- TOMOMI (10/5): 清潔な部屋、親切なオーナー - 掃除が行き届いた清潔で広い部屋。オーナーはとても親切だった。急なお願いにも関わらず、ボークルア行きのドライバーを手配してくれた。自転車の貸出あり。また、泊まりたい。 部屋にドライヤーがなかったので、使いたい人は持参した方が良い。部屋にある扇風機で髪が乾いたので問題はなかった。

- Emma (10/5): Comfortable stay, free bicycles - Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Big windows and balcony with open views, so high up that felt completely private. Free bicycles. Kind and helpful manager who speaks English. Kitchen ware in the room was a nice bonus. Location on a smallish street, no heavy traffic nearby. Note that it's about 1-1,5 km to the town center, but this didin't bother me since with the free bicycle it was easy to move around.

- Aliza (10/5): Everything you could want or need at a super reasonable price. - Everything is so good! Super clean room, spacious, with a refrigerator, dishes and cutlery so we could eat breakfast and snacks in our room. A kettle as well. Daily room service was lovely. The room is on the top floor and could have been too hot, but with both an AC unit and a separate room fan, we easily stayed cool. The owner is also kind, friendly and super helpful to travelers! Nothing. A superb stay.

The room was great with a large balcony and big spacious room. There was a smart TV and free coffee with biscuits in the room and access to more downstairs if needed. Super soft comfortable towels! They also had a microwave you could use and free bikes. The guy very kindly made sure the tyres were all pumped up for me before I left. He even allowed me a late check out. Just couldn't be more helpful!

The atmosphere was wonderful, the hosts were super friendly and helpful and spoke great English. There's an excellent local food stall next door. It's in a quite area but with great access to everything. Highly recommended.

The balcony was a plus. Our stay was just great Basically nothing. Just as a suggestion a few more hooks in the bathroom would be a nice and useful improvement. Not related to the hotel: The air pollution in northern Thailand (+/- February to April) due to the "burning season" in Laos, Burma and to a lesser extent Thailand is of great (health) concern.

- Iris (9/5): Nice, really nice, as a foreigner from outside Thailand read the comment - The interior was done very well, I saw that already online and it really was that nice as it looks on the pictures. Also clean, and some dishes etc were present in the room. For the smaller rooms it is nice that there is a shielded terrace in front. Concering the family room we got for the second night: it is really big and it is even more nicely decorated. The entrance is more in front facing the entrance path/road with a small pond with koi carp fish (looks so nice however there is a little sound from the water). Another (blue) big room is upstairs. Did not see that however I am sure it is also really fine. The owner put a lot of effort in creating this place. Is also expanding and I think he is totally smart to do so. This story needs some explanation: Nan is the gateway to a magnificant NP up north where mainly Thai people are staying. For now. Until it will discovered as the new 'Pai.' People are mostly glamcamping in tents and pods that are being built everywhere - mostly around the village of Sapan. It can even at some places look a bit artificial. However if you like this kind of accommodation, there are a lot of places that at this moment are not on Booking yet because, like I said, there are mostly Thai people. We wanted to see the NP and cross the border to Laos, however, it was not possible (yet). So, we got 'stuck' in Nan coming with a bus from Chiang Mai. The owner of the One House was really helping us out trying to arrange a taxi. He got a good and cheap rental car for us, so we could go in the NP. There are no buses. We found a place to stay in the NP for one night( just go there and check the places if you want to do this 'experiment' or ask the owner to call a place in advance). However, we got back in Nan and stayed with him again, got a family room as an upgrade because it was fully booked. Took a plane to Bangkok and Luang Prabang next day.
