Verified traveler (6/5): - Verwarming kon niet uit, terwijl het hoogzomer is. Echt veel te warm binnen. Heel jammer want verder een mooi apartement. Erg schoon. Niet overal gordijnen. Als beheer zorgt voor betere kussens/gordijnen/dat de kachel regelbaar is, zou dat alles zeer veel aangenamer maken.

philip (2/5): Crap. - I arrived at the address at about 3pm to find the entire place locked and with nobody in sight. I called the number on the door to be told that the number was out of service. I sent emails to both the "hotel" and booking.com but did not receive answers from either. Eventually after waiting for 2 hours I left and went to an actual hotel I could check in to. Avoid like to Corona virus.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Innenstadtnahe Appartements, die Zimmer zur Straße sind nichts für Ruhebedürftige. Die Rezeption war entgegen der Aussagen auf der Webseite nicht besetzt, wir mussten anrufen, und eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand kam, um uns einchecken zu lassen. Das gebuchte, ruhige App. war dann jedoch noch nicht geputzt (nachmittags), das Ersatzapp. war dann zur lauten Straße hin. Einige technische Mängel im App. deuten darauf hin, dass vom Personal nicht genau hingeschaut wird. Das Frühstück im Café Sapperlot war gut, aber mit 12 € pro Person nicht gerade preiswert. Resumeé: die Appartementanlage halt nicht das, was auf der Webseite versprochen wird, aber es ist preiswerter als im Hotel.
RF (10/5): Beste hotel in Aachen. - Ligging midden in het winkelgebied en de kamers zijn ruim, nette badkamer en heel fijn is de keuken met alle gemakken. Wij hebben meerdere hotels geprobeerd hier in Aachen en nu voor de tweede keer in domapartmemts. Gewoon weer een top weekend gehad voor een mooie prijs dus voor dit is ons vaste hotel. Ook zeer geschikt met kinderen.

Benjamin (6/5): Checks for basics required - All the good stuff was there, expensive equipment, bed, tv, clean & modern etc, but 1 fork, 1 cup, 1 bowl & a light not working in the bathroom. Plus we were told when we needed an iron we’d have to wait at least an hour. So the hard stuff was done, it was the easily solved, quick wins by staff that failed. Great location.
Verified traveler (4/5): Shame -neighbours and service make it a no-go! - Good points: spacious,well-equipped apartment, very bright thanks to the very big windows with nice view of the church and centrally located (but the neighbours were very dubious -see below). All the rest was a disaster: - screaming people kept us awake all night long (they did not stop singing and yelling until 6am); - service was awfully bad, had to fight to get a 2nd toilet roll for 3 people/2 days, no second key thus no possibility to enter separately, very basic German, very unprofessional attitude (employee called me "senorita" though I was very formal and cold towards him), constant misunderstandings/absence of service; no possibility to pay with card at the end and employee was lost as to whether the payment had been made/how it could be made; - no parking at the hotel, the only one was the one of C&A where they did not accept cards, closed at 9pm on Saturday evening and no reopened until Monday, gave no receipt whatsoever and only accepted 20 EUR bills (not 50 EUR!!); - sheets had stains and holes in them, very bad quality pillows (pity because the bed was big and confy); - tab was broken and running.
Angelika (8/5): Sauber aber laut - Das Apartment war super sauber und neu. Leider keine Klimaanlage und wenn man das Fenster Nachts auflässt ist es leider sehr laut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war am Anfang etwas holperig (lag wahrscheinlich an Corona). Das Cafe war nicht offen - also kein Frühstück. Das sollte auf der Webseite up-to-date gehalten werden.
miharu (8/5): - 入室する時に必要な暗証番号がシステムの関係ですぐもらえなかったが、非常に親切な対応でした。大きなショッピングセンターもすぐそばで便利でした。アーヘン駅からは、徒歩圏内ですが、あまり目印になる建物がないので、Googleマップが便利かもです。

Verified traveler (2/5): Reception was closed so we were couldn't check in - Reception was always closed, and I was not able to check in. Since I had just come from out of the country, I was not able to call the cell phone number posted to the locked reception door. I had my very tired and jetlagged children with me waiting in the cold for someone at reception. It was a nightmare. Eventually we stayed elsewhere. Emails with the hotel after indicated that checking in involved showing up during the tiny window of time reception was actually open. Terrible service.
Maureen (10/5): Schoon net Hotel in het hartje van Aken - Schoon en heerlijk hotel. Vriendelijke receptie. Onze auto goed kunnen parkeren. Heerlijk kunnen winkelen, lekker uiteten geweest. Goed bed dus ook goed geslapen.

