House number on top of roof so can’t see it in dark no tumble dryer ,no coffee ,tea ,one towel & shortage of face washers ,ancient coat hangers & only 4 in master room , no others found in 2& 3 rd room

• Rhia (8/5): A great stay - A beautiful outlook to the lake on a nice, quiet street. Short drive to town. The house is well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Had everything you needed. This wasn't a con but it is a split level home so if there are mobility issues, then may not be easy for someone. The recycling bin hadn't been emptied and was full to the brim making it difficult to get rid of refuse. No glass bin so again not easy to recycle the glass.
• Lorraine (9/5): A very spacious, comfortable clean 3 bedroom apartment. - Lovely large comfortable apartment in Sunshine Bay. Large kitchen and enough cutlery and plates etc. We brought our own carving knife and frying pan. Beds clean and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom spacious. We had a large people mover and had sufficient room to park. Wonderful views from the many windows. Would book again. We had problems with the dishwasher, maybe the arms need fixing, cleaning. Plenty of dishwasher tablets and tea towels. Also had a problem with the washing machine spinning efficiently. Clothes came out quite wet but we were lucky the weather was fine and dried outside in the fine weather. We are in our late 70s early 80s and managed all the steps ok but could be difficult for some.
• Amelia (8/5): The house is in a great spot, great views and comfortable beds. Just a few things that needs attention but we would stay - Amazing views and the house was large enough to accommodate my family and it was in a peaceful area. Beds were comfortable and the underfloor heating was amazing. Big lounge and the rooms were good size. One bedroom was a little smaller so we had our daughter’s bag in our room. Have free soap, shampoo and conditioner. Free washing powder which was very helpful. They provided loads of toilet paper. . Would have love some welcome milk as we came in late and just needed some in the morning. A washing basket wasn’t provided and the washing machine was mouldy and we had to give it a good clean. We stayed for 8 nights so some extra fresh sheets and towels would of gone a long way because there was no dryer it took days to dry anything as it is cold so to have a extra set of clean towels would of been helpful. The frying pan needs replacing and the rollers of the dish washer needs repairing as it was hard to pull in and out and the toaster sandwich press leg needed replace nearly burnt my self as it fell on me.

• Katherine (9/5): Fab views and very comfortable stay - thank you - Great views - well equipped and very comfortable. Only downside was we chose because of a parking space but there wasn’t quite enough space for the larger car we’d rented. But there was plenty of street parking a short walk away.

• Bryan (8/5): Beautiful house and location, the sensuite shower was amazing. - Beautiful house, quiet location and amazing views. For such a large house the kitchen was a but short of items. Such as strainer/colander, tongs and flip (we had to buy utensils) and small amount of forks. The front door needs replacing, the timber is broken around the lock reducing the security of the property.

Long stair not suitable for seniors (5 of us). Parking was bad - had to squeeze into the narrow area. Price paid far too high for this standard.

We were a family of 6. 3 generations but suited us perfectly Would definitely book again. Highly recommend It was a lovely apartment. Our only concern was lack of cutlery and cooking utensils Very minor things but, would help. Also, dishwasher could do with a clean. No stopper for the kitchen sink

The location is a bit tricky and very hard to park if there is 2 cars. The house too many stairs, not toddler friendly.

Not enough cleaning materials in the kitchen I.e. detergent, washing cloths, garbage bags, toilet paper, no paper towels. Kitchen utensils and plates plus cups need a good, thorough washing. Stains on some after previous usage!

It was nice to have our own kitchen to be able to have breakfast to leisurely start the day and have more time to enjoy the enjoy the view. One of the bedrooms was a little tight for room, and plug ins. But small price to pay for the great accommodation.

The stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains made every moment unforgettable. The property was cozy, stylish, and well-equipped for a perfect getaway. Jerry and Jolie were such wonderful hosts, making the experience even more special. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic retreat!

