- Sercan (2/5): - Es war das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war! Wir mussten unser Urlaub unterbrechen und sind gleich am nächsten Tag nach der Ankunft ausgecheckt! Das Hotel ist alt und schmutzig. Als wir ankamen war das Bad dreckig, die duschgels angebrochrn und Haare an der Badewanne. Trotz unserer bitte das Badezimmer gründlich zu reinigen geschah nichts. Aber es wurde noch schlimmer..... Das Wasser war braun! Die Mitarbeiter wollten uns mit voller Kraf davon überzeugen, dass das Grundwasser derzeit unrein ist und sie das Wasser mit Chlor bearbeiten. 1. Konnten sie das verschmutze Grundwasser nicht nachweisen, 2. hatte die Chefrezeptionistin uns bestätigt, dass das unreine Grundwasser mit Eisentabletten und Chlor gereinigt wird und somit kein Trinkwasser und auch kein Wasser zum waschrn sei. Es war der reinste Horror, die meisten Mitarbeiter waren unverschämt, nachdem wir uns wegen dem Wasser beschwert haben. Das verunreinigte Wasser war bereits vor unserem Check In bekommt, trotzdem wurden wir nicht darüber inormiert..... ein Albtraum der zwar nach 24 std ende war aber trotzdem zu lange war...

- Roy (3/5): Terrible left first thing after breakfast the next day. Terrible value for money - It had a beach and a pool Parking on the street was the first greeting. I don’t park in a 4 * hotel after giving them advance notice and park on the street. Room was small, balcony fit 2 chairs only. No food out of Main meal times so if you arrive after lunch you go hungry .Food was limited 2*, and the queue was like being at school . choice of beverages was limited and served in paper cups. No out of plastic as you would expect by the pool. Coffee and sweets were available 17:00-18:00 Meal times as follows:- Breakfast 7.30-10am Lunch 12.30-2 pm Tea time 5-6 pm Dinner 7.30-9 pm I was informed on an all inclusive that I could use my credit cards and buy other things from the vending machines in the foyer. It’s the first 4 star hotel i have ever been in with those facilities. Pool and beach swamped no sun beds available at all.

- Ahmed (2/5): The view is excellent , but every thing else is Terrible Nobody in the Hotel speaks English , Arabic - Nothing to like 1-The location is very far from the Airport, 2- No kettle in the room, no coffee or tea 3- The timing of meals is very near each other 4- The left is working very badly, the door closes in seconds so it closes while guists are entered 5- The internet is very very slow and not working inside rooms. 6- No clothes Iron available in the rooms 7- The design of the washroom and Bathtub is terrible and it's very narrow 8- No services inside rooms 9- the DJ sounds is terrible and doesn't give enough time to rest and sleep 10 - Nobody in the Hotel speaks English , Arabic or French only Turkish

The facilities are nice, the pool and waterslides are great as well as the beach. The rooms are a bit small, the property is not walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and polite.

Biten yiyecekler yerine yenisi gelmiyor.Tuvalette mideniz bulanacak kadar pis.Havuzlarda yosunlar vardı ve kirliydi. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve çalışkanlar fakat sabahtan geceye çalışan personeller vardı. Çalışanlar yetersizdi.Eşim, bir cocugumuz ve benim için 2 havlu verdiler. 3. Plaj havlusu verilmedi.İkinci oda anahtarı da istememize rağmen verilmedi. Odadaki havlular da plaj havluları da çok eskiydi. Yemekler lezzetli değildi. Özel plajı var ama halk plajiyla birlikte olduğundan güvenli değildi.Otel ile birlikte herkesin şemsiyesi vardi. İskele de çok bakimsizdi. İskelede ayağınıza kıymık batması çok olası. İskeleye bir zımpara attirsaydiniz bari. Otelin iskelesi otel dışından da kullanılıyordu. Misafirlerin ilettigi sorunlara otel yonetimi çözüm saglamadi.
- Ljabinot (1/5): So in a word, it was worst vocation of our life. - We don't have anything that we could tell you that we liked, on the contrary, this was our worst holiday that we have ever had and our recommendation for those who will be able to read this comment is not to decide to spend their holidays in this terrible place. The first reason is: the room has not been cleaned for 5 days in a row, also the bed covers have not been honored for 5 days in a row, for every day we encountered hairs in the food, the food was terrible, the same items were served to us for 3 or 4 days in a row, the service of the staff was zero, the air conditioning did not work properly, we did not have wifi connection as it was presented in the reservation. So in a word, it was the worst vacation of our life.
- miamay3 (2/5): Worst experience ever! Holiday from Hell - WORST HOTEL EVER DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BOOKING!!! I would give it a 0 star if I could. Me and my friend stayed here as a last minute booking however it turned into a holiday from hell and ended up costing us £1000 to escape this nightmare. The management is awful and will pretend to not know English when it suits them although their English was perfect prior to any issues arising. There is mould everywhere the food was awful and when demanded to pay an additional £100 following a room move which we assumed was free considering the beds were stained we then tried to leave the hotel and were intimidated with police and our drivers phone being taken giving us no choice but to pay. As two women in a foreign country this kind of intimidation is unacceptable. This hotel should not be listed and no one should think of booking this!