Verified traveler (10/5): Tolles und super sauberes Studio - Wir kamen schon nachmittags an, um den Schlüssel abzuholen. Es hing ein Schild an der Tür, man sei gleich zurück in einigen Minuten, also warteten wir. Insgesamt warteten wir insgesamt fast eine Stunde vor der Tür in der Kälte und ich rief 3 mal die angegebene Handynummer an -ohne Erfolg. Als wir und gerade in ein Café zum Aufwärmen aufgemacht hatten, rief Roger, der Rezeptionist zurück. Ab dann war alles gut! Wir erhielten den Code und Erklärungen. Das Studio war perfekt, super sauber, kann ich nur empfehlen! Mein Mann ist Allergiker... Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ist völlig überteuert und sehr mager mit 1 Scheibe Brot und 1 Brötchen und mit 12 EUR/ Person und Kaffee nicht inkludiert nicht zu empfehlen, das muss nicht sein.
Verified traveler (4/5): - Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, aber total ungemütlich und steril, kein einziges Bild, alles grau und weiß, der Sofatisch ein hässliches graues Riesentablett beschmutzt mit Glas- und Tellerrändern; die Küchenzeile war in Ordnung. Das Ausziehsofa hatte eine ungewöhnliche Ausziehtechnik, es gab keine Anleitung und nach mehrmaligem erfolglosen Anrufen der Telefonnummer haben wir es aufgegeben. Die Auskunft am nächsten Tag, die Nummer wäre grundsätzlich immer erreichbar, erfolgte auf ziemlich unhöfliche und unfreundliche Art. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft, in der auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in keiner Weise stimmt, nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.
Ian (10/5): Amazing! - Staying there was very good from the beginnig to the end. The staff commitment with our late entry in the apartment, and their assistance in our check-out was brilliant. Finally, the location of the apartments is very good, close to the city center and the station. I definitly recommend this place.

Dineke (10/5): - We hadden een groot appartement vlak bij het centrum. Van tevoren een parkeerplaats in de garage van de appartementen geboekt. Dus de auto konden we ook snel kwijt. Jammer dat in dat hele appartement toch maar weer 1 lekkere stoel stond. Zit je toch weer op je bed. Je kon beneden ontbijten.

Construction récente, très propre, comfortable, à côté d'une rue passante mais au 4ème étage avec la fênetre fermée on entend peu le bruit extérieur. Durch einen Nebeneingang sind wir durch einen stinkigen und verwinkelnten Parkhausähnlichen Flur zu unserem Zimmer geraten. Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht haben, war die Schlafcouch nicht ausgeklappt, wir vermuten wegen dem Platz zwischen Couch und Tisch. Das Bettzeug haben wir im Schrank gefunden. Das Appartement ist äußerst steril und bietet keinen Wohlfühlcharakter. Das Bad war sauber aber es roch nach Abfluß, was uns die ganze Nacht störte und durch Spülen der Dusche auch nicht zu beheben war. Der Fernseher bot auch nicht alle Fernsehprogramme. Wir hatten einen Termin am frühen Vormittag und da um 7 Uhr keiner an der Rezeption war, haben wir auch nicht Bescheid geben können. Am Nachmittag hofften wir durchs Lüften bessere Luft im Zimmer zu haben, dem war leider nicht so. Wir beschlossen abzureisen, da wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Der Mann an der Rezeption war dann auch nicht besonders freundlich.
Tom (10/5): Fijn verblijf op een top locatie! - Top kamer! Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad, goede service, mooie locatie, echt top! Lekker moderne badkamer, fijne bedden, zelfs zonsverduistering. Parkeerplek is te reserveren voor 13 euro per nacht, direct onder het hotel, ook aan te raden.

