- Aleksei (5/5): Давно уже пора менять интерьер , ну или хотя бы снизьте цену. - Хорошие закаты и виды на крыше , человек который встречал - очень добрый и предложил нам новый с салона мотобайк в аренду . Все очень старое , кровать ужасно жесткая , по всюду муравьи , все в пятнах , видно что давно не мыли номер , посуда вся тоже старая . Бассейн на крыши был закрыт на реновацию . Вообщем минусов очень много

- daiss (8/5): - the owner was kind and responded fast to our msgs, the view from the room was wonderful, the swimming pool was nice, the view from the rooftop was very nice too, the neighberhood was so quite and the people were nice around the sofa bed was very small and not comfortable to sleep on,sadly, and there was no soap or shampoo for shower, which isnt a big deal but it would be better if there was... other than that everything was perfect

- Andrew (1/5): I would give this place a 0 rating please don't stay here it's a health hazard - Absolutely nothing this place is disgusting I wouldn't let my dog stay in the apartments we booked it was dirty. There was pubic hair on the bed, What I can only describe as human poo at the side of the bed and blood on the shelf at the back of the bed. The apartments were badly out dated with broken furniture that was being held together with brown tape there was wall paper coming off the walls when I removed the pillow case the pillows had yellow stains on them and also when we removed mattress protector the mattress was also full of stains. The pool has not been maintained there were bugs and leafs in the pool and the pool shower hasn't been cleaned in years we had 2 children with us who were that hot we had to let one take a shower and we were charged £70 UK pounds the person who owns the apartments made it very difficult to get a refund I wouldn't advise booking this place at all be advised he was very arrogant when we asked for a refund and wanted us to travel back to him to receive this. Everything it was filthy dirty scruffy outdated furniture fixed up with tape and dirty yellow stains on all the bedding and pillows

- Sandra (2/5): Très mauvais - Le grand lit - l’emplacement proche pour prendre le bus pour le ferry De l’eau coulait de La climatisation dans la chambre , la télévision avait une image qui sautait en permanence donc pas possible de regarder un film , des fourmis partout , le ménage très mal fait . Pas de drap , juste une couette qui a surement servi à d’autres personnes.Un immeuble se construit juste devant . Le contact avec l’hôtel étai très cordial mais personne n’est venu régler les problèmes. Je donne jamais de mauvaises notes , c’est la première fois.

- Dalibor (4/5): - Good comunication with owner, possibility to rent motorbike from owner. Flat has very loudly aircondition, leaking AC, water on the floor, cleaness not sufficient, smell in room sevage, ants in room.

The apartment is poorly maintained, with widespread mold, strong sewage smells in the bathroom, dirty furniture, greasy kitchen utensils, stained towels, and even an ant infestation. Only one pool is working. Its remote location far from Ao Nang and the piers means high taxi costs. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere, preferably in Ao Nang or on a beach west of Krabi Town.

- Saleha (6/5): Very nice if you don’t mind a rather basic environment. - Quiet location, the rooms in the back have a nice view of the greenery and lime outcrops. It’s also a good position between Krabi town and Aonang. The owner of our apartment was very responsive to our issues and there were enough kitchen appliances such as washing machine, fridge, microwave oven and even a grill oven. The property is a bit scruffy and utensils were very basic.

Booking.com says they check the apartments, but I don't believe it; the washing machine was broken. If you don't have a car, you're stuck in the apartment.They are also building flats right next door and the noise is unbearable. And the swimming pool is useless, it doesn't get any sun and they fill it with cold water.

- Jose (10/5): Ideal si hay que tomar un vuelo - Sin duda,una de las mejores opciones para descansar y pasar la noche si hay que tomar un vuelo en el aeropuerto, que se encuentra a 20 minutos. Es un edificio residencial y hay que tener en cuenta que no hay mucha oferta de restauración cerca y el supermercado más cercano se encuentra a 10 minutos . Wifi perfecto y el baño muy útil y espacioso.

Aircon in bedroom and living room worked well. Location was the biggest issue, nothing walkable around. You will have to Taxi/Grab/Tuk Tuk Stove didn't work, outlet blocked so it couldn't be plugged in, Unit lacks sufficient trash cans and direction where to dispose of trash. If they fixed a few things and put some additional larger trash cans out it would limit the downside to location.

Grand écran TV, Machine à laver sur le balcon, piscine très propre néttoyée régulièrement, petite salle de muscu ouverte 24/24. Lit très spacieux et confortable. 2 serviettes de bain à dispo. Résidence calme parfaite pour se reposer et bien dormir. The owner offered me a super good deal for a rental scooter 600 baht, best deal in town. All was easy, and the staff was so friendly. Total recommended place if you want a relax atmosphere. By the pictures i could already see this was a great choice for my arrival.

Tenía lavadora y todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar la comida. Había un poco de polvo en las habitaciones, y el olor del baño era un poco fuerte. Está un poco alejado de la playa. Pero por la calidad precio estuvo muy bien.

- Dina (8/5): Very good - Very nice place with all the facilities. Full kitchen and washer. This is not a place for not experienced tourists. Its a far away from all tourist attractions. So if you rent this place you must rent a bike to get to the really interesting places. Besides the internet is not that fast, but ok. So if you plan to work it might be a bit uncomfortable. But overall experience is very nice

Very good, quick and practical communication with the owner's representative Pim. It is suitable for those who prefer silence and use a motorcycle for movement, which was possible to rent from the host. The kitchen inventory could be reviewed.
- Fulya (1/5): A TERRIBLE PLACE - The house was never cleaned, the whole kitchen was covered in oil. The walls were damp and there were bugs all over the house. The kitchen utensils were never washed and the bathroom was completely wet. When we told the landlord about the problems he didn't even respond. The dozens of locks on the door of the house made us very uneasy.

- Randy (6/5): Cheap Accomodation - in every respect - Condo had everything including washing machine, and even if it was all old and tired, everything seemed to work. Unit was clean but scent of cleaner and various "air fresheners" was sickening smell. Not trashy but I seemed to react to it. Pool looked good. Location not bad if you have scooter or car. Internet very good. If don't care about tired condition and old appliances inexpensive accommodations. Scent, as above. Property agent not on site and needed prodding to be useful, but did respond. Parking insufficient for building so had to park overnight on street (car). Condo fine as student housing but needed a complete renovation 5 years ago. Cupboards peeling, stove top very rusted, appliances very old (but as above everything worked). For me, I would sooner pay double the price and have a renovated unit. I would not stay here again as disappointed.