• Karen (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location was spectacular with great views and a quiet neighborhood. Both bathrooms were nicely renovated. While the beds were comfortable, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were very small, with little to no room for luggage. The unit needs new pans for cooking. Some of the furniture was a bit dated/worn. Parking was very tight as there is another rental under the unit we rented and two cars barely fit and are difficult to manage in the small parking space.
• Shishir (4/5): It's not worth the money - The view from the apartment is good. The house wasn't clean properly. Pest control is needed in the house as lots of spiders and other insects spotted. The fridge was smelling badly, and the bed linen were dirty. Stayed only for one night, and the property manager didn't respond in time.

• Rodel (9/5): Amazing views close to town! - The view from the balcony was Amazing! Also liked how the property was close to town, about a 7 minute drive. The property had enough room for our family of 5, very comfortable. Had a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, heated tiles in the bathroom for colder days. We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights, amenities were provided such as shampoo, soap, towels etc just not enough toilet paper (one roll per toilet upon check in) Other than that everything was great!

• Yong (8/5): nice view and beautiful house!!! - There have nice views. All the house conditions were very nice and clean. Not enough parking space for 3 cars.( should be enough for 2 car). We paid lot of parking fee, it's so not good, feels like waste money but all others were soooo good!!! (please check a missing part of the laundry drying rack^^)
• Maxine (7/5): Great views… not worth the drama. - The views were stunning and the location was handy. That my Family of 5 had to find out on arrival that we were sharing this property! There is a studio underneath the house that is rented out separately and NEVER mentioned or advertised on booking. You only discover this after you arrive at the property and after you have paid. For the price we paid , we did not expect to have to share this property as we value our privacy. We did not expect dramas with the driveway leading to continuous uncomfortable confrontations with the other guests , including loud music and overflowing bins. Having to deal with new people coming and going throughout our week stay was dreadful. This was brought to the attention of Booking.com who did not provide any assistance. The owners also refused to offer any assistance, but were happy to take our money. This property has not been advertised correctly. Very disappointing.
• Lynelle (7/5): Unusual home with stunning views. - Unusual home with lovely views of the lake. The kitchen could have been cleaner and better stocked. No champagne glasses, even though it had a wine fridge. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were very small.

• Totorot (8/5): A great place to stay, just needs a few attentions to detail - Location was fantastic, great views and quiet street. House was roomy and comfortable. very comfortable beds heater in the main bedroom didn't work properly and there was only 1 face washer supplied for each bathroom and no handtowels, a small but annoying thing and easy to supply. Somewhere to hang ski gear in the foyer would be great too.

My kids even had allergies due to the dust. We even found a big spider sitting on an extra pillow inside the closet. Cobwebs in the living room. So much dust around the beds. Crubs and dirt in the fridge. Walls and doors dirty! Grouts in the bathrooms not scrubbed in ages. Unfortunately I was so disappointed to realise all that considering the accommodation is not cheap. We should at least get a clean house.
• Kylie (8/5): Beautiiful Views. - Absolutely stunning views. The house was nice and clean with all of the basics (and even a wine fridge) provided for your stay. The master bedroom is very large with a great ensuite, the house is over three floors which made it nice and roomy for a group. Only one towel per person was supplied for a 4-night stay and no facecloths. No dryer which meant we couldn't wash and dry clothing or towels easily in the middle of winter. The bottom of this property is additional accommodation eg you are not renting the entire property - I did not realise this until we were there. This also meant that parking was limited and incredibly tight.

All bedrooms & living areas have an amazing view of snow capped Cecil Peak and surrounding mountain ranges over the top of the Lake Wakatipu Could suggest a dryer and pod coffee machine would of made the experience a lot better.

The second-floor balcony floor is too thin, causing sound to penetrate into the master bedroom, resulting in a lot of noise. and the baby bassinet that you provided is not suit for the infant, i thought the bassinet is able to let my baby sleep in but your bassinet is suit for older children who can stand well and play around.