Anna (6/5): - Das Zimmer war schön und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Inventar schien relativ neu zu sein, Böden etc. sind sauber, hatte aber eine tote Schabe im Besteckfach entdeckt (nicht schlimm, für uns) - bis dahin alles gut. Bei geauerer Betrachtung ist die techn. Pflege aber nicht gut z.B. war die Garderobe nur notdürftig befestigt, der Tisch verliert das Furnier und der Siphon im Bad ist wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt worden. Da sich niemand zuständig fühlte mussten wir das selber machen. Duschgel und Seife werden nicht regelmäßig getauscht und dann wird eine billige Seife in eine Markenverpackung umgefüllt (wir waren dabei anwesend), es wird also ein Stück weit geblendet. Wen das nicht stört, hat ein nettes Zimmer zentral gelegen inkl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Lisa (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, Die Zimmer sind schön, gute Isolierung der Fenster, gute Infrastruktur. Unter dem Bett war es staubig und uber dem Herd fettig. Sonst aber sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Nettes Frühstückcafé.
Luc (10/5): Geweldig penthouse op goede locatie - Penthouse is top! Ruim, modern, mooi ingericht, reusachtig terras met zicht op Aken. Gemakkelijk voor 4 personen met 2 dubbelbedden. Vriendelijke receptie maar ze hadden mogen vermelden dat de parking even verderop ‘s nachts/zondags gesloten is! Je moet een nummer bellen zodat iemand komt ontsluiten en dat kost je 23€ bovenop je parkeergeld, en dan ook nog alles in cash te betalen. Nu ja, dit staat los van het appartement maar goed om weten. Ontbijt is goed en veel, vriendelijke bediening, je kan a la carte of full Domontbijt (12€) nemen. Op zeer korte wandelafstand tot centrum, dus goed adresje!

Verified traveler (4/5): Geen penthouse - Wij hadden een penthouse appartement gehuurd en van te voren betaald. Bij aankomst was deze niet vrij en kregen wij twee kamers in het Ibis hotel. De kamers waren vies en (al hoewel het niet roken was) stonden blank van de rook en het stonk daardoor erg, twee dagen het raam open en nog was t niet weg.

Monika (8/5): - Gepflegte Ausstattung, alles nötige vorhanden. Hervorragender Fernseher. Gutes Schließsystem. Allerdings sollte man zuvor den Wetterbericht prüfen. Durch fahrbare Sonnenschutzbleche an der Außenfassade des Hauses macht man bei Wind durch das Rütteln und Klappern kein Auge zu.
VANESSA (10/5): Belle destination en Allemagne - Un très bel appart hôtel. L'immeuble est récent. J'ai eu la chance de séjourner au 5ème et dernier étage et j'avais une grande terrasse ! L'été, ça doit être top ! Le studio est très grand, meublé contemporain avec un coin cuisine. Le personnel est sympathique et de bon conseil. Petit-déjeuner allemand donc gargantuesque ! A noter : à proximité d'un arrêt de bus. Un Centre Commercial n'est pas loin (mais quartier très calme). A quelques minutes de marche du fabuleux Marché de Noël d'Aix La Chapelle. Ville très agréable avec un grand passé historique. Une belle destination pour un week-end !

SimonC (8/5): - This is an apartment hotel, so there is no interatcion with anyone except at check in. The apartment was spacious and about what I expected for the price. My one complaint is that we parked in the garage right next to the hotel. We told Reception when we checked in. We didn't know that garage is closed on Sundays, so did not have access to our car. They could have mentioned that. Fortunately we didn't really plan to use it that day. Good thing we weren't planning to drive home to the UK!

Zimmer sind ausreichend aber einfach ausgestattet. Zimmer grundsätzlich ruhig. Service teilweise nicht vorhanden.

Parking is available on the premises, and you can walk to everything that Aachen has to offer. The room was nicely appointed and had a few small maintenance issues, but nothing that significantly distracted from our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to four excellent bakers for breakfast treats and to the city centre. Shower and kitchen areas very clean. Sadly I could not get the TV to work but I had little need of it. I would use Dom Apartments again.

The not so good: place is not equipped well enough to actually use it as an apartment (2 little plates, 2 bowls, one very smelly dish towel for 3 of us) and it is really sketchy to get into. Very ugly corridors, kept encountering either drunk or high people outside. I wouldn’t stay there again.

In the center of Aachen right by the Aquis Center mall. Kaiserplatz bus stop is also Right there. I stay in Aachen often and really liked this place. Will stay here again.
