The views from the property were breathtaking, and we loved the peaceful, natural surroundings. Both bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was great — quiet and scenic, but still close to hiking trails and local points of interest. Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Am putut aștepta intr o cameră separată până a fost gata apartamentul. Doamna Nicoleta este extraordinară ! Totul a fost ireproșabil.

Dispune de toate dotările necesare pentru un sejur reușit, este o locație ideală pentru familie, având disponibil pătuț pentru bebeluș, măsuță ,dar și alte lucruri necesare. Curățenia este tratată cu maximă seriozitate, fiind foarte curat întregul apartament. Priveliștea către munte este superbă. Dl. Laurențiu și Dna. Nicoleta sunt niște oameni dedicați și implicați,făcând o treabă excelentă din Studio 35.

The house was super beautiful and cozy, exactly what we needed after a long day traveling. there was lots of space, shower was amazing, beds super comfy, kitchen was very well equiped and clean. The host was so kind and made our stay super easy. Definitely would come back and was very sad to leave..

• Shimon (10/5): מקווים לחזור לבקר במקום. - דירה נקייה מאד מרווחת . מטבח מאובזר . נוף מדהים של ההרים. קרוב מאד לרכבל של בוסטני וקרוב לסיניה. נציגת המארח היתה חביבה מאד והשתדלה מאד לעזור לנו להתאקלם בדירה.

• Petrina (10/5): Doua zile de toamna minunate petrecute in Busteni. - Locatie excelenta pentru scopul sejurului nostru. Foarte aproape de Castel. Dotari superioare, curatenie deosebita. Parcare la proprietate. Vedere deosebita sper varful Caraiman, Monumentul "Crucea Eroilor" poate fi admirat atat ziua cat si noaptea din living sau terasa. Multumim proprietarilor! Nu este cazul, ne-am placut totul.

• Gabriel Cătălin Necsutu (10/5): - Ca de obicei, ne-am simțit minunat ,venim in fiecare an si de fiecare data simțim ca aparținem de acest loc , fetita noastra plângea știind ca trebuie sa plecam ( si asta cred ca spune tot ) Curățenie exemplara , locație excelenta , liniște, priveliște de 100 de stele . • Răzvan (8/5): Perfect! 👏 - Curățenie impecabilă,ireproșabil! Apartament foarte spațios și aerisit! Panoramă excelentă! Nu pot să spun ca este ceva ce nu mi-a plăcut sau ma afectat încât să nu mă mai duc vreodată,singura problemă care ar trebui îndreptată este cablul TV care într-un dormitor toate posturile se văd cu purici și poate în viitor ar fi accesibil și un tv cât de mic în cealaltă cameră unde nu există și ar fi benefic mai ales familiilor cu copii! În rest nu este nimic care să te facă să nu vrei să te duci acolo! Chiar recomand! Apartamentul este utilat complet,nu-ți lipsește nimic! Unu lucru pe care l-am observat este ca frigiderul a fost schimbat cu unul nou,performant și mai mare! Gazda cat și Doamna Nicoleta niște oameni de calitate! Este a treia oară când revin la Studio 35 și voi revenii în continuare!

• Reut (9/5): - Nikola, the woman who welcomed us, was warm and charming. The balcony overlooks an amazing view and it was lovely to sit there for meals or just to relax at the end of the day. Two bathrooms - definitely a plus for a family. Convenient parking and easy access to the house. Well-equipped kitchen. Nothing worth mention.
• Monika (10/5): - Paní, která nám předávala klíče, byla moc milá. Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné a prostorné. K dispozici je i venkovní gril, ale při našem pobytu často pršelo, tak jsme ho nevyužili. Ubytování dál od hlavní ulice, ale je tu klid. Kousek od ubytování je "Cantacuzino Castle". Dobré místo pro výlety. Při našem pobytu jsme stihli navštívit Salina Slanic (solné doly) a také nám vyšlo jeden den počasí pro výlet do hor. Cena lanovky je sice dražší, ale výhled stojí za to.

• Costin (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay! - The terrace view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine. The apartment is located in a peaceful, quiet area, ideal for relaxing. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The apartment includes a secure private garage in the building very convenient for parking. We’d definitely book again to test the backyard terrace and the barbeque.

It has a private garage, well equiped kitchen and a nice, little court yard with sun beds and grill facilities. It is places in a queit zone, near the forest, at about 20 min. walking from city center.

• Ruxandra (10/5): Lovely spotless clean and spacious apartment in a peacefull are, close to Cantacuzino Castle - Highly above the average accommodation on Valea Prahovei and surroundings: placed in a quiet area very close to Cantacuzino Castle, very spacious, extremely clean, nicely furnished and decorated, kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary for any type of stay, indoor garage for 1 car/apartament (there are 2 apartments in the house, and 2 places in the garage). What is not to like? For our family it was perfect. Maybe a suggestion if at any time in the future the kitchen will be remodeled: a dishwasher would be a nice addition. However, this is not changing in any way the fact that the place ia perfect and we want to come back :).
• Edi (9/5): Pristine large appartment with delightful views of the mountains - We had the first level apartment with stunning views of the Bucegi mountains that we admired at any time of day. The spaces are very large especially the living and the kitchen is well equipped. The Cantacuzino castle is just few hundreds meters away and worth visiting for the history and the arts exhibitions. The street is somehow secluded and would make walking to the city center during dark hours not advisable so you would better drive or take a taxi.
• Ana (10/5): Property with great amenities and beautiful location - We stayed at Studio 35 Busteni during the New Year period. We chose this property due to its proximity to Cantacuzino Castle and its modern look. The property looked even better in real life than in photos. The furniture and furnishings were new/ kept in a new looking state. Location wise it’s perfect for walking to Cantacuzino Castle or walking into town. The communication was very easy with both the owner and the property manager Nicoleta. Nicoleta has been very responsive and made the check in and check out process flawless. Cleanliness wise 10+! Everything was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed from cutlery/ plates/ glasses etc to more than sufficient towels, toiletries, toilet paper. As we visited during winter, it’s worth mentioning the heating and hot water were both working to required standards. The heating could be adjusted by room if one felt too hot/ cold. This is definitely a plus when travelling with a group. We loved the terrace and beautiful view. It’s a great place to drink your coffee or have a meal facing the majestic mountains. We haven’t used the yard or grill due to the cold weather but it looked like a great place to spend time in spring/summer/autumn. The property is great value for money. We have also appreciated how reliable the owner is with no cancellations or post-booking requests for a higher price due to the holiday period. We would definitely recommend the property and will come back ourselves when looking for a holiday location on Prahova Valley. N/A

• דנית (10/5): Exceptional - The place is exactly like in the pictures! It's an amazing appartment with the most perfect view from the balcony, quiet location. Beds are comfortable, spacious enough for a family of six, clean. Kitchen is fully equipped for having dinners- we cooked and there was nithing missing! They thought about everything! Washing machine room in the basement floor with washing gel anx even fabric softener! And even a hanger in the appartment to dry the clothes. Communication with the host was wonderfull- he is kind and helpfull and solves problems that may arrise in the appartment in no time. No elavator- appartment was in the second floor- it didn't mind us because we are young, but it's worth the mentioning. Only one shower- for a family of 6 it can be problematic sometimes, but it has 2 toilets.

The entire apartment was perfectly maintained, spotlessly clean and equipped with anything we could have asked for (e.g. 2 smart TVs for the rainy hours). The apartment is owned and maintained by two lovely people who were both incredibly helpful and welcoming. I think this was really the first accommodation in my life for which I don’t have any idea for improvement.
