Çünkü bilmediğiniz ya da gezerek öğrenmeye çalıştığınız şehirde kısa molalar vermek ya da alışveriş yaptıysanız eğer çantaları bırakmak için odaya uğramak istiyorsunuz.Eğer burada kalırsanız sabah uyanıp yaklaşık 1 dk içinde Sebil'e günaydın diyerek yolunuza devam edersiniz.Temiz,ihtiyaca karşılık veren güzel bir otel. Bir daha gelsem yine orada kalırım. Belki kettle ,kupa ,çay olabilir odalarda.
• Saya (10/5): Perfect! 全て完璧でした。 - Perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town. It honestly could not be better. The airport bus stop is almost directly in front of the property, which made arriving and leaving incredibly easy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. What touched me the most was how kind they were when I mentioned that I wanted to learn more about Bosnian history. He took the time to share stories, explain historical details, and recommend places with genuine warmth and passion. It made my stay feel much more special and meaningful. I truly felt welcomed and cared for here, and I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sarajevo!!! Nothing.

• Csabi1995 (9/5): Kiváló ár-érték arányú szállás a belváros szívében, ingyenes parkolással! - A belváros szívében, ingyenes parkolóval, kiváló ár-érték arányú szállás! Valamiért a foglalt 2 ágyas szoba helyett 3 ágyast kaptam, ami az árban is meglátszott, drágább lett mint a foglalás során mutatott összeg, de erről senki nem kérdezett meg előzetesen. Mivel nem volt óriási különbség, így nem reklamáltam, mi is jobban elfértünk, csak nem értem hogyan történt!
• Kucuk (1/5): Worst hotel of Sarajevo - Nothing We booked this place for 9 people and explicitly paid for enough sleeping arrangements. What did we get? Two 4-person rooms and literally one set of extra sheets. No bed, no solution — just "figure it out." To make matters worse, we were forced to pay an extra 30 euros just for those sheets. When we brought this up around 00:30 (yes, in the middle of the night), we received no service, but an ultimatum: accept it or leave. Absolutely zero customer friendliness or accountability. As if that wasn't enough, the "alternative" we were offered was a loose mattress — visibly dirty, with stains you don't even want to identify. Unhygienic and disrespectful. On top of that, the rooms themselves were not entirely clean either, and there were cobwebs hanging around. This isn't a miscommunication; this is just plain deception. You pay for comfort and get chaos, terrible service, and filth in return. Conclusion: Unprofessional staff, poor hygiene, and absolutely no respect for guests. Do not book here — there are plenty of better options out there that are actually worth your money and a good night's sleep.

• Semiha (8/5): - çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Baščaršija’ya ve Alija Izetbegović’in mezarına yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Odalar tertemizdi; içeri girer girmez sizi ferah ve temiz bir koku karşılıyor. Ayrıca pansiyon adeta bir sanat galerisi gibi, çünkü sahibi ressam. Çok güzel resimleri hem görme hem de satın alma imkânı var. Bosna’da kendimi adeta Osmanlı zamanında gibi hissettim; konuştuğumuz ortak kelimeler, kültürlerimizin benzerliği insanı hiç yabancı hissettirmiyor. Gerçekten aramızda güçlü bir bağ olduğunu hissediyorsunuz. İnsanların Türkiye’ye ve Türk halkına olan sevgisi de çok kıymetli. Tekrar Saraybosna’ya gelirsem kesinlikle yine burada kalırım. • İhlas (8/5): Fiyat/Performans oteli - Konumu çok iyi. Böyle merkezi bir yerde otopark imkanı olmasını sevdim. Çalışanlar ve iletişim iyi. Oda klima ile ısınıyordu ve bu yetersizdi. Oda yeterince sıcak olmadığı için yorgan da yetersiz geldi.

