• Susan (4/5): - Club privé adjacent à l'appartement. Musique très très forte jusqu'à minuit, 3 soirs sur les 4 nuits de notre hébergement. On nous a promis de nous réserver un transport pour le matin de notre départ (très tôt ,5h le matin). Le transport ne s'est jamais pointé. Nous avons passé à un cheveux de rater notre train.

La seul chose c’ est que les articles de la cuisine sans TRÈS basic . pas de grille pain ni de micro- onde. Les employés en place sont remarcables et très gentils . Félicitations à vos employés en place !!!
• Denise (8/5): Bon emplacement, rapport qualité-prix - C’est vraiment deux propriétés très différentes sur une seule rue. Nous avons demandé d’être placés à l’hôtel principal, où il y a un concierge et un ascenseur. Ils nous ont accommodés. Là, la chambre était belle plus du genre d’une chambre d’hôtel bien fournie qu’un appartement. Le quartier est beau et bien fourni en magasins, à 500 metres de la zone touristique et 1.2km de la rivière et ses attractions. Meilleur restaurant du quartier Los Dos Frangos.

It’s centric with close distance to sights, good restaurants and bars and minutes walk to the Metro. • Travelingourworld (2/5): Not a good place to stay - When I did the reserve, it didn’t say you have to walk a block to get the key, or that the place didn’t have an elevator, or that you have to wait until 8am for bread for the breakfast. The water was cold not warm, they don’t have an airport shuttle. The place smell like sewage. Everything that was advertised was a lie.

• margieogrady1 (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in Porto - This apartment is modern, super clean and just a happy place to relax in Porto. We were delighted at the accommodations and the ammenities included - washer/dryer, full kitchen and supplies, furnishings. Breakfast was included at this delicious bakery 2 doors away. The bakery spoiled us by generously supplying us with a huge breakfast sandwich, sweet baked goods, cafe con leche and bottled juice. The only draw back in our experience is the flight of stairs we had to climb with our heavy luggage. Our receptionist was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage though. Also the main couch/sofa was a bit stained and could have used some new coverings or a new sofa altogether. We would stay at this place all over again. It is centrally located and near the shops, restaurants and train station.

• martinn347 (8/5): Very central - We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights, very central, close to everything, all transport links, restaurants, shopping etc. The girl at reception was very helpful, you get a voucher for breakfast which you take in the cafe a few doors down, you can take the breakfast from 7.30 am to 6 pm, which is handy and plentiful. The apartment had a mezzanine which was good for our kids, very spacious, 2 double mattresses, but the height is not that good, as you will bash your head!!!! There is also a double bedroom under the mezzanine, a living area with a kitchen, dishwasher etc, although we did not cook as there are a lot of food courts and everything is very reasonable. If you have poor mobility do not even think about this place as there are a lot of stairs to climb and there is no lift, so carrying suitcases is not ideal and hard work. Having said this, the apartment was very comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed it.
• SuperSai (10/5): Comfortable, clean and perfectly located - This apartment was in a great location. The facilities were excellent, the staff in reception very helpful and it was so clean it was as though we were the first guests to ever stay. Situated in the heart of Porto we did all our site seeing on foot and had plenty of options when it came eating out. The airport is only 25 mins away and the staff can organise a pick up or the Uber service was excellent. It is also situated very close to the metro station. If you decide to use the self catering facilities there are supermarkets just 2 minutes away. So many cafe's nearby you will be spoilt for choice.

The apartment has narrow long sitar’s you have to climb up with heavy luggage. WiFi is also very weak and we had to use our own data most of the time. Overall an average stay.

