- TAMERA (8/5): - Nice hotel I did not like that they charged me $25.00 for checking in early when they had a room available. Total rip off. The lady at the front desk first told me there were no rooms available. So I said we would sleep in our car until the room is ready. We went to leave and she says oh I have 4 rooms open????? then charged me $25.00 for early check in. Not very happy about that.

- Barry (1/5): Don’t waste your money. Management don’t care - Facility itself looks very nice and had they cared about their guest it could have been a great experience. Air didn’t work. Nobody ever came to see about it. They said it needed to be warmer for it to come on. That’s ridiculous. Half the breakfast food was gone and not replaced and what was there was cold. Not good at all. Got down the road and alerted I was charged 55 dollars for having bbq stains on a washcloth. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office

- Kent & Corrie (8/5): - We liked: Size of the room, darkening shades great for sleeping, comfort of mattress, pillows and bedding, size of bathroom, shelving and closets in the room and bathroom, water pressure in shower, helpfulness of front desk staff, convenient distance to dining, site seemed clean and well maintained, breakfast, temperature comfort with thermostat and option for fan without cooling. Value for price seemed fair. The only thing I noticed that wasn't quite functional was that the bathroom door was uneven where one edge was dragging the ground - made it difficult to close (room #213).

We know there were construction crews staying too - Breakfast room was great, server did a wonderful job with prep & cleanliness. Good selection of food. We really liked it when plain scrambled eggs were served. 😊 I would have preferred waffles. The pancakes were kind of "chewy". Some food was not real warm in the warmers. Probably patrons leaving the lids open.

She went over all of the amenities, such as breakfast, pool, workout room, etc. The lobby was very clean. Our room was much larger than expected and we had a beautiful view from our window. Coffee and breakfast was. Dry good! I had oatmeal but I tried a bite of my daughter’s cinnamon roll and it was amazing!!! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

I thought that was very nice and something she truly did not have to do. I wish i could remember her name because it made my daughters night! The hotel was extremely clean and all of the staff was extremely nice!

Overall the rool was about neutral. Definitely not the nicest of the hotels i stayed in over my vacation. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

We need sleeping arrangements for 6 people but our last two visits we were given a room that sleeps 4. When asked why, they tell me they are overbooked, the online booking system didn't show the room correctly and my room was given to someone else. It was late in the evening as we had been traveling all day so we ended up asking for extra bedding and having people sleep on the floor. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again and I won't book through expedia again.
