• Roman (8/5): - Просторная квартира, много места, отличный вид из окна, рядом пляж и центр города, лифт в доме (если кому важно). В средине августа вода супер теплая. В квартире нет кондиционеров, но есть вентиляторы, которые как-то решают проблему (шум, но всё же. Можно было бы открыть окна и сделать проветривание ночью, но нету сеток на окнах, комары сразу же прилетают и не дают нормально спать. Банально сетки от комаров на все окна практически решило бы проблему с жарой (квартира высоко, с моря прохладный бриз ночью и утром). Кстати на ранний рейс самолета добраться только на такси можно (автобусы ходят с 7 утра примерно).
• Victoria (8/5): Fabulous apartment perfect for a group of friends. - Perfectly placed. Beautiful building. Tons of space for 6 adults. Luisa showed us into and around the apartment and was helpful. As others have mentioned, the bathroom and kitchen are a little dated and worn. However, they were perfectly functional.

• David (9/5): - Let me start by saying that the apartments location, its views the space in the flat , and the upstairs terrace and the sense of grandeur was fantastic. however the kitchen needed some attention as too the bathroom and shower area ,I think the loses tiles on the floor and the poor state of decor, devalues the property,but I was happy to pay the monthly rate , I looked at similar properties whilst I was in Pescara ,and with the improvements I would say that they are €1500 to € 1000 a month more,so over all I was happy with my stay and would use it again
• Sarka (9/5): Beautiful apartment with heart. - Great location. Beautiful building. Our second stay and not the last. The tiles on the floor in the hall were loosen for the second year which was dangerous with kids and for adults at night.

• Donna (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment but could use an update. - The apartment was directly opposite the beach. It was very spacious, with many windows which gave great light, sunshine and a view. It had two living areas and three spacious bedrooms. The second toilet was handy as there were six of us. The washing machine was also handy. The kitchen and bathroom need a good update. The kitchen is old and not inviting to use and the shower screen needs resealing to stop the water from going on the floor. The apartment has a vintage feel with lots of old items. I think it needs to be de-cluttered, especially the bedroom cupboard.
• Ovidiu (7/5): Good - The apartment is quite big and from this perspective is quite good accommodation. During the 4 nights no interaction with the host, I would have expected to change at least once our towels. An AC would be a great fit to the apartment. On thing which I cannot explain is that the rules of the house is to throw out the garbage even though you pay for the cleaning fee. Then why the cleaning fee? The overall experience was ok but if there is to hot outside then an AC will be needed.

• Kevin (8/5): Stunning retro-style apartment very vlose to beach - The apartment brims with retro style. It's large and catered for four adults easily. The location is brilliant for the beach and close to main shops, restaurants and the rail station. The property manager is close to hand, speaks excellent English and was very helpful. The only things that prevent a 100% rating are the basic bathroom and kitchen. They function ok, but could do with modernising to match the class of the rest of the property.

• Chris (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic, the apartment was a great size for up to 6 people, had a lift for people who struggle with the stairs, we have already re-booked this apartment. Kitchen area is run down could do will a revamp, shower screen could do with being looked at as it allows water to escape and floods the room, which then takes forever to tidy up.
• Alicia (9/5): What a beautiful, quirky apartment with great views in Pescara ! - This is an awesome place, love the location, what an amazing apartment with its old-world quirks, which we love. There are many little things to fault which I will not mention. Rather looks at it like a Gem. We will be back. The only thing I will mention is there IS a charge for parking sadly. Paying for parking, Late 15h00 check in .
• Alexander (3/5): could not wait to leave - the view and the space the welcome was poor - no instructions waited on street 30 mins for check in * no working electric kettle * no working tv * no bathroom toiletries apartment needed a good clean . refrigerator was dirty. saucepan were dirty . floor was dirty. bathroom flooded when having a shower. exposed electrical wires thru out the apartment and broken tiles in the floor . so much potential but it fell well short
