We do not accept parties in our hotel or get-togethers in our reception area.

- Vo Huu Thuc (8/5): - Small boutique hotel near the main train station, easy to spend some nights if you need to take the train. All other transports options are nearby, inclusing bus, tramway and metro. Check in and out is easy and automatic. There is no tea available in the room, so we have to get some from the reception desk. Not very good noise cancellation as we can hear clearly people in the nearby rooms or in the entrance of the hotel. The walk around the hotel is not necessarily safe at night or comfortable.

- Aurora (8/5): Buono - Staff molto gentile e disponibile! Avevamo dimenticato le scarpe della bambina e si sono dimostrati molto carini nel farcele recuperare! La zona è molto brutta e la mancanza dell’ascensore e di staff dalle 15 rende pesante e scomodo il portare le valige su per le scale.

- RUSLAN (7/5): Проблеми з комунікацією між Букінгом і готелем. - Локація, номер на висоті. Все добре, але двічі зняли гроші за поселення. Перший раз через Букінг. Другий раз фірма, що керує готелем. Потім подвійне зняття повернули, але за переказ партнерський банк укримав коміссію з моєї картки. Вочевидь, коли відправляли назад гроші, вказали, що комісія за рахунок отримувача.

In that sense, the location was excellent. However, when our flight was postponed by a few days, we decided to move to a hotel in the old town area, as there isn’t much to do around this hotel and it’s not the most pleasant area to spend time in I mentioned everything up

- Catalin (10/5): FOARTE BINE - Check-in rapid. Amabilitate, informații corecte, discreție. Camera mare, curată, bine încălzită. Pat confortabil, prosoape albe, curate. Foarte aproape de Gara de Nord, de stații de autobuz și de metrou.

- RH (10/5): I'm reluctant to say this in case it gets too busy for next time... - Best bed + best shower out of a dozen Romanian properties I've stayed in. Clean. Good location. Helpful staff. Practical. They change access codes regularly. No handwash by sink - had to use the shower gel (or shampo?) from the shower. It really dried out my hands. Knees bump off shower screen when sitting on the toilet (not much they can do about this really and the shower cubicle is a good size for showering).

- Mariana (10/5): - Locație accesibila, self check in ul este un avantaj, chiar daca nu este nimeni la locație este o atmosfera primitoare, cu toate bine puse la punct, sisteme de întrare funcționare. Cameră arata foarte elegant, frumos, cu toate dotările, lenjerii curate si un miros plăcut si aerisit. Camera este foarte călduroasă si imi ofera confortul de care au nevoie. Respectul meu întregului personal. Nu as putea spune pentru ca nu am întâmpinat niciun inconvenient.
