• AC (8/5): - Room was clean, the apartment is located in the city economic center and it is close to shopping centers and few restaurants and bar. The terrace is amazingly overlooking the city up on the hill. Check in was easily and clearly instructed. The check out time was a bit too early compared to other normal places which is at 9 am in the morning. I think if it would have been at 10 am it would be more convenient especially after having a whole day trip without rest and you expect to have a bit longer sleep in the evening. But other than that all is great.

• Eugen (5/5): - Die Ausicht aus der 5. Etage über die Stadt ist beeindruckend. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Hafen, Busbahnhof und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit dem großen Supermarkt sind nützlich. Die Unterkunft wirkt an einigen Stellen schon sehr abgenutzt. Es fehlten Gardinen, eine Nachtischlampe am Doppelbett und die Rollläden ließen sich nicht alle komplett öffnen. Im Bad waren Handtuchhalter und Toilettenpapierhalter defekt. Die Klimanlage war nicht in Ordnung und auch zu laut. Andere Klimageräte (von Machbarzimmern) waren ebenfalls laut zu hören und die Vibrationen störten beim Schlafen. Die Küchenausstattung z.B. Besteck und Geschirr reichte nicht für alle Gäste, wenn sie gleichzeitig sie nutzen wollten.

Nothing to do with the property , but travelers , be aware that the plugs 🔌 in Italy are not your standard European plug. I had an adaptor but it didn’t work. Luckily there was one in our room provided by the property so we can charge our phones.
• Karolina (10/5): Chętnie wrócimy - Pobyt był bardzo udany! Świetna lokalizacja - blisko do klimatycznych barów, sklepu i wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc. Dużym plusem był wygodny self check-in, który pozwolił nam dotrzeć bez stresu o dowolnej porze. Szczególne podziękowania należą się przemiłej pani sprzątającej, która była niezwykle pomocna i życzliwa – częstowała kawą, udzielała praktycznych wskazówek i dbała o komfort gości. Dużym udogodnieniem była prywatna łazienka w pokoju. Na plus również wspólny balkon przy kuchni z przyjemnym widokiem na miasto, idealny na poranną kawę lub wieczorny relaks. Sam pokój był trochę ciemny ze względu na małe okno wychodzące na tyły budynku, ale to raczej kwestia układu, na który właściciel nie ma wpływu.

• Teri (4/5): Minimal... - La posizione molto comoda. Vicina al porto e al museo archeologico. Accoglienza inesistente, solo qualche consiglio telefonico su come muoversi nella città. La cucina comune ma non si potevano utilizzare i fornelli, non c'era neanche una bustina di the o tisana, solo 2 cialde per il caffè e lo zucchero era messo in un contenitore dove tutti potevano attingere ( le bustine sarebbero state molto più igieniche) 1 rotolone di carta che fungeva da tovaglioli, asciugatutto e tovaglietta da colazione. Corridoi, cucina e bagni senza nessun riscaldamento, solo un climatizzatore in camera.

The bathroom was very dirty, we were told the external bathroom was just for us but another guest was using it. Maybe it was a mistake by the other guest, but then the accommodation should provide keys for the bathrooms to avoid this.

• Agnieszka (8/5): - Obiekt położony w dogodnym miejscu jeśli chodzi o dostęp do portu, deptak jak i bardzo duży sklep spożywczy Coop. Mieszkanie mieści się na 5 piętrze z windą. Jest na miejscu ogólnodostępna kuchnia a każdy pokój ma swoją łazienkę, co też jest dużym plusem. Z kuchni jest ładny widok z balkonu na całą zatokę Mesyńską i miasto. Istnieje możliwość odpartego transferu na lotnisko w godzinach kiedy to transport publiczny nie jeździ. Dość słabej jakości drzwi wejściowe do pokoju przez co słychać wszystkie odgłosy z przedpokoju czy kuchni. Nie każdy mieszkaniec wie co to cisza nocna ale to nie zarzut do właścicieli a jedynie informacja, że bywa głośno :)

• Roberto (9/5): Ampia cucina e stanze pulite e profumate - Ampia cucina condivisa con microonde e frigo a disposizione. Self checkin e checkout, accesso alla struttura tramite codici. Tre supermercati nelle vicinanze, raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio lungo la strada, strisce bianche, ma tanto traffico. Ottimo odore di pulito in tutte le stanze. Alcune stanze hanno il bagno in camera, altre hanno il bagno lungo il corridoio. Non c'è una vera luce sul comodino, ma una semplice luce notturna.

• Letizia Maria (7/5): Spartano - Posto molto spartano, in posizione comoda per raggiungere il porto. Pulizia generale ok anche se i dettagli lasciavano un po' desiderare (tipo angolo vicino alla porta del bagno, polvere sotto il letto). La cucina a disposizione. Prezzo imbattibile. Avere un bagno esterno alla camera, se pure privato, non è il massimo, ma questo lo sapevo prima di prenotare. Illuminazione insufficiente (lampadina a led rotta di fianco al letto). La cosa peggiore però è stata la combo letto + cuscino, decisamente scomodi. Visto il cambio di stagione, una copertina sarebbe stata apprezzata. La stanza non riceve una rinfrescata alle pareti almeno da 10 anni. Ok ma non per più di una notte.

• Emma (6/5): - The view from the balcony was amazing. There is a big supermarket right around the corner. The housekeeper is very sweet, she was always helpful. The walls are quite thin, but it's manageable just for sleeping. The main negative for us was that although on booking it said 'kitchen' there was virtually no kitchen except for a kettle and a fridge. If you're okay with that (that real cooking is not possible) it's a totally fine place to stay:).

• Lunardi (9/5): - Ho scelto l alloggio per il prezzo essendo di passaggio 1 notte per andare in aeroporto! Camera pulita, letti comodi. In cucina si può usare il frigo e il microonde+ stoviglie per mangiare. C'è macchina del caffè e bollitore. Noi abbiamo preso qualcosa di pronto in rosticceria e pasticceria sotto casa che straconsiglio (non so se posso fare i nomi). Abbiamo raggiunto la stazione Lido e poi la stazione centrale con una breve passeggiata tra centro e lungomare. Migliorerei la pulizia e manutenzione del box doccia, lo scrivo come consiglio e non come critica, c'è tutto acqua calda, bagnoschiuma e per il resto il bagno è pulito.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Nocleg w dobrej lokalizacji - Fajny nocleg z pomocnym właścicielem. Apartament znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko stacji kolejowej, dużego sklepu i autobusów na lotnisko. Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone. Zatrzymałam się tu na jedną noc, ale myślę, że jak najbardziej jest to dobre miejsce na nocleg przy zwiedzaniu Reggio di Calabria.