Yemekler çok kötü, lezzetsiz, soğuk. Bira bol sulu. Çay bile rezalet. Temizlik vasat. Örnek verecek olursam. Bebeğim düşmesin diye yatağı duvara doğru çektim. Yatağın altı full çöp ve toz doluydu. Akşam müzik gürültüsünden zor uyuduk. Sular tuzlu temizlenemiyorsunuz. Otel eski. Tek iyi yanı denize yakın olması. Birde resepsiyondaki çalışanlar güler yüzlü. O kadar. Bir daha mümkün değil gitmem. Dikili de hersey dahil alternatif bir otel olmadıkça kendilerini duzelteceklerini sanmıyorum.

The location was really bad, Dirty room and bathroom, old everything .. sauna was Close, internet connection Bad, we reserved 2 nights ( payment before) and we was sitting only one night and after breakfast we was gone !! 🆘
- irem hande (2/5): Eski ve bakımsız - Otel genel olarak eski ve bakımsızdı. Banyo ve tuvalet çok eski ve bazı yerlerde pas lekeleri vardı. Sifon ve fön makinası çalışmıyordu. Odayı değiştirmek istediğimizde ilgisiz bir şekilde boş odalarının olmadığını söylediler ama site üzerinden hala boş odalar gözükmekteydi. Yemek saatinde boş masa bulamıyorsunuz. Çalışanlar iyiydi onun dışında pek olumlu bir şey yok.
- Anthony (8/5): over all a relaxing stay - I didnt realise when I booked the hotel {which was very last minute} I had arrived at the clinic for my appointment only to find they hadn't booked my accommodation. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy. the reception staff were very helpful. The room and bed linen was very clean and serviced daily. the entertainments guy was very friendly and worked hard keeping the guests entertained with darts. archery and water polo. The hotel is quite a few miles out of Izmir city........ The guests were Mainly Turkish/ Arabs which didnt bother me much as I could just relax and didnt have to make any inane small talk...... The en suit bathroom could do with being modernised, The food in the restaurant was something to be desired,,,,,,, there was a good selection of salad at the salad bar the hot dishes I can only describe as scrag end not very good quality at all, the desserts were very good though........

Yatak yastık toz kokuyordu ve çok rahatsızdı. Tuvalet kağıdı 3. İstememizde geldi. 2 çeşit ana yemek çıkıyor pilavlar baldo pirinçten bile değil makarnalar çok yağlı. Tek çeşit ekmek var. (Tambuğday fln ararsanız asla yok) 20 bardak bira bile içseniz asla etki etmiyor çünkü aşırı sulu biralardı. Bazooka vodka ve gilbeys cin vardı. Şezlonglar kırık dengesiz ve çok rahatsızdı akşam bir etkinlik yoktu arife bayramın 2. Günü akşamları bomboştu. Alkol alkol değil yemek yemek değil. Muamele hiç iyi değil paramız boşuna gitti aklı olan kimsenin gitmemesi lazım. Bu otele asla gitmeyin. Gitmeyin ki kendilerini yenileyip düzeltsinler.

- hakanyO6818VU (6/5): It will not meet your expectations. - The hotel is promising a lot in appearance, but in some points it has difficulties to meet even 2-3 stars. Worst issue was almost salt water running from the hotel tap. My child almost vomited while brushing his teeth. The shower in our room started to flow with the first shower and it was not fixed despite the technical staff coming and checking. We had to use the towels that we had to use to dry ourselves constantly for the establishment of flor. The shower was not clean and the underside of the mirror was rusty. Apart from that, we can say that the room is generally clean. But there was not even a glass of water in the room. The hotel has an all-inclusive system, but don't expect anything other than morning and dinner. Food standard was not bad or very good. The water of the great pool was almost green and did not inspire much confidence.

Was definitely an at times amusing and both frustrating experience at the same tim - Fantastic location for us to watch our daughter play in the world beach volleyball championships. Great sunset views from the balcony and the all inclusive meals and beverages was a bonus. Enjoyed the pool area, water slide (although don’t know why it was only open for such a short time) and being so close to the beach. Staff were generally helpful. Rooms were very basic and pretty run down. Aircon struggled and it wasn’t that hot (max 30 deg C). Daily “service” involved changing over the bins and topping up the toilet paper. After six days the floors had not been swept or the bathroom wiped down. And the obsession with playing extremely loud Euro music from 9.30 am to 11 pm was bizarre and drove us to having to leave the resort to get away from the sound. There is no need for this and while amusing at times ended up being very frustrating when trying to get to sleep before 11 pm. No restaurants close by (20 minute walk) but not really needed with the buffet being included.

