We left the carpark to attend a wedding and when we returned there were no suecure carparks available so we had to use alternate parking.

• melhunt2026 (4/5): There are better places to stay - There was construction and painting on level 5, happening during my stay. The smell of paint was extremely Strong and made me unwell. If u have construction happening put your guests in a different level. The staff were not overly friendly . They weren’t rude but weren’t helpful either. I wasn’t greeted on arrival and when I asked where the parking was the lady just pointed her finger. I won’t stay here again.

• jimY6764JX (10/5): Quest Epping thoughts - Consistent high standards met. Refurbished level 5 is great, fresh carpets, new mattesses, fresh paint are lift a good impression to an excellent one. Coupla opportunities for improvement. The bedside clock is accurate only about 50% of the visits, and I cannot figure out how to set it! Recent level 5 fridges in B rooms have been very good, this is not always the case, some have not sealed well but recent weeks have been good. Sometimes the door will not click open to ease access with luggage. Have to hold it open and wrestle the baggage, potential to bump the new paint! Sometimes the curtains have been hanging at their ends, varies. Always a genuine warm good morning from Jesse on the front desk, he opens the outer door when I have both hands full. Appreciated Sometimes, the front lower level rooms are noisy overnight. Traffic and sirens. Cheers Jim

• Elizabeth (6/5): If you are not middle eastern or Asian, than this location is not for you, - Clean and comfortable room. Location was just a short walk to the train station. This property is located in the car park of the Epping shopping centre, however, if you are Australian you will feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, do not recommend the eateries. Although the girl on reception was friendly, she was the only staff member we interacted with that was, on the way out, the three guys behind reception were rude, while checking out they didnt even talk to us or ask us how our stay was! Deep in conversation in their own language. Manners cost nothing!
