• Akshay (8/5): Comfortable and relaxing - Organised, clean and spacious room. Polite and very helpful staff. Location far from any beach, temple, etc. and the roads are busy early morning till 10PM or so.
• Pc (1/5): - Nothing They're scammers, not helpful at all. The staff were useless. When I called to ask them about the payment they told me in broken English that, there is no need to pay now and we can make the payment after reaching there. Then they cancelled the booking saying we didn't make the payment. Then they told me, the room is available but I have to make a higher payment. When I demanded to know why they cancelled my booking after they insisted that I make the payment after reaching the hotel, they said they will check and call back. Didn't receive any call back from them. I had to repeatedly call and they kept on declining my call. Had to call from another number and then they picked up and told me that the room is no longer available. We were two women travelling alone. We were stranded at the railway station in the middle of the night because of their greed to make more money.

A single socket was definitely useless for a person's on a working holiday. The toilet cistern was nonfunctional extremely slow to fill. It meant we were flushing with pouring a bucket of water definitely will not be returning.

• Sugandran (5/5): Whilst we did not enjoy our experience we received excellent customer service from their head office who were quite happ - Nothing appealed and we sought alternate accommodation. They failed to mention that we’re busy with construction and the noise was unbearable. The tv was not working, the ceiling fan was hanging out of the ceiling, not very safe when above the bed. The door didn’t close either. When we approached the Manager he referred us to their head office, instead of trying to assist.

• Mary (7/5): Great location if you're visiting one of the medical colleges nearby, squeaky clean. - The beds were great. The room size was good. Clean bathrooms. So was the lighting and furniture. The corridors were clean and well-maintained. There were two great restaurants on the ground foor and behind. One seemed to be a Kerala restaurant and the other, a Punjabi dhabba. The breakfast was mediocre, to say the least. It needs to be improved. The room smelled strongly of cheap floor disinfectant and took over a day to disappear. Funnily enough, they supplied only masala chai tea bags. When I asked for regular tea bags, the lady at the reception was rather curt. She said she'd get it for me, but then seemed to ignore my request.

While checking in they charged 500 rs extra for the 3rd adult even though 2 double bed rooms were booked. Felt cheated and very disappointed. Ruined my mood for the day !!