Cuando llegamos, nos dicen que el ascensor no funciona ( así todos los días ) y que estábamos en el último piso ( un cuarto sin ascensor, 77 escalones con maletas y todo) . El apartamento sin armario ( la ropa durante días en la maleta, ya arrugada). El apartahotel era para cuatro personas y nos encontramos una mesa con dos sillas . Y los demás , comen de pie? La sala a dos alturas ( más escalones , sin barandillas y mal rematado el suelo. El desayuno poco variado , el zumo de naranja en una jarra con hielo (aguado) y único sabor de mermelada. Los dos últimos días vimos hormigas tanto en el suelo como en la mesa donde estaba el desayuno.
• 2ndvisit (10/5): - Excellently furnished 1 bedroom apartment. Every amenity (dishwasher, fridge, stove, a/c etc.). Great location - excellent restaurants nearby (EASY walking distance), breakfast voucher at nearby bistro, quiet street in old quarter of city. Only problems were a minor "drains"smell in bathroom, and the reception office were not always quick to answer our pre-travel emails with questions about arrangements for our arrival, transportation, etc.. However, they were most accommodating in letting us use their workstation for email access. Would DEFINITELY stay there again - good value for money - and have recommended it to our friends/family.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is perfect to get to everything easily and there's the metro right there. The apartment is perfect for a family with kids with a bedroom upstairs. The air conditioner is not strong, but it was fine. There are many stairs, but I had been shopping in three cities before getting to Porto and my bags were extremely heavy.
• niurhdez (8/5): Great apartment! - We stayed for two nigths in one of the apartments located in the 3rd floor. The apartment was modern, comfortable and very clean. Convenient location closed to restaurants and shops. My kids loved the mezzanine room with its own bathroom and skylights. They don’t have elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us.

• Christoph (6/5): Overall nice with a few noticeable flaws - The place is overall very nice. Two issues: the main door to the building can be locked in such a way that it is impossible to open the door without a key from inside. This is probably a fire hazard, and also meant that someone who left their key in the room at the end of their stay woke us at 4.40 in the morning, as they could no longer get in their room and couldn’t get out of the building. We had to let them out. Needless to say, this was a nasty middle of the night surprise, and should be avoided by design. Also, the service at the breakfast restaurant is mixed. We had one good waiter, one bad.

Staffs are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely book it again if ever i go back to porto.
• mveen1 (8/5): Excellent apartments. Super location, reasonably priced - We booked an apartment in the Mercado dos Poetas though one of the common websites. We only selected it based on criteria we submitted, no so much about anything else. But we loved it here. My daughter had the mezzanine, and she was in heaven. It is small and low, so only suited for small children, but it worked for us. The apartment has a good size, but it lost a lot of free space due to 2 large pillars in the middle of the room. The apartment is very well maintained and super clean as is the staircase towards the front door. It had everything we needed and a very nice and good shower. The location of the apartments is excellent. Market Bolhao is just down the block and the subway station is close by. If you are travelling from the airport, don't bother taking a cab, you can take the subway and the station is only 300 m away from the apartment, easy to find. It will be the first major saving you made. The area is upcoming, but still has plenty of authentic shops left with also new hip trendy restaurants. It is not down town, close to the boulevard and the major touristic attractions, but everything is within walking distance (10-15 min). Do you really want to be where all the noise is? The apartments made a deal with a café 3 houses down the road to serve you breakfast. It is very authentic and we noticed that many of the Portuguese come here everyday. The place is definitely busier then the other cafe's on the street. Breakfast is excellent, coffee needs improvement, and they have plenty of snacks, sandwiches and cakes to take with you for your day in Porto. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It is not the cheapest place, but for what you get, it is very well and reasonably priced.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nicely renovated, immaculately clean apartment. It was advertised as 20sq.m but in fact I think it was a bit bigger than that; certainly plenty big enough for 2 people. Comfortable bed, nice sofa, modern well-equipped kitchen. Effective, quiet aircon/heater units. Good WiFi. Room serviced daily. NOTE, all the apartments are up at least 1 flight of stairs; there's no elevator. Excellent location handy for metro station (direct trains to/from airport, 35 mins journey, every 20 mins) just beside the Mercado de Bolhão - but note, the old market building is being renovated in a big project and is closed until 2020; many of the vendors are now housed in a temporary location close to Bolhão metro station. Plenty of interest nearby - Via Caterina shopping, tiled church, useful restaurants. The Ribeira (river, quayside) is a bit further - about 20 mins walk. We got a breakfast-inclusive rate, good breakfast provided in the brilliant Cristo Rei bakery/cafe about 50 metres away. A couple of very minor niggles: (1) checkin was easy, but a little fiddly as you have to go to the owners' other apartments about 200m away; (2) disappointing that there were no basic supplies in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper etc) - it's kinda tedious to have to victual the place from scratch if you want to do any cooking, although it's perfectly possible because there's a good cheap supermarket around the corner. In summary: would definitely stay here again if visiting Porto to see the old town.

Looked after well by staff and a missing kettle was quickly sorted ..excellent English and though staff are not there 24/7 we were given clear ways to contact if necessary.

The building is newly renovated and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. I highly recommend this tourist apartment for your next stay in Porto.
