• Cindy (10/5): Heel fijn verblijf midden in het oude centrum van Zadar - Het was ruim en licht. Goede bedden en dat is ook fijn. De locatie is echt midden in Old Town dus naar beneden en je staat in het oude centrum. Ons appartement had 2 ramen aan de open hal kant (deel zonder dak) waardoor mensen elke keer voorbij het raam liepen. De shutters hadden we wel zo staan dat ze niet naar binnen konden maar voelde minder fijn. Eenmaal dat een beetje los gelaten was het oke

• MIGUEL ANGEL (8/5): En el centro histórico. - Situado en el segundo piso de un edificio, sin ascensor, del centro histórico. Habitación pequeña. Camas cómodas. Todo muy nuevo. Para desayunar hay que ir a una cafetería que está a unos 5' caminando y hay varios menús de desayuno para escoger. El Check-in se hace en otro lugar, a unos 10' andando del edificio donde están las habitaciones, siendo muy difícil parar con el coche para realizarlo. El lavabo (ducha y lavamanos) está abierto a la habitación y separado por un cristal y una cortina. El inodoro sí que está independiente.

Onduidelijkheid van of er wel of geen keukentje is, dat is denk ik meer fout van booking dan de accomodatie zelf. Het is ook niet duidelijk dat adres die je krijgt is van accomodatie maar inchecken gebeurt op andere locatie. Ontbijt is ook 5 min stappen van accomodatie maar dat viel best mee en het is heerlijk ontbijten in die bistro. Het is geen probleem dat receptie en bepaalde kamers (grote familie kamers) 3 min stappen is van elkaar want al bij al was personeel TOP!

El check-in és en un local a 10 minuts de les habitacions en un lloc de difícil aparcament Habitació petita i amb lavabo (dutxa i pica) separat amb vidre de la resta de l'habitació.
• Martina (8/5): Odličan za boravak na zadarskom poluotoku - Odlična lokacija, lijepo uređen smještaj, ima sve potrebno za boravak. Povremeno se osjetio neugodan miris, kao iz odvoda, pretpostavljam zato što se radi o staroj zgradi. Dobro bi došla koja vješalica za ručnike u kupaoni.

Notre chambre était très sombre (et avec des fenêtres donnant sur un couloir de l'hôtel, donc impossible d'ouvrir en gardant de l'intimité) et en plus avec une odeur d'égout nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Nous avons pu changer de chambre heureusement, mais nous étions étonné qu'on puisse nous proposer la première.

El plegatin para dormir mi hijo, horrible no quedava ni totalmente horizontal, una lastima porque la de matrimonio era muy comoda y la habitacion, ubicacion pero la cama adicional fatal. Tie es que hacer check in en otro edificio y te acompañan. No hay parking cerca.

Once we got to the apartments we found out that the check-in needs to be done in a different location (in the main apartments’ building), about 5 mins walk away. Breakfast is also served in a nearby restaurant, about 3 mins away. Our kid got a sofa bed that was sloped and quite uncomfortable.

The room we had was located at the top of the building, we had to climb up 2 flights of stairs, which was not good for 3 , 80 years old, not a problem for younger people

I would definitely return to the same apartment. the lady that brought us to the apartment was very friendly The external metal stairs the lead us to the top floor, where our apartment was located, are very dangerous when wet. I slipped down the stairs when leaving the apartment. a rubber matting could be placed over each step for safety.
• Petra (8/5): - Wir waren im September 2025 mit Freunden dort. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man ohne Auto dort ist. Ruhig und doch zentral. Die Dame am Check in war sehr nett und hat uns bis zum Zimmer begleitet. Flughafenshuttle konnte über die Rezeption problemlos kurzfristig organisiert werden (6 Personen). Die Zimmer sind so klein dass der Koffer nur auf dem Bett aufgemacht werden kann. Handgepäcksreisende haben genug Platz. Check in ist schwer zu finden.

