Guy_From_Normal (4/5): Don't Wear White Socks - I have stayed at this Hampton Inn a few times. The last being March 2026. The last few times the room has had a filthy bathroom floor that is sticky to walk on. I told the front desk (as I did during our prior stay) about the dirty floor. The same response as before: "We'll tell housekeeping". I guess that doesn't seem to work to fix the problem. So, I cleaned the dirty floor and soiled up some of the hotel towels. The hotel is in a convenient location in Springfield. It is within walking distance to a grocery store, a few restaurants and a movie theater. The room features were good and the breakfast was great. The only thing keeping me from staying here again is the cleanliness.

Choices were fantastic. room was smaller than I booked and was told since I didn't book directly through the hotel and went through booking.com there was nothing they could do. Not sure why that was an issue as that is how most people book. Customer satisfaction and hotel members should count for something. I will not be staying again anytime soon.

I had left a coat at the previous location in Belton and they helped by providing a number for us to call so they could locate and hold the coat for us. Linda who greeted everyone in the dinning area each morning was very friendly and remembered things we had talked about and when I wasn't feeling well, she made a special effort to get lemon tea and take it to my table then later asked my husband how I was doing. Very nice.

The location was great, on a major thoroughfare of the town, quick on/off the highway, while being in a quiet area. Restaurants and gas stations conveniently close by. Everything was nice and clean, updated. The staff were friendly, helpful & personable. The included breakfast was delicious. Choices were numerous and varied. I thought the value was on target. The room was clean & perfect for my needs, well stocked with necessities, towels, etc. Staff were happy, willing to help with anything you might need. I'd stay there again and highly recommend.

BobbyHorn (10/5): You will not be disappointed - 1st time in Springfield & was not disappointed; I see why the ratings were accurate. Remodeling has happened (atleast on the 4th floor). Room was very clean, pretty spacious, bed very comfortable, liked layout, spacious restroom with good size shower, plenty of parking, great breakfast buffet with plenty of options & hot food. All workers were helpful & take time to interact with you. Very safe area. Route to hotel is unique, but you will easily get there (several turns & do not see hotel off the highway. Make sure you do not park in the pickleball parking lot across from hotel. Did not park there, but workers stresses this when checking in. Will definately return next time staying in Springfield area.

Scenic13749538295 (10/5): Wonderful experience! - Wonderful experience! We stoped here for one night on our road trip. We didn’t arrive until very late but upon arrival, was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beyond great with several healthy options like egg frittatas…and it actually tasted fresh 😊. Highly recommend!!!

The property is in need of an update, so the remodel will be a good thing. Upon arrival, we were not given the room we booked. In talking with reception, we were advised that they were out of king rooms, so given the option of an upgrade to a queen suite. The thought was good enough, but didn't really change the issue. The queen suite was quite large, but also a bit odd. It seemed to be very clean, but also showing its age. The room overlooked a busy highway which was quite noisy at times. The AC was adequate, but barely, possibly due to the large room size. Overall, the property is nice enough, but feels less

Cindy (4/5): - I reserved a king bed room. When I arrived I was given a room with two queen beds, but was not advised of this. I went to the room and discovered it was not a king room. I went back to front desk. Erin advised there were no king rooms available. I asked what happen to my reserved king room. She advised that management had changed my room because king rooms were oversold. Bad management and customer service as I was not advised by Erin when I checked in. I feel I should have been advised before I arrived that this hotel could not keep the reservation of a king room. Would not stay here again. No apology by Erin. Just an unacceptable excuse.

Nice restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. Great pool area with a cute patio and a wonderful expansive breakfast. Room was very clean, beds comfy and ease of access with the app to do check in and out.

Your hotel and staff have so graciously taken care of us, while we’ve been hanging out waiting, for the past two and a half days. It was close to the area we needed to be. It was clean. Bright and shiny and the staff was fabulous, the kitchen staff the housekeeping, the front desk and the worked who were renovating some rooms. All were cheery and helpful.