• Hasan (6/5): Za sad 🫣😡 a sa malo ulaganja u higgijenu i funkcionalnost moglo bi da bude visoka ocjena - Lokacija,parking osoblje za deset 👍 Ali kada sam se probudio i slucajno ispod posteljine koja je na jednom kraju spala sa modraca vidjeo na kakvom sam modracu prespavo NIJE MI BILO DOBRO!!! Kad svatite da su vam djeca prespavala na istim takvim modracima 😡😡😡 koji su i bez da su bili takvi upisani uflekani i tako stari razvaljeni zuti od starosti i bili za zamjenu jos prije deset godina mozete svatiti o cemu pricam. Nije mi jasno da vlasnik jednog pansiona moze dopustiti da neko na tome prespava (za sta smatra svoje goste?).Cjena pansiona koja vam je poznata (u mom slucaju 128 € za prenociste)bi trebala da zadovolji neke ljudske potrebe kad je rjec o higijeni ! A da nespominjem jos recimo fugne na plocicama oko wc solje za koje postoji recimo cistac na paru ili neko bolje dezifekcion sretstvo .Nebi bilo lose da posjeduje nosac za wc papir i u tus kabini nosac stalak za sanpon 🫣 a na zidu su tri kukice za peskir koje su tako jadne da nemogu ni peskir da drze a gdje da spustite cisti ves kok se tusirate?Jos je jedna kukica od te tri naopako zaljepljena 🫣🤔🫢…Supruga mi nije bila za to da to sve kazem na recepciji a nebi ni ovo piso da mi nije stiglo da ocjenim pansion i posto je to nedopustivo da uz takvu cjenu vlasnik neobezbedi ljudske higijenske uslove za goste ovo sam duzan da napisem.Ostalo je uredu ali ovo sto sam naveo je nedopustivo 😡…….Novi modraci pa ispod posteljine postoji i zastitni podmetaci za modrac i malo vise racuna o dezinfekciji kao i ovi detalji za funkcionalan boravak koje sam naveo bi billi pozeljni za ovaj pansion ! Ovo je moj utisak iz jedinice sobe sto nemora da znaci da je u ostalim isto jer sam prije rezervacije procito i dobrih komentara ali u mom slucaju ja sam zgrozen na moju zalost!

• Esmeralda (4/5): Zaključak: lokacija odlična, ali sve ostalo je bilo ispod očekivanja. - Boravili smo 4 dana u ovoj pansionu u Sarajevu. Lokacija je zaista savršena – nalazi se odmah u blizini centra grada, sve je dostupno pješke i nije potreban taksi. Također, gospođa koja je radila u večernjim satima bila je vrlo ljubazna i susretljiva. Posteljina i peškiri su bili čisti, što je svakako za pohvalu. Nažalost, ostatak iskustva nije bio zadovoljavajući. Prozori u sobama gledaju direktno na hodnik, pa tokom noći nije bilo moguće ostaviti prozor otvoren zbog drugih gostiju koji su stalno prolazili. Privatnost nije postojala, a dnevna svjetlost je bila gotovo nikakva jer su roletne morale biti spuštene da nas drugi gosti ne bi gledali. U drugoj sobi situacija je bila slična – prozor je gledao direktno u drugi hotel, samo 20 cm udaljen, tako da opet nije bilo prirodnog svjetla, ali se barem mogao otvoriti. Osoblje koje je radilo ujutro nije nas ni pozdravilo, ni pri dolasku ni pri odlasku, a prilikom odjave nismo dobili ni osnovnu riječ pozdrava. To je ostavilo vrlo neprofesionalan utisak.
• Zeki (6/5): Un établissement bien situé, avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. - L'établissement est situé au pied du quartier historique de la ville. Les chambres sont confortables. Il est possible de garer son véhicule sur place dans le parking privé et sécurisé. Dommage que la chambre triple soit situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Le personnel a l'arrivée était sympathique et aidant. Mais au départ, le personnel était différent, très alcoolisé et désagréable, ce qui rendais la conversation compliqué. Il faudrait une charte de comportement !

