• tony302 (10/5): OVERALL A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND WILL RETURN - RECEPTION STAFF EXCELLENT, NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE, LOADS OF GREAT ADVICE, LOCATION WAS GREAT 5 MIN WALK FROM THE CENTRE OF TOWN, 3 MIN WALK TO THE MAIN TRAIN STATION, UNFORTUNATELY THERE WERE ROAD/BUILDING WORKS GOING ON AROUND THE HOTEL WHEN WE STAYED, (NOT THE HOTELS FAULT) BUT WAS A LITTLE LOUD. THE BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN HOTTER, BUT IT WAS WELL STOCKED AND PLENTY OF CHOICE.

• Herwig (6/5): Für den doch recht gehobenen Preis eher enttäuschend - Wir erhielten ein Behindertenzimmer. Dieses war zwar geräumig, ebenso das Badezimmer, aber die Anordnung der Badezimmeranlagen sowie der Möbel ist für jemanden, der Gott sei Dank sich normal bewegen kann, unpraktisch und aufgrund der geringen Höhe recht unbequem. Das Frühstück war recht vernünftig, aber für ein Hotel dieser Klasse doch etwas enttäuschend. Selbstbedienung beim Frühstück ist natürlich in Ordnung, in Hotels dieser Preisklasse erwartet man sich jedoch, dass man benutztes Leergeschirr nicht selbst abservieren muss. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum/Restaurant entspricht dem einer modernen Bahnhofshalle.

The whole surroundings of the property are under construction which made it really difficult navigating our way through with kids. There was also only paid multi story parking available for €14 for 24 hours which wasn’t made clear before arrival. The car park is also a walk away from the hotel through the road works

• Emma (10/5): My first choice hotel when in Belfast - My first choice hotel when staying in Belfast. Room spotless, staff so friendly and welcoming. Great choice for breakfast. This was Easter so the hotel was exceptionally busy, but everything still ran like clockwork.
• Kplulu (10/5): Perfect location with great staff - Had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was efficient and friendly thanks to Martin and Michelle, who made us feel very welcome from the start. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable stay. The cocktails made by Kyle were excellent and definitely a highlight of the visit. All staff we interacted with, including Michael and Peter on the front desk, were very happy, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience in a good location with easy access to the centre. We will definitely be back.
• Companion07379707782 (10/5): 5 star service - When we arrived at the reception for check in early we were met by Michele who was an absolute joy and got us a room straight away and made check in so smooth and made our stay 5 star. We had a couple of drinks at the bar and served by Michael who was excellent in giving us information and things to do around Belfast. Will certainly be back.

• 101frequenttraveller (10/5): A pleasant stay - Stayed at hotel for 1 night. It is well located, being 5 minutes walk from the impressive Belfast train and bus station. Also well placed for walking into the city centre. We booked the hotel through a BA holiday package and although on arrival there was an issue in respect of paying for the room this was resolved. Our room was a corner room which was pleasant and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room although no water. We had read stories about queues for breakfast but did not experience this and there was plenty of fresh food available and it was what you would expect from a hotel of this type. All the staff were friendly.

The second day breakfast was very busy and we had to wait to be seated. There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

Overall I emailed weeks earlier to ask for adjoining rooms and was informed I just needed to request when I checked in. I did this and was told the room I booked didn’t have that option - this could have been told to be when I emailed earlier . Also the fact that our rooms was far apart from each other - they could have made an effort to put us side by side . Especially since I have emailed much earlier to ask for adjoining room- giving us different options to stay closer together as a family .

• Nouri (8/5): Besides the utterly rude kitchen hostess on Sunday May third, we had a great stay and we loved the people working at hop - The property is close to the grand central station, which is perfect! From there you take bus 600 to either come from or go to the airport. Bear in mind, Belfast streets aren’t for the weak. Wear good shoes as if you would go hiking. No joke. Thank me later. We had an absolute lovely host awaiting us, checking us in early. He looked like he could have have been Mick Hucknall’s son. An absolute sweetheart. People working in the kitchen and serving us breakfast on both Friday and Saturday May first and second. Absolute beautiful people. My son whom loves eating whipped cream with his waffle asked and got whipped cream. However, Sunday the third of May we came across the rudest and meanest kitchen “hostess” in the world. I don’t know why one would hate on a 5 year old child but when my son asked for whipped cream, mind you: polite and very happy she told us to “get away” by the kitchen door and “no, we don’t serve whipped cream” when I explained that my son got whipped cream the previous days, she stated: “well, that’s over now”. Incredible rude behavior. I reported her to host by the front. Hopefully they will explain her that being kind is being kind during all working hours, no matter the color of origin of your guests. She was an absolute disaster. Since we are behaved people, I didn’t cause a scene. But to talk this way to a 5 year old child. What’s wrong with you?
