• Jessica (9/5): Fantastic place to stay if you have an early flight at Heathrow Terminal 4, very short walk to terminal and comfortable, - SO easy if you’re getting an early flight from Heathrow. This made a long haul flight 10x easier and it was so affordable!! It’s genuinely like a 4 min walk from the terminal so it’s so convenient. Would definitely stay here again in similar circumstances! Nothing!
• Chechy6 (10/5): - Perfect acomodation at the airport. The rooms are what you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very nice, breakfast is good and starts at 5, so we could have enough time to eat and catch our flight without rushing. Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom.

• Amy (9/5): Love the convenient location in Terminal 4 - Very convenient for a short stay after arriving at Heathrow. The room was small but clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed. Can’t really think of anything but the check in process was longer than I’ve experienced in other hotels, which wasn’t great after arriving late at night with numerous others trying to check in as well.

Hotel is via a walkway from T4 - great idea - so easy to hotel and then back to T4 terminal. For what you get the hotel was very good value. I felt very comfortable at Holiday Inn. Without question I would stay again.

• Martin (8/5): Very good apart from the extra car parking cost. - We liked the breakfast and location. When we booked car parking was 20 pounds a night. Reasonable. When we checked out they charged us 35 pounds as it had gone up since we booked. This is a big increase. I think they should honour the price you were given when booking. Staff couldn’t care less about it, very disappointing.

• Anne (8/5): A good hotel for access to London Heathrow. - The hotel is linked to Heathrow airport terminal 4 so access is good and you can transfer to other terminals using the Elizabeth line free of charge . Room I was given was large as it was accessible for wheelchair users etc although I did not require this. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was good. Carpet was a bit stained.

• michael (8/5): a convenient and comfortable choice. - The location was ideal for us, having just flown into Heathrow and needing to catch a further flight the next morning. Arrival was a bit hectic with a lot of people checking in at once in what is a relatively small reception area, but the staff handled the process effortlessly. Our room was pleasantly large, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast next morning was busy but again, the food was good and the staff were very prompt at removing used dishes etc. Given its location in a very busy airport, there isn't much that can be improved. It did the job we expected and we have no compaints. We will use this hotel again.
