Santos *FBT* (4/5): Nancy front desk - Clean nice rooms with heated pool The women in the morning at the front desk gave my wife her daughter who wanted to go to a hotel with a pool for her birthday and 2 of her friends who stayed in the hotel over night a hard time about using the pool in the morning for a couple hours before check out at 12 pool opens at 9 and they requested to be let in the pool area around 10 and women denied access to them because I wasn't there and I was the one who checked in. I checked in on Saturday they used the pool Saturday afternoon and Saturday night without me going downstairs every time they wanted to get in the pool area without issue. But for some reason Nancy at the front desk had an issue with it. My wife and Nancy had a verbal confrontation and the police were called the police actually apologized to my wife and that was it. I had to leave Saturday night to go into work and went home at 11 am Sunday instead of going back to the hotel I went home because check out was at 12 anyway. The room wasnt cheap and it made everyone that stayed in the room very uncomfortable and ruined the good time they had the night before

Michele (1/5): We will never be back. - We didn't like anything. The facility was not clean. They allowed pets to pee everywhere. The second floor hallway smelled like dog pee and there were garbage bags full of food left outside the room doors. The maid service was not everyday so we did not have fresh towels everyday. The people in the next room had their TV on every night and it was very loud all night long. We did not sleep.at all. We complained but nothing happened. We will not be back at all....especially for the price we paid. We expected it to be high class and it was nothing like high class.

Olga (10/5): - I want to thank the entire staff for their excellent work! Everyone is friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was truly superbly clean! We didn't see any dust or hair in the corners of the room. The bathroom was perfect! Simply bravo! The lobby has a truly cozy and welcoming design. In my experience, this hotel is the best! The atmosphere is calm and positive! The breakfasts are amazing! I haven't seen such a variety in any other 3-star hotel! Overall, my family was absolutely delighted! The only minor complaint is that the bathroom door is quite heavy and opens like a sliding door. It would be nice to have a handle attached to the door.

Rude front desk and not accommodating for people out of state. Thin walls. You can hear the people walking above you. Late check in time. Smoking allowed on non smoking floors.

Unfortunately it was advertised that the pool was closed for repairs so we didn’t prepare for the pool and of course it was open. 24 hour coffee was lousy. Never seemed fresh and very strong. Asked for a shower seat and they brought us a bedside commode. That was kind of strange. We had it switched in the morning. Bathroom should have been a little cleaner. The wall near the light switch needed to be scrubbed. Breakfast was nothing special. Some items were out and not refilled. The kicker was the last night. Friday night. We had to get up early to travel 1000 miles. I was awake until 3am because of noise from a bunch of people in the hallways. Unbelievable inconsideration from 11 pm until 3 am. I called the front desk but nothing was done about it. So our stay was ok. Nothing to brag about. Paid over 200.00 a night. Next time I’ll pay 85.00 someplace else for the same experience.

We were in town for a wake/funeral and they were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average but, we weren't expecting gourmet so that was ok.

Only issue was the shower didn’t have great water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. Michael (front desk) is always friendly, exceptional and so patient with any questions or recommendations for dining or events. I always get a text after I check in welcoming me back and checking in to see how my stay is and if I need anything. Dan (Buck) was so accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay. I also left jewelry behind at my last stay there 2 months prior and reached out to Dan and he tracked it down in 1 day!! Rooms are always clean, bright and roomy. It feels like your own home with everything you need. I love the design of them with the kitchen area and wall storage shelving and cubes to organize all your stuff and the added full size table to eat that slides out. The outside area with the fire pit is beautiful at night. Never had a complaint and I can be pretty picky

Chie (2/5): Odor - We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Even though the hotel looked contemporary and clean, the room had a terrible odor. The living space smelled like chlorine, and the bathroom moldy. We asked for an air refresh spray and the receptionist handed it to us without saying a word. After spraying it still smelled horribly and it was hard to stay in the room. When we came home, our belongings smelled very moldy and had to launder everything including the bags.

He recommended a couple of spots and we took his advice. He was spot on!! When we entered our rooms every thing was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and the service was TOP NOTCH. He was so welcoming and friendly, and he made our experience in Rhode Island that much better. The rooms and common spaces were always clean and tidy. Nancy was great to talk with and helped support our trip with places to go. If your looking for a great place to stay and feel like you at home with family this is the place!
bucks2016 (10/5): Family Holiday Visit - Had family in town visiting for July 4th, we stayed her at the Home 2 Suites and absolutely loved it. The whole front desk staff was amazing. From Wesley the new GM and all the friendly faces we saw each day for breakfast. We will definitely be coming back to this property. Thanks
DutchLace (6/5): Traveling Through - Nice Place. Quiet stay. Large suite. We like to walk to a place to eat, but the restaurant across street has a busy street to cross. No sidewalk to the corner on either side of road; So plan on driving to get any type of eats. Breakfast was typical fare.
Yuanfang (10/5): Very very pleasant - I am not a person who leaves reviews everywhere he goes. But I have to do so for this one. The hotel is located at beautiful and quiet town, which is best for people like peaceful environment. The room is much much bigger than what we expected with all things needed. Staff are polite and friendly, breakfast is good too. Nice place for families and group activities. If I were living nearby, I would stop by very often to have a beautiful weekend with families and friends.

Mireya (6/5): - I traveled with my daughter and stayed 6 nights. The room and hotel were nice, but the front desk employees weren’t always friendly, and the housekeeping staff was very loud. They laughed and chatted in the halls early every morning at top volume with no regard for sleeping guests. Also, the complimentary breakfast is awful. After the first day, I went to the grocery store and utilized the kitchenette for our a.m. meal for the rest of our stay.

Deanna (8/5): - The room was comfortable and clean, except some suspicious red stains on lamp shades, ceiling and bedding. Only complaints were no dish soap to clean dishes, shower spray was so weak took twice as long and did not get very hot at all. Tried to do laundry twice later in the evening but the desk had no quarters and there was no quarter dispenser.
Nilda (10/5): - One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The common areas of the hotel, including the lobby and lounge, were stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Location-wise, the hotel was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