Lovely room, good bathroom, great comfy bed. It is fairly close to some major church bells that are quite loud in the early morning. If the windows are shut with the aircon on then its not really a problem

• Olesia (9/5): - Nice little room right in the old city center, 10 mins walk to the sea organ, 10 mins to the beach, and 15 mins to the central bus station. So location was just perfect for us. Be aware that you need to check in in another place couple of streets from this room, but it's not too far, around 5 mins walk through the city center area. The host kindly went with us from the check-in desk to the room. The room itself is quite small, if you have a big luggage, it might be a bit inconvenient. In the morning the church bell is ringing several times, so be prepared to that :) We were also not lucky with weather, so it was quite cold in the room - building is old with thick walls, so maybe because of that it didn't feel so cozy.

• GOUGH (10/5): Fantastic, would stay here again, safe, clean, comfy accommodation to explore beautiful Zadar. - The location is fabulous, right in the centre and perfect for exploring. It is safe gaining entry via a locked door then up to the rooms that all have locks. The staff at reception which is a few minutes walk away were so helpful and booked the transfers to and from the airport which we then paid. We had several rooms. All were spotlessly clean with ensuites and plenty of towels and beautifully decorated with lots having feature walls of the old building. There were extra blankets and duvets for the cooler nights. There was a fridge and kettle in every room to have a morning coffee. Bring your own tea bags/coffee. WiFi in rooms was good. We loved hearing the church bells and the singing from the local church on Sunday morning was so beautiful. You are in the centre so if you are a light sleeper maybe bring some ear plugs only due to people talking as they walk pass in the streets below late at night but no rowdiness just centre of city noise. The church bells do go off about 7:45am and maybe a couple times more in the morning but we loved that, some might not. There was a waft of sewage smell a little bit from a few of rooms, we kept bathroom door shut and kept sink plug in and toilet lid down and that helped a bit. But it tends to be a bit of a problem in many old cities coping with water wastage. But it did not put us off or upset our holiday.

• Gabriele (9/5): Sehr gute Lage, sehr guter Komfort. - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Direkt in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Ich habe den Schreibtisch verschoben, weil es keine Steckdose dort gab, wo er stand. Auch hatte die Küchenzeile keine Steckdose, so dass ich den Wasserkocher irgendwo anders im Raum eingesteckt habe. Die Küche ist auch etwas sparsam eingerichtet, aber ok.

Der morgendliche christliche Gesang aus der Kirche hat mich nicht gestört, da ich wegen einer Konferenz ohnehin früh aufstehen wollte. Es hat mir alles gefallen. Ein paar Anregungen hätte ich noch: Es gibt keine Steckdosen beim Arbeitsplatz und auch noch bei der Küchenzeile. Das führte dazu, daß ich die Möbel etwas umgestellt habe.

• T Lynch (10/5): Perfect Location, brilliant patio... - Location was perfect, the patio was a massive bonus. Really great place.. Could do with a few plates and a knife, but it is easy to improvise.
• Bianca (9/5): Mittendrin und doch ruhig. - Die zentrale Lage ist wirklich schön. Dazu ist es trotzdem recht ruhig, da im obersten Stockwert eines Mehrparteienhauses. Die offene Dusche hat etwas Besonderes. Die kleine Terrasse ist wirklich ein i-Tüpfelchen. Mehr Tassen und Gläser, bzw. Geschirr, Spüli und ein Abtrockenhandtuch wären hilfreich gewesen. Auch eine Steckdose mehr für den Wasserkocher wäre fein.

Our driver could drop us within a one minute walk. Very safe and fun neighborhood. Easy walk to the seaorgan and other sites. The check in was easy and the room was in great condition. Beds comfortable. There is a mini kitchen if you want to cook we did not use it. WE found everything was great and had no complaints.

• Viktoria (7/5): В объявлении надо указать, что регистрация заезда по другому адресу и что окна по сути нет. - Чистота. Старый город, рядом большой рынок, остановки паромов и катеров, экскурсии. Приходить по другому адресу для регистрации заезда с чемоданами неприемлемо. Заезд надо организовывать в апартаментах на месте, как это делается в других местах. Отсутствие утюга. Большую подушку запихивать в маленькую наволочку не нужно. Спать на такой плотной подушке не возможно. В комнате одно окно и оно выходит на лестницу, поэтому свет не поступает. И открыть его невозможно, так как жильцы дома будут смотреть прямо вам внутрь. Замок в туалете можно было бы поменять , чтобы не закрывать на ключ. В целом подходит только на одну ночь и если Вам очень важно быть именно в этой части Старого города. Стоимость завышена.