The main receptionist was not hospitable, she was cold and not smiling. The SPA was poor and not well maintained. But the whole place was a very good place to relax
- Christine_Kok (6/5): Your Best Hotel Option in Dikili - My husband and I and our teenage daughter stayed at this hotel in September 2022. I would’ve liked to have given it a 3.5, but when forced to choose between a 3 and a 4, I had to select a 3. We were attending an FIVB volleyball tournament, and this was the nearest hotel to the venue! This hotel is not really up to North American standards, but is a good hotel for the local area. It is actually an all-inclusive, with breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as some snacks in the afternoon and alcoholic beverages included. The mixed drinks were not good—too much alcohol and awful mix, but the beer on tap was fine. The room was spacious, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the bathroom was a bit unclean. The food in the resort has more variety than other hotels, and for breakfast you could get pancakes or fried eggs or omelettes which was a really nice option. The hotel manager Ennis was immensely helpful, and all of the staff were really kind although we needed to use Google translate constantly. If the location of this hotel is a concern, you can easily get a taxi to the downtown area for approximately 40 Turkish lira which is extremely inexpensive. Overall, the hotel is fine, and if we ever came back to Dikili, this is where we would stay. On a side note, if you are a dog lover, you will enjoy spending time with some of the very friendly, gentle and healthy-looking! stray dogs that roam freely on the beach.
- Crispin (2/5): - Where to begin. The water smelled of sulfur, the tub filled with rust, the bed, linens, and towels are gave me a rash, and the food was nauseating. There are some decent hotels in Dikili. This is not one of them.

- Chantal (1/5): the shinning meets hotel California, enter at your own risk! - there is not a lot to say about what we liked about the property. the lobby I guess gives an impression of some kind of resort, but it’s also the only place to get Wi-Fi! the list is long… the room was small, very small and basic. air-con from the 1980s? oh and don’t expect any tv in any other language other than Turkish! don’t forget no Wi-Fi in the rooms too! the bathroom was next level, from I would say the 40’s rust marks, limescale, mould and a shower (that we didn’t use) that had ‘I have no pressure’ written all over it! at breakfast, which again was basic, no signs at all telling you what things were, pretty much all Turkish food I guess? the feral cats running around the property were interested in our breakfast. one kitten jumped on my lap to get to my food. we witnessed them jumping on tables inside and clearing plates! oh and let’s not forget the broken and dirty high tables and the carpet glued to the dining tables to stop the table cloths from fall off. After a horrendous night, where the poolside entertainment kept us up until 11:30ish, we discovered that the party continued from 10am around the pool, where blaring techno music was playing! We were travelling with a 7 month year old baby, safe to say nothing about this hotel was conducive to her! Interestingly when inquiring about Wi-Fi in our rooms, the lady at reception said, ‘you can leave if you like, but go through booking.com, because the manager will not help you’, this was on the night we arrived! I would honestly say this hotel needs to be inspected again. who knows when they were given 4 stars, because honestly I would say this place was more of a 2 star on a good day! the photographs are so misleading, taken with I know think a wide angle lense to give the impression it’s much bigger! it does have three pools. it has one divided into two, children’s pool and everyone else pool, this is small when compared to the photos and apparently not hygienic. reviews of sickness after entering put pay to any ideas of swimming we had! given we were there for roughly 18hrs total! I think this review highlights how bad, this place is!

When I booked, i book 3 basic rooms and one Family room with sea view. When we come there they told us there are 4 basic rooms. I wrote before we depart to the owner and he said ok. I told to reception these but they give 4 basic rooms. And the owner even answered to me. I show the conversation to the receptionist and she asked to owner but the same. In 5 days never changed the blankets. The toylet too old and dirty, even the staff clean dayly. No wifi at the rooms. Ok the price but with some little sacrifice at cleaning it will value

- mariannamA2101SM (2/5): Worst pedicure experience - I was looking forward to a pedicure with my daughter-in-law , it was for her birthday. However the day was a good example of price doesn't equate to quality. How can you book a pedicure and as they are working on your feet they tell you they don't have time to take off your nail polish and thus can't paint them. Nobody At the time of booking told us that they don't take off gel nail polishes, which at every nail place is standard. I give credit to the girl I had as she decided to do it for me regardless.However, the other girl flat out told my daughter in law that she doesn't have time to do it. What were we there for - come on really !! For what they charge the experience and remaining pedicure was below average.
