洪 (8/5): - 地理位置不錯周圍找早餐晚餐便利商店加油站都很方便房間也有冷氣雖然也不怎麼熱停車場超級爛飯店門口前的馬路是單行道又有吉普尼停在前面我第一天到的時候根本看不到地下停車場入口我朋友進去問才知道旁邊那個鐵網門是停車場入口門口的吉普尼停車格都是停斜的每次要彎進去停車場入口都要再倒車一次進去之後裡面空間超級小有些位置我都懷疑停不停的進去滿打滿算大概10個位置旅館3~5樓房間大概27個左右我停的時候運氣好第一天只有我一台第二天加上我的三台我覺得有沒有停車位都是看運氣我雖然分數打8分但扣掉的那2分完全是因為停車場然後我不會想再去也是因為停車場我不想去賭人多的時候也會有位置... 依我對菲律賓的解了如果真的沒位置大概會叫你停門口或讓你去找其他付費停車場

It was senior friendly...the elevator worked efficiently. The room had mood lights, not bright enough at night. Although the curtains can be moved for some natural light.

Davis (7/5): A Hotel - Location is good except lots of street noise. Had to change rooms as the toilet leaked badly, even In the second room. Bedding n CR were clean. P7500 pesos for 3 nights was a good price. We really only slept there. The cafe has a great breakfast. The staff were great when you asked for anything.
Domaliw (8/5): i would still definitely consider booking this next time. - the room was clean and comfy bed, it is in the heart of the city. just a 2 minute walk to Burnham Park, a minute walk to session road and of course along the road to the night market. no sound proofing,, cars blowing horns heard in the room. i was expecting a shelf to stack my clothes but i found none. it was only a rack for hanging clothes.. it was a short stay anyway so it was not that a bog deal for me.

Aldrinfloyd (8/5): A place where to sleep, refresh, and put your things. - Location wise is perfect. Near session road, burnham park, baguio market, and etc. Jeepney terminal is infront of the hotel. Perfect if you are always on the run. Wifi is slow to not working and the door was really hard to open and close. You can hear the noise outside because of the jeepney terminal.

Ashlin (4/5): It was OK - great location but poor-quality rooms and no breakfast included. - Great location - right in the city, close to Burnham park and many restaurants. Staff are friendly and responsive. We stayed for 4 nights, and breakfast was not included. There is a cafe, but you have to pay. Basin tap was flimsy, and basin was cracked. The shower head was broken with a lack of water pressure. Water basically drips down, not sprays. It was dusty under the beds. Towels were ugly brown with marks from bleach which should be only for white material.

Location was close to public market, burnham park, night market, SM (shopping mall) and home grown restos & eateries. Basically, everything was good but hope water pressure for shower could improve.

Miranda (6/5): Accommodation could be endured but needs a lot of improvement. - Its close proximity to Burnham Park. 1.) Water pressure on the shower is very very weak! 2.) Entire bathroom needs a complete renovation. 3.) Walls are made of glass painted over with white paint. Some portions of the paint are chipping away. 4.) Room has no small refrigerator. 5.) One lightbulb was broken. 6.) Towels smelled funky. 7.) They are very stingy with toilet paper. 8.) Power outlets are very outdated and do not conform to universal 3-prong system for hotel standards.
Renante (9/5): Superb - The hotel was located at the heart of the city. Just a few steps and you'll have Burnham Park, the Plaza, the night market etc. The staff were all pleasant and readily assisted me. The hotel also has basement parking with a gate. So our car is secured. The room is clean and just enough for a family of four. Towels and sheets are clean. It's quite a nice experience for our family to really enjoy the city of pines. Keep it up. They did not request for my credit card info and emailed me to deposit 50% to secure your booking. This is inconvenient in my behalf bec they only accept local banks like BDO or BPI. Poor internet connection If you consume 1 toilet paper for today and request for additional toilet paper on the same day they will charge you 25 pesos If you request for iron additional charge 100 No hair dryer No hand towel and no wash cloth The shower nozzle has low water pressure and water heater is not working even though the heater is on.

Josephine (8/5): Very good - I love our stay. Great location near to everything. No hassle to go to other places. Will come back here. Use light Bedsheet cover to add relaxation. Our first night was dark brown ,it was not satisfying but the next day was a light one and that was great. I think the problem when we come back was the safety of the car in the parking area. Hope the hotel accomodate this when we comeback🙂

Facility security or staff, were generally not available. So you have to go to the 2nd floor, which is their main lobby, to tell the receptionist to send assistance. Lots of foot traffic as well, and I mean that. Room - hmmm. There were dust, and hair everywhere- wall, bed, floor. I usually bring my Swiffer dry cloths, since facilities in the Philippines don’t use carpeting, I literally had to use 3 pieces of it, in our small room. Near - walking distance to Burnham, Night Market, SM, and other shopping places

Clean. Hot shower. The area was not very nice and clean. Many jeepneys and people waiting to ride the jeep in front. You have to go down the car and call the staff to open the gate to the parking. No windows at all! Pictures were deceiving. No cabinet. No place to place your shampoo and other stugg in the shower so you have to put them on the floor! We asked for extra tissue because it was so small for the 4 of us, they cherged 25 for the cheapest looking tissue roll. No cabinet for stuff. No ref. Not family friendly. Noise from other guests can be heard so no for light sleepers. Towels on the first day were so worn out, thin and dirty white. Too expensive for the not so comfy stay. Can find better hotels for that price.

Evitha (10/5): A Hotel Baguio - It is near tourist spots and walking distance from burnham park. Taxis arrive quickly also at such an easily accessible place. The room's size is just right, heater is working well. There's a restaurant and spa at the 2nd floor. The food is nice. Sinigang na bangus is a must try We saw a roach in our room, it's just small though.

Some bathroom amenities are not meticulously maintained. The air conditioning in one of the rooms that we booked has below average cooling.