Oda temizdi,sıcak su sorunu yoktu.Güvenli bir otoparkı da vardı. Eğer biz sabah erkenden çıkarız akşam geliriz diyorsanız kesinlikle öneririm. Zaten başka bir ülkede odada mı vakit geçireceğiz? Yataklar biraz daha rahat olabilirdi.Odanın camı merdivenlere bakıyordu.
• G (7/5): Goed pension op een top locatie mét privé parkeerplaats. - Eenvoudig pension echt in het midden van de oude stad van Sarajevo, maar met privé parkeerplaats. Personeel is super aardig, kamers zijn eenvoudig maar voldoen aan de verwachtingen. Ondanks dat het midden in de stad is, vlakbij een drukke straat, daar geen last van gehad. De matrassen hebben (in de kamer waar ik verbleef) hun beste tijd gehad, ik voelde de veren in mijn rug.

La nostra camera aveva un'unica finestra che dava sulle scale interne dell'edificio e dovevamo, quindi, tenere sempre abbassata la persiana.

• Mervenur (9/5): Close to the city center - The staff were really friendly and welcoming, they offered us coffee in the lobby and treated us kindly. The rooms are clean and quiet. Their location is perfect, it's right above the Sebilj.

• Bernd (9/5): Freundlich, authentisch, gerne irgendwann mal wieder... - Sehr freundliches Personal. Es wurde sich sehr gut um die Gäste und ihre Fragen gekümmert. Unkompliziert, entspannt. Die Lage in einem Haus direkt am quirligen Zentrum der Altstadt (ich wollte die Stadt in allen Facetten erleben, viele Geschäfte, viel los, Kontakt zu den Menschen, die Rufe,...). Natürlich kein Wellness oder Luxushotel, aber authentisch und lebenswert, ... super.

• George (10/5): I Recommend this hotel due to closest proximity to old town without the disturbance of crowds. - The night receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful which made my stay more pleasurable. Someone should give her a pay raise! The room is spacious and clean. No lift but only 1 floor above the ground. It’s very near to old town. Just a small flight of staircase to next floor. My room window is actually facing the same staircase which is very interesting. Just make sure that you close the blinds completely to prevent anyone peeking into the window.

• Erika (8/5): Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve - Reggeli nem volt, de a környék fantasztikus, így a panzióból kilépve rengeteg lehetőség volt reggelizni. A fürdőben csatorna szag volt, de gondolom a zsúfolt építkezés és a csatornázás miatt.

• Nádasiné Tóth (8/5): Tökéletes ha átutazóban vagy és a nevezetességeket a helyi kultúrát és ételeket szeretnéd megismerni - Sajnos reggeli nem volt a szálláson, még lehetőség sem, ha valaki szeretett volna, de tökéletes a szállás, hisz a közelben pár percre van pékség, bevásárló boltok, nevezetességek, éttermek, pénzváltók és a szállásnak saját parkolója van, ami ingyenes és ez egy szuper lehetőség volt.Sajnos a szállásnak csak egy ablaka volt és az is 40cm-re a másik épülettől, így kilátás nem igen volt,de mi szinte csak aludni jártunk haza,mert az összes nevezetesség a közelben volt és nagyon finom ételek voltak a pékségben és az éttermekben is.Az ár sem volt drága, ahhoz képest, hogy egy turistaközpontban voltunk.Szóval összeségében egy szuper hely, bármikor újra elmennék erre a szállásra és bárkinek szívesen ajánlanám.A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész.Lehet euróban és KM-ben is fizetni, de akár kártyát,akár készpénzt is elfogadnak.A szobában volt még hűtő, és Tv is, az ágy szuper kényelmes volt.Tehát ne hagyja ki senki ezt a szuper szállást!!!! sajnos csak egy ablak volt a szállásunkon és az is pár cm-re volt a szomszédos háztól,így nem igazán volt kilátás,de a többi dolog kárpótolt minket ebben is

• Fernanda (10/5): Melhor do que o esperado - Localização perfeita na praça priincipal da cidade e ponto do tram praticamente na frente. Preço ok, funcionários muito atenciosos (até me emprestaram guarda chuva 2x) Cortina do banheiro é curta e acaba molhando bastante o chão após o banho.Quarto claro demais porque tem uma claraboia que não tinha como fechar (no último andar).
