- Elena (8/5): для семьи замечательно - Нам было важно наличие кухни, она была и в порядке. Мебель старенькая, ремонт тоже. Но метро очень близко и это важно.
- Verified traveler (2/5): WORST APARTMENT SERVICE. NEVER STAY. - It was worst. Never stay at this kind of apartment. They change the apartment address when we were on the way at the taxi at the apartment. The taxi driver charge us another 2700 rubels. In total the driver charge us 8000 rubels because the change of the address of apartment. This apartment said that the reason is toilet was broken but how come it was suddenly at 9pm. Im so super dissapointed. At first the apartment is near the metro station. And then they changed to the apartment that far from metro station. NEVER STAY AT THIS APARTMENT..WORST EVER
- Вячеслав (8/5): отзыв квартира грузинский вал. - В принципе все понравилось. Квартира находится в старом доме на четвертом этаже. Выход из подъезда в тихий дворик. Есть мини детская площадка. Проезд закрыт для чужих машин, такси прямо к подъезду не подьедет. Квартира 2-х комнатная. В принципе чисто, но мебель старая. Две большие кравати и диван-книжка. Постель чистая, не новая. Ванна, раковина, туалет. Нагрев воды газом. Кухня небольшая, есть холодильник, газовая плита. Столовые приборы. Мы этим не пользовались. Главное преимущество - близость к Белорусскому вокзалу.. От самого вокзала и метро - две минуты хотьбы реально. Очень удобно. Для нас это было критично. Магазинов мало. Есть Дикси впаре кварталов. Несколько магазинчиков. Не понравилось - проблема с окнами. Закрываются и открываются с трудом. Одно в спальне вовсе до конца не закрывается. Дверь входная закрывается тоже не очень. Уплотнителей нет. Шума в подъезде нет, сам вокзал не слышно. Интернет быстрый внутри квартиры. В целом - рекомендую.
- Gonzalo (6/5): Gran ubicación pero faltan detalles - Un apartamento magníficamente bien ubicado, frente literalmente a la estacion Belorrusky, y en un entorno muy cómodo y lleno de restaurantes. Yo viaje en pleno Mundial de Fútbol por lo que el precio fue muy elevado para la calidad del apartamento. Con un poco de inversión en cosas básicas sería una muy buena opción.
