; la puerta de entrada muy vieja y para cerrar hay que dar portazo, paredes del pasillo están mal lucidas, habitaciones sin cortinas el estor del salón sucio y el tirador de la persiana del salón medio suelto, las sillas de la terraza sucias y con óxido, el baño con moho, le faltaba una puerta a la mampara, la cocina a pesar de ser “nueva” tiene algún mueble hinchado por la humedad, en general se ve que está muy descuidado,
• Natalia (9/5): Perfect place to relax near Barcelona - Great location with easy access to the centre of Barcelona, while still being in a quiet and charming area very close to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

• Anna (7/5): - Location was great with just 2 minutes walk to the beach Car park is very confined, it took 5 manoeuvres to park the car and even more to entry/exit the property via tight gate. The facility is very basic, not to great standards. It looks much better of photos than in real. The beach view is a tiny bit in between trees, cannot really call it a beach view at all.

Електрична плита працювала на одну секцію. Інші, чомусь, не працювали. Декілька разів вибивало світло, щоб повернути струм, потрібно було кожен раз повертати важіль автоматичного вимикача у верхнє положення.

Η πετσέτα του προσώπου που ήταν κρεμασμένη στην τουαλέτα ήταν τριμμένη και με εμφανείς λεκέδες(μπορεί να μη βγήκαν στο πλύσιμο,αλλά όπως και να έχει έπρεπε να την έχουν αποσύρει).Το ίδιο και το ένα σεντόνι.Γενικα, δεν ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο και είχε τα απολύτως απαραίτητα,σε σημείο ανεπάρκειας

• Ivan (9/5): Practically perfect, but reconsider if you are hyper sensitive to humidity - this goes for the entire Castelldefels I th - 1. Comfortable, with plenty pillows, sheets, coverings, sofas. 2. Nice big terrace witha big table to relax on, eat, I imagine it’s splendid in the summer. There’s even enough room for some grilling outside. 3. All facilities worked fine, stove, toilet, shower, washing machine, big fridge, etc. Wish it had an oven. 4. It’s 1/2 hour drive from Barcelona via highway, but the town has nearby Lidl, Carrefour, gas stations, farmacies, doctors, etc (5-10 min drive away) 5. Parking is available under the building and it’s tight. I managed to get a Caddy 5 inside with a bit of caution. 6. 2 strong AC units that kept us warm. 1. The apartment is hovering above ground and not above another apartment or ground. This produces super cold floors, which was hard for us since we were traveling with a 4 year old. Make sure to bring slippers. 2. Strong condensation. Any cooking, even with the ventilator produces strong fog and the apartment was generally damp when we arrived, pillows and furniture too. If we knew about this, we would probably look for another place - my wife is allergic to even a hint of mold and we ended up in an emergency room after 2 days of vomiting-inducing coughing. This is absolutely our thing and not the owners - there is no visible mold, it’s just not for ultrasensitive people, which my wife unfortunately is.

Everything I needed was available in the apartment. The staff stayed in touch 24/7 and assisted with check-in through messages — it was great knowing I could ask any question at any time. I highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back.

• Nadia (10/5): Muy buena ubicación - Lo mejor del apartamento era la ubicación. Esta a unos segundos de la playa, hay un restaurante muy cerca, el barrio es bonito y vecinos agradables. Cerca del centro comercial y supermercados Se sentía bastante humedad, y la heladera hace ruido durante la noche. Pero en general estuvo bastante bien. Nos gustó mucho.

This apartment has enough furniture, two air-conditions, towels, a hairdryer, and iron. There are a lot of café, beach restorant. Really recommended. On the city bus you can pay for travel only cash.

Nie mogliśmy korzystać z sypialni, bo się okazało, że w szufladzie pod łóżkiem znajduje się pleśń, rozlane środki czystości, brudne mokre i śnierdzące szmaty. Prześcieradło brudne i pogniecione. Kanapy poprzypalane papierosami.

Це приміщення близько розташоване до моря. Дуже тихий район. Є два кондиціонери та балкон зі столом та 4 стулками. Холодильник великий з морозилкою. Все таки ця квартира трохи тіснувата. Але тут є 6 місць для сну завдяки 2 великим диванам та двоспальному ліжку.

• Olena (7/5): Nice view, but appartment needs some repair - The location is nice, tranquil and comfortable area with pine trees, the beach is very close. View from the terrace is also nice. Furniture and an apartment itself need some renovation. It looks like it was for a short rent for many years. I expected better conditions for this price. There is some mold in the bathroom, the smell from the sink, and other staff that should be repaired. Let´s say it´s ok for one night stay, but I will not recommend it to a close friend.

The room is a bit "old fashioned " , it needs some upgrades on design and furniture ( even though the beds were very comfy)

We travel a lot and the bed in the main bedroom is very lopsided and uncomfortable. The sectional couches are very hard to sleep on. • Laura (1/5): Very old building / apartment with no item unbroken/damaged - for half price you can get 4* apartments in posh n - Nothing All It was in terrible state At my arrival all messy & dirty, had to get furious so that cleaning ladies would get it done quickly - but my checking was almost 3h late (and with two young kids after a long tiresome trip it was not pleasant experience) Despite of the ladies efforts, the apartment was not worth its price - it is extremely old! - building is very old, so is the apartment, so in consequence very low quality and unacceptable state - worst was the general humidity issue in the structure of the construction, making visible unhealthy mold in almost every corner of each room - shower has even dark black areas of accumulated dirt, disgusting! - furniture is old, broken and even some not working - last but not least, being a very old building, the noise of street and people passing by is heard as next to your ear, annoying at 2-3am when other guests come back after partying or leave early somewhere; the entrance door is some decades old with very poor lockers (even if considered a safe area, minimum standards should take into consideration)

• Radovan (10/5): Exceptional - We love Barcelona, Castelldefels, so we enjoyed the stay here, we really relaxed here,nice beaches, amazing Argentinian pub. you can travel comfortably to the city by bus, 10 minut to the airport by taxi. Recommended Going home too soon 😵‍💫

• Tunde (7/5): Good - Location was to far from everything, you really need a car. The closest beach is undesirable, but 2 km from there is beautiful and safe. The flat is very updated and beautiful, the bedsheets is amazing and soft. But the mattress is very uncomfortable. The flat is on the 3rd floor , lot of stairs ; no elevator. The parking is very tricky. Street parking place is saying free overnight , but NOT. Called to the host about it , but she didn’t really know.
• Dzintars (10/5): Nice - A good place to enjoy the silence, the sun and the sea. There is a parking space for your car under the building. Lidl, Anecblau and Hiperstore shopping centers are nearby. The apartments have a large balcony with a beautiful view. Wifi is too weak

• Oakcat (9/5): Superb - Great comfortable one bedroom flat. We bunked two people on the sofas and they were very comfortable. Parked outside as access to the parking was way too narrow for the car. Suggest you take an extension lead and power block as like all Spanish properties there is a distinct shortage of power outlets.
