O café da manhã foi bom, mas depois de alguns dias ficou repetitivo com os mesmos itens todos os dias. A única coisa que senti falta foi de janelas abrem, mas acho que por lei não são permitidas.

The water pressure was horrible and slow to drain. Room sleeps six but only has 2 bath towels. Air conditioner is so loud when it turns off, so that made my sleep for the night little to none. As for the towels when i went down stairs at night to ask for 4 extra towels I was questioned with attitude as to why were there 6 people in the room and the rooms were only for up to 4 people per room. I told him we had a double queen room with a sofa sleeper and it said it slept six. We had 4 adults and 2 children under 10 years of age. He said he would need to check on that. Made me feel like i was lying. He later apologized i guess when he realized how ugly he was being.

Aleecia (1/5): - The front desk attendant did not want to let me in . Once I pulled up my booking confirmation she opened the door but claimed she didn’t see a booking under my name . I gave her the confirmation number and without letting me finish she cut me off and said there was no booking . I proceeded to leave the property and got a notification not even 2 mins later that my card was being charged. If there was no booking how did she “confirm” check in . The desk attendant tried to make up excuses following this incident when I called .
Vanessa (9/5): A Great Stay in a - We were so glad that we found this hotel and ended up staying in this hotel for our weekend visit to Houston. It was a last minute arrangement because another hotel further down the road cancelled us last minute. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to highway. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. Room was spacious and clean. Check-in staff was very polite and helpful. The room had been cleaned even though we did not ask for it as we left our room after 11am. The cleaning staffs were very responsible. We will definitely choose this same hotel next time when we come back for visit.

Amanda (8/5): - Overall, this was a really good stay. Our room was clean, however, some of our towels had stains or hairs on them (like the clean, fresh ones we were supposed to get). Breakfast was 9/10. The pancakes were amazing, eggs and breakfast meats were also really yummy and fresh. I didn’t try any of the other items. The potatoes were so so, and the juice was awful. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the cheap styrofoam cups and flimsy lids were atrocious. Staff were mostly nice, but definitely didn’t go out of their way to be helpful/friendly. Super conveniently located with lots of food/dining options nearby, in addition to shopping.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the only thing I would do better. Breakfast could have been fresher. The biscuits were overcooked and the eggs were scorched

Mrein17 (10/5): Excellent stay and value for money - The property appears to be new and is very bright- well lit and pleasant decor. Our room was surprisingly large and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was also very good. In addition they have digital check out process etc which makes it easier for folks in a hurry. The stay was also reasonably priced.

Antoinese (10/5): - We arrived around 4:30 pm and was warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel is clean you can smell the freshness in the hallway leading to your room. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortabl3 and the shower was nice and hot. In fact the shower head was another clean aspect of the hotel, no water build up. The breakfast was fairly good. There was turkey sausage, eggs, biscuits and waffles. My husband enjoyed the coffee with the warm cinnamon rolls. Overall, we would stay again.

Colleen (8/5): Very Nice and Helpful Staff - This is a very clean Hotel, they just need to probably steam clean some of the corners of the furniture in the lobby. The staff were great and helpful.
Rhea (8/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff did not service our room during the three days we were there. I guess you have to ask. So after the first day, we had no coffee condiments or cup. The breakfast was only so so. The eggs were overdone. Great cinnamon rolls though.
